We have been incredibly grateful for and appreciative of the very personalized care and attention that our mom has received at The Pines of Mt. Lebanon. We are managing her care from afar, and have found The Pines, most especially [name removed], to be incredibly communicative and highly responsive - giving up weekends, evenings, and holidays to tend of our mom's needs and to proactively provide us with real time updates. We have no doubts that [name removed] has our mom's best interests at heart and top of mind, including monitoring any changes in her health that require escalated care.[name removed] has given us incredible peace of mind; the depth of her experience and compassion have been readily apparent from our first interaction with her and consistent over the past few months that our mom has been at The Pines.

Candle Light Cove is a hidden gem. Right in Easton, small and intimate. Our family hadn't explored assisted living until we really needed it. CLC was recommended by a family friend and we decided to take a look. The community is clean, inviting, and decorated beautifully. The team is welcoming, dedicated and they go above and beyond to make each resident feel like family. Do yourself a favor and check out this gem!

We are very happy that we chose Colonial Court Yard. For our mother. From the the top office , to all nurses , to all medical service , all aids , cleaning personal , activities director, kitchen staff , dining hall staff , front desk . We couldn’t be more happy with every service . If we had a question we always got a answer.

We are so fortunate to have found your facility for my dad. He was very unhappy in his previous one but yours is so much nicer. He has made friends and likes his room and table mates at lunch We love that he has choices at meals and that he is asked right at the table. In previous places he'd have to remember to decide a week ahead and it would get confusing for him

If I could not be in my own home, this is the only place I’d want to be. Everyone here is so friendly and goes above and beyond for the residents. There’s always someone here to help. Lovely atmosphere, great events, and the best staff. I have a hard time finding something wrong. Overall I would recommend the residence at presque isle bay.

Best facility for care and safety is #1!! The staff at the Residence at Presque Isle Bay are kind, caring , interact with the residents and their families in a respectful way. Safety is #1 and they have the residents wear a watch that staff can easily find the location of the resident and if a resident falls, the watch will notify staff and the resident’s injuries will be assessed. Within, a few minutes a staff member will assess and notify the appropriate person to check on the resident.

The staff at Residence at Presque Isle take such wonderful care of my mother. It is a very friendly and pleasant place to visit. It always clean, and the meals are great. It has a great views of the bay.

The staff are very friendly, caring and compassionate. They treat the residents with respect and attend to their individual needs. The Residence is always clean, and welcoming. In my experience, there have been staff that will come and check on my mom even if they are not working in her floor. For my mom, the social interaction has been so beneficial. Another positive aspect of the residence is that they provide continued PT at the facility. I feel at peace that my mom is receiving the care that she deserves.

Very good except for some of the aides. Some aides have less patience than others. Activities are great. Food is very good. Very pretty atmosphere. Very nice to see you are bringing in Dentists, hairdressers,Podiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and soon a therapist.

As Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz said, "there's no place like home." When the time comes for a loved one to make the difficult move from home, it can be hard to find a senior living facility that provides good care and makes residents feel welcome. My father has been at The Residence for more than a year, and has had a good experience overall. His care team does a good job - many go "above and beyond" to attend to his needs and to make sure he feels valued. The director of nursing, [name removed] has done a particularly good job attending to dad's medical needs. She has a unique ability to provide care in a manner that makes residents feel comfortable and special. [name removed] has also done a good job recruiting, training, and retaining staff members in a very challenging labor market. When we visit dad, the receptionists, care team, and administration makes us feel welcomed and they are very helpful. Although "there's no place like home," The Residence provides a safe, caring environment.

The residents come first. They are provided with personal care, games and other pasttimes to enjoy, meals that are well prepared and varied, and timely responses to any questions or issues they may have. Laundry services are provided. The facility itself is well organized, with outdoor space (weather permitting). Family members and other visitors are permitted and welcomed. The residents come first.

One of the best Memory Care facilities; if you're looking for a caring and enriching life for your family member or loved one. Staff is kind and engaging with the residents. There is a feel of family when you're there.

As a therapist who visits many senior care homes I notice a lot of things. During my first visit to Colonial Courtyard I noticed that the residents receive excellent care. This place feels like a second home for them. It has a great schedule of activities that allows them to participate in community events as well as many fun things to do in-house. The nursing staff is friendly and skilled providing individual care to each resident. As you enter this facility you can see that the staff seems very happy and valued. The decorations are very lovely and always full of holiday spirit. It is tidy and kept in great condition. "I would gladly choose this place for my loved one for any reason"

Mom started in the general population a few years ago and moved into the Memory Care unit at CCB in 2024. It is such a comfortable home-like environment. The staff are extremely patient, caring, and friendly. Residents can participate in a variety of activities that encourage fun and laughter. It is such a relief to know that mom is safe and well cared for. I realize that this sounds like a pretty generic review, but I just hope that when I find myself in need of assistance that I can find a place like this!

My father has been a resident at Colonial Courtyard in Bedford for over a year. I have been very pleased with the care he receives. I live out of state, but am able to visit for four or five days each month. Daddy is always well cared for, communication with staff is easy, activities and trips are abundant and my mind is greatly eased that he is well looked after and enjoying social interaction. He enjoys the staff and is content with the facility. He has a much better quality of life than he would at his home on his own. His primary care physician is the medical director for the facility which is a definite plus. Basic medical testing is done in house (blood draws, taking urine samples, etc) and some physical therapy can be handled in house.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The location is perfect, the food is outstanding, and the staff is lovely. From the amenities to the care, this community is truly second to none.

I was in to tour for information about my next step when I need to leave my home. The building was beautiful, the team was very friendly, this will be the place I want to go to when I have to leave my home. The staff were so caring and the community dog was so nice.

The staff are well trained and courteous. The management team works very hard to ensure that Newhaven Court is a great place to work and live.

If there were ever a place I am happy to visit, Colvin Run is it. This community is truly one of a kind. The staff is educated, compassionate and make every resident feel like they are home. I am contiguously blown away by the programs offered and the level of expertise brought by the wellness team. If you need a place to call a home away from home, there is nowhere else I would recommend.
