My mom had lived in the community for 3 years and we have been very pleased with her care. As her needs became greater the level of care was met with care and concern and communication with the family. I visit nearly daily and mom is always clean, her hair neatly coiffed and sometimes even her earrings on. The new director [name removed] is terrific and has hired some amazing and compassionate staff. I highly recommend this “ homey” care facility

We had a great tour with Brighton Gardens, the facility was beautiful and they gave us all of the information that we needed. We just liked the open layout of another facility more, this one was a little smaller. The apartment were large and they loan you very nice furniture to use.

I really enjoyed their virtual tour. I thought Sunrise at North Farmington Hills was a far better option than what my loved one chose. They provide more services, and I thought she would have received the care she needed there. I really liked what I saw.

We liked this a lot. [name removed], their sales director, was awesome. Very informative, and knowledgeable. She answered every question. The building is well maintained and very clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents. We met a nurse, a care manager, the activities director. The studio would be perfect. This is now our first choice We loved it.

We toured Sunrise on Clayton and really liked the facility. If it would have been up to me, this is the place that we would have chosen to send our loved one.

Our loved one was there for only a short period of time, but the staff members were great and very accommodating. If our loved one had a special request for food the chef would make it and the staff would deliver it. He also received physical therapy there, it was just excellent we have nothing bad to say.

My brother and I were very happy with our tour. [name removed] has a natural ability to put family members at ease during this difficult transition, no matter how temporary or long term it could be.

This facility has a huge variety of floor plans available and sizes. The rooms looked to be very well maintained as did the entire building. There was lots of light due to a large number of windows everywhere. We had a Facetime tour.

We could not have asked for better care for my Mom. Although she was only there for 10 days, the staff could not have been more compassionate and caring during her last days. Our family can not say enough good things about her care and the staff. From the moment you walk in the door, you are part of the family. The facility is very nice, clean and welcoming. As hard as this was for my Dad and our family placing my Mom somewhere other than taking care of her at home, we made the right choice in selecting Brighton Gardens.

My mom has been at Brighton Gardens since Christmas and I can't say enough about the place. It is outstanding in all of the above categories. They know everyone by name-they even know me!! Mom has never been very social but she joins in almost all of the activities, and is enjoying doing it. I know that she is cared for and safe 24 hours/day and that is such a relief. If there have been any concerns they have been addressed immediately!! I highly recommend Brighton Gardens.

This was the 2nd place I visited, and I knew that I had found the best place. Everyone is friendly-they even know my name. There are planned activities everyday. The Care-Givers are attentive and do their best to meet individual needs. My mom is adjusting to an apartment rather than her 3 bedroom bungalow- AND I know that she is safe!!!
