Our family did a virtual tour and our experience was good. The staff we met with did a great job communication and they did a great job taking us around to different rooms and letting us see what they had to offer

[name removed] spent an hour and a half talking with me and showing me around. She was wonderful!!!! I am not sure about the size of the units. Care sounds wonderful!

The staff was very nice and the security of the building is very good. They have a nice outdoor area that my father can walk around at. The food is really good and they offer 2 snacks a day. The Communication is not the best but they are taking great care of the residence. They have a new app available to help with communication. I would definitely recommend this community

Our contact ([name removed]) did a good job of seeking out our needs and providing info. We didn't choose this community for our relative, though, only because we identified a place that we thought was a better fit for him.

We chose Sunrise because it seemed to be the best fit because of the way the staff operated with the other residents, it was also a very clean facility. Her room size is adequate. She said the food is alright. The best part about the community so far has been the caregivers here, they are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend depending on the level of care. It is rather expensive and they do not accept insurance.

Seems like a nice, bright, friend space. A corner one bedroom suite is nice with a good view. Pricing is competitive. Worth considering.

Clean. Residents out and about in the common space. Has residents with Parkinson's Many residents seem to have memory decline

This is a very nice community and the staff did a wonderful job with our tour, they took their time showing us around and answered all our questions. We did consider this community for our father but felt that the location was not the best for us. I would recommend taking a tour with them.

This is a pretty nice community, and my tour of it went well. The staff was kind, and welcoming. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. My tour guide was informative, and answered all my questions. It was a good experience, and everything went well.

I thought the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with giving my dad and I a tour of their memory Unit. It was very nice and well staffed, but for now, I do not feel that my father is ready for that type of care.

They were a little unorganized when we got there, but [Removed] caught up with us and was very helpful. Like the facility.

I have no complaints of how my tour went of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and all of the great amenities they had for the residents. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

This is a very lovely place, reminds me of a southern plantation. Warm, welcoming with music going on in lots of the building - I really liked that. I do feel that for what they're charging, the rooms should be updated. We saw lots of stained carpets, dirty grout and caulk. Nothing terrible, but it's a big price tag and I would expect [Removed]. The exec director was very nice

My loved one's and I toured Brighton Gardens and thought it was a very nice place. The tour guide was friendly and able to answer all of our questions.

My sister toured Brighton Gardens, and I think we walked away with the impression that they are very professional. It was a good experience to tour.

I have no complaints about the tour I had of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to provide us with lots of great information as well as answer questions we had for them in detail. The property was clean and nicely maintained which I was impressed with. It just did not fit in my mothers budget the way we needed it too.

When I toured Sunrise of Clayton, I thought it was a pretty nice place. The person that took me around was friendly and knowledgeable, It was a good tour, but just not what I was looking for.

My aunt is starting to settle in, the first few weeks were rough with the adjustment period, but it is getting better. We took her some stuff from her home so it can help her feel comfortable. I would recommend this community because it has been a good experience for us so far.

The staff seems a little understaffed especially at night. The staff that is there are doing well with taking care of his needs. There is a physical therapy company in house. They do not seem to encourage the residents to participate in the daily activities and trips out. They offer restaurant style dining. The food is great and they offer a lot of choices. I am able to do my loved one's laundry at the community. They have walking paths. The area he is in now is clean. I was not impressed with the memory care unit as it did not seem clean and it smells of urine.

I had a very nice tour of this community. I toured it for my mother, and her needs. My tour went well, everyone was very kind. The community looked good. From what I saw everything was clean. The staff was nice, and courtesy. It was a pleasant experience.
