Came 1 1/2 years ago with my husband who has dementia. He is now in a board-care facility but I have stayed. Find the facility clean, comfortable and safe. All staff are friendly and helpful and do everything possible to accommodate needs. Nearly all residents are welcoming and kind. Food, with the new General Manager, has gone from good to excellent. Sometimes there are delays in service, but not terrible. Variety of activities.

Mom has lived in the assisted living side just over a year now and it has been a great year. The CNAs are wonderful and stay on top of things. Everyone is super friendly and have helped mom with the transition. Food is ok. Have had some issues with it not being served hot but when I communicated this they have been responsive. The property itself is lovely and I feel blessed that I can have my mom here. I have never had a time where I have made a comment about something where it hasn’t been quickly addressed which is awesome. Overall no major issues and feel like it it the best place in Raleigh to have my mom.

My dad lived in the memory care at La Posada. We were all very pleased with the community and the care he received. He recently passed away at the age of 90. I searched all over for the best memory care unit when it was time. One important factor for me was I didn't want it to be all women, many memory care units are. The whole time my dad was at La Posada they had 30-40 % men. They also had a nice outside area and take the residents out of the secured area regularly and even take them on regular field trips to different places. The staff is caring and were great with my family as well as my dad.

I liked this community when we visited. It is beautiful and they offer some great amenities. The community is clean and the people I met were nice. This community was just a little more expensive that what we were looking for.

after many visits to different assisted living facilities to be exact ten places, we concluded that Atria Woodbridge offered what we were looking for to fulfill our Mother's needs. She has now been living at Atria Woodbridge for one month, and we can't say enough about the love, care, and kindness it gives to our Mother. needless to say she has had some challenges with health and the move but it all has been met with satisfying assistance. It's staff is always available for whatever she may need, nursing care, the food is wonderful with a large menu selection, there's entertainment , music, outings daily, beautiful gardens which are very well kept. And, I am greeted with a smile every time I walk through the door! We couldn't be happier with the choices we made...

I am celebrating my one week anniversary at Balfour at Riverfront Park in Denver. In this short time I have been welcomed by staff and residents alike. They all remember my name and are happy to remind me of theirs. The neighborhood is very vibrant, almost more like San Francisco than Denver. All ages are visible near the parks and people watching from benches or outdoor cafes is very pleasant. My dog is welcomed in the entry area and any public space where food is not available. Coffee or tea is a;ways available, If I want to take a some to my apartment, the concierge is wiling to hold his leash while I grab a cup to go. The services and amenities are exactly as described. I couldn't be happier. I thank Sandy from A Place For Mom for finding this location for me.

I found everyone I met to be not only friendly, but very willing to help in any way my Mother or I felt was needed. Atria staff went out of it's way, on more than one occasion, to make sure my Mother had what ever it was she felt she needed. I wish she had been more motivated to get out of her room to explore what was available and make some new friends rather than to stay inside and organize her things. I think she would have very much enjoyed her stay more, felt less alone and been around longer. And I would be able to give you a better, more comprehensive and glorious review.

Caring nurturing environment for assisted living. Many useful fun activities and great amenities for independent living

BridgePoint has a wonderful wellness program for residents, though not it is not for everyone. I recommend BridgePoint for those who don't need memory care and are still cognitively present. My mother in law has complained about having a little trouble getting clean towels. Alma, the director of personal care is a real rocket, she is great. This is a wonderful place for people with more going on, but may become isolating for those who cannot keep up.

1 bedroom apts are very small. Food is surprisingly good. Impeccably clean. Staff is very friendly and personable and we would recommend The Preston of Rockville to other families.

The staff is very friendly. The care is good maybe not on top of everything, like exercise but excellent on medication. Great with helping him for shower, 3 choices for food and dining room is very nice. He has 1st floor room that has access to large patio which is lovely. His apartment is L shape and plenty big enough. All n all - I would recommend. Very friendly and helpful.

3.5 based on our first 6-8 weeks here. The cooking was a disappointment. But during the last 3 months the kitchen staff has pitched in and tried new things; they've worked hard to please the Cottage folks. So now I would rate (B) as a 4.4---4.7. I hate to leave it without a perfect 5, but now it's a perfect 4 and with a few extra perks it'll be at 4.8 or maybe even a 4,9

The bridge point staff is very good and professional. They have a very nice dining room with well trained staff and a good selection of food at each meal. Good selection of amenities and group activities.

Staff very accommodating and overall very helpful. Good to great activities from games to physical activities, good salt water pools small one in one building larger one across the street. Some activities are in a different building but easy walking distance. Different buildings house different needs for people, independent, assisted, n memory care. Meals while pretty decent take a meal ticket which you get 30 meals included in your rent more cost above your monthly rent. Breakfast Monday through Saturday are included Sunday is a meal point towards your 30. Full sized kitchen huge for independent living private balcony, washer/dryer large bathroom, various room sizes from studio to 2 bedroom 2 bath. Unfurnished, lots of storage, walk-in closet panty, coat closet, shelving in bathroom, bi weekly cleanings. Great gym with free weights n machines. Wi-Fi cable tv bring your own tv . Mine is 1 bedroom living room kitchen n bathroom..760 square feet of space.

The staff and activities are great, my apartment only has one closet for the whole apartment (no utility closet), dinners are inconsistent in quality and temperatures and service is slow.

The array of activities is superb. The members are outstanding colleagues. The associates deliver quality work. The Kisco management is not good at management.

(The term 'Light Housekeeping' means something different to everyone. It's okay here but it isn't thorough enough to assure us that something is actually getting done. I'm going to hire a twice-monthly service instead.)

Seems that the dining experience is not what I have previously experienced: Eggs were definitely powdered, other cold offerings ok, but sparse. Did like the coffee machine. Common spaces were clean and well looked after.

It was a lovely facility with the nicest staff. We were happy that my mother lived in such a nice place at the end of her life. Even the visiting hospice workers commented on how nice it was and the kindness of the staff. We were with my mom 24/7 for the last few weeks of her life and saw the care and love firsthand. It was not a show they put on for visitors; it was continuous and always visible. We had some issues with the management after she passed away, with some unexpected fees and incorrect billing. That was the only problem. The people who are with the residents every day are absolutely wonderful and attentive; from the front desk to the maintenance staff to the food service workers to the night team and the day team... we loved them all.
