Great place to live!

Surroundings and food are good

We've lived at Raider Ranch for five years and are continually amazed and please with new services we hadn't even known were available. [removed] Due to my schedule, we can't eat very often at the restaurant, so our Raider Ranch meal expenses are low.

I think Raider Ranch is the best retirement place in Lubbock. The staff is so welcoming and there is so much to offer in things to keep busy with. I have never seen so many things to keep busy with! When we decided on Independent Living activities was one of the key things we looked at and Stacy Acrey does an outstanding job keeping residents engaged and active. Her friendliness is outstanding and her care for the residents goes beyond measure. Lex Webster does a great job preparing the menu and has a great staff. We are just so happy to have chosen Raider Ranch.

Raider Ranch is so wonderful! You really wont find any options like it in the West Texas area. The residents and staff are so nice and have made my grandmother really feel at home. The food is better than what you will find in most restaurants and you do have a lot of options. My grandmother is always doing something fun, she even started line dancing again.

Most of all the impression I had with that whole group, was that there was never any pressure to get my uncle in there. I was so impressed by their whole attitude toward working for the family. I never thought they were working for their business, which it is a business, but you never got that impression from them and that was amazing to me. He's had some issues getting adjusted there and they have handled it and kept me informed, and there communication is really good.

After looking all over Lubbock, we decided on Raider Ranch for my parents because they have so much to offer at a reasonable price. People assume they are expensive, but once you tour and learn everything that is included that other communities don't offer, then its really in line. We were looking for quality of life and wanted my parents to be active and enjoy all the amenities and social events while they still could. Raider Ranch became family and home! I have nothing bad to say about Raider Ranch!

It seems like a nice place to have my father live at. The facility is always very clean. The maintenance team does an excellent job at keeping it clean. The care services are great. They do a great job at taking care of my father. The administration staff has been very accommodating and nice. My father says the food is pretty good. Overall, It has been a great experience so far. We haven't had any issues.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Town Village. They have been fantastic. It's a great place, and we are extremely happy with them. I would rate them very highly and I have recommended them to others.

She is doing fine there, everyone seems to be really nice. The only complaint would be that the walls are really thin and you can hear the people in the next room. It's clean and the staff has been extremely nice, when she isn't feeling well. They will bring food up to her, and she likes the food there too.

WOW!!! What a place!! It is like a resort but everyone is so warm and kind.

Everything has been very good at Town Village. It's a very nice looking place, and they keep everything looking clean and well kept. The staff are all very friendly, and have been very accommodating. The only issue we've had was a bit of a problem with the food when she moved in, but they worked with us to figure out the sort of meals she would be able to eat that they could prepare.

It’s a little pricey. It is an excellent place that gives great peace of mind to me. I’m very impressed with their level of service, activities, and entertainment. The food is very good. My mom was very resistant to going there, but now she’s very comfortable and happy.

We’ve been very satisfied with them. They are clean and well kept. The staff has been great. There is enough parking.

No tour scheduled - just dropped in but they were ver accommodating. The community is beautiful and very professionally run. Loved it!

I fell in LOVE with this community! I toured and spent a great deal of time with Karla who was lovely. I went in with an idea of what I could afford but realized that apt I had decided on was too expensive and would leave me nothing at all to live on. I would move in here immediately if they were a couple hundred dollars less expensive! They want 1000 deposit and 1000 for pet up front. too high, I am very sad-thought I had found my last home!

Town Village is a great community for the elderly parents. It was a difficult transition to move from a home and town they had lived in for many years, but the staff were extremely patient and encouraging. The other residents have made them feel included. The accomodations are impeccable, with delicious and nutritious meals and an activity director who always seems to find interesting and engaging activities. Access to the shuttle for nearby shopping trips give my parents the feeling of independance and Town Village is located close to many great restarants and one of the main malls in Oklahoma City. I would recommend Town Village to anyone considering this location.

This is a wonderful community. The food is really good. They have personalized living, but we needed more care. This really was more of a country club atmosphere. They really spoiled my loved one. They come out with a full menu and you can order what you want, and they have the white linen table cloths. Abby Grooms is phenomenal, I can't say enough about her, she is such a hard worker and she has been so wonderful. Eddie that runs the place is really friendly and a great person.
