My Mom lives far from me and suffered falls in her two story home, leading to many hospital trips. I flew "home" to sell her house and find the best place for her at her age of 79. Holiday Gardens at Wakefield stood out to me after much touring as the most appropriate place for her safety, independence, and socialization. Of course, being across the coast, I worried about leaving her there. I am so happy to say that my mom has thrived at Holiday Gardens. She is more social and happy in her new setting, meeting many friends of her age that are still independent. She constantly brags about the meals she gets. She has transformed from a woman that insisted in staying in her original home into a woman that loves senior apartment living. I also can't say enough about the staff that helped me during this emotional transition and who continue to email me about mom's activities and engagement. The rent is very low compared to other places I considered. I give my highest recommendation!

As a family member of the oldest resident I am very pleased with the Gardens. The apartment is well maintained and comfortable. The staff is responsive to the residents. They are respectful, responsive and pleasant

This place is great. I enjoyed getting to know some of the staff and especially [Name Removed]! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are clean and safe.. The residents are a delight and there are plenty of activities to choose from. I highly recommend The Gardens at Wakefield.

A beautiful community with caring lovely people who treat you and your needs like family. Cleanliness is A+ with lovely rooms with full new kitchens. Delicious meals 3 times a day in a restaurant setting and served with chef cooked meals. An atmosphere that is inviting , warm and friendly. So many various activities to keep your day as full as you like and with opportunities to meet new friends and socializing. A friendly charming community that with spacious rooms that I can’t wait to move into.

Since move-in day, everyone involved with Amity Place has demonstrated phenomenal, professionalism and compassion. Our mother has made more progress since arriving at Amity then ever imagined. I highly recommend Amity Place to anyone looking for quality care and support for a loved one.

Built for Senior Housing on 12800 Spruce Tree Way, are 120 apartments. I have always wanted to see the inside of the Gardens at Wakefield. Here I am in 2024 as a 3/4% age of a Senior. I have had the pleasure of touring and renting my dream apartment home. Little did I know how kind and receptive this community would be. Filled with activities, lovely living spaces, recent!y renovated, numerous amenities, with 3 meals a day. The campus also has beautiful canopies of River Birth trees and shrubs. Come on over, you won't regret it.

The Rutherford met our expectations and more. My sister never complained. They had hospice care ready for us. My brother attend family parties with her. To us, everything is expensive but worth the services because we could not take care of her in our home.

General residence I would recommend. We picked this place because of cleanliness, vibe of the place, and staff.Not so sure about the memory care unit.

I was very impressed with the Gardens at Wakefield when I toured it for my parents. It is a clean, modern facility with a beautiful garden and surprisingly large apartments. My parents were able to move into a newly renovated apartment overlooking the garden. It's so nice that they will have weekly housekeeping and all meals included! The staff and residents have been kind and welcoming to my parents as they settle in. We like how close the Gardens is to lots of shopping, a great library, and YMCA.

The staff at Woodview are amazing! They go above and beyond to care for my mother and father. I am very grateful to have them there as residents. There could be more in-facility activities offered if possible. Also, the transportation could have more times available. The activities they have for musicians to come in are good when they do come.

I love living here. I love my apartment the activities are good and she knows how to work with elderly people. staff is nice and friendly. I love going to the museum downtown

I visited this community and it is very warm and welcoming. It has also been remodeled and has a new, more modern look. The staff is friendly, the residents seem very happy and while I was there a lot of activities were taking place. It’s also nice that is it located in a quiet residential area and they have beautiful gardens in the back to enjoy time outside in a pretty setting.

Our family was in search of a new memory care community for our loved one. We visited Wyncote Place on a friend's recommendation. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. It was apparent that Wyncote Place was the right fit. Last weekend was the move in and we continue to be impressed by the way this community exudes caring, respect, compassion and nurturing. Our loved one is happy and comfortable. This was the best choice for us.

I found communication with staff and administrators easy, productive, and enjoyable. Administrators were receptive of questions, responsive, and helpful. I believe this a safe, clean facility that cares for its residents and treats them with respect and kindness.

It's a stable community that keeps your loved one safe. Wyncote was on my short list and they had availability.

Had a wonderful experience moving in my mother in law. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming! She is loving her new home and family. We are thankful we found a wonderful place where we know she is well cared for!

My mom felt connected to some residents from Branford which is the reason she chose this facility. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Cedar Woods for giving attention to my mom when she needed medical help. I only wish my mom was alive long enough to have enjoyed being there.

The management team is great. They treat everyone like family. The building is clean and very well kept. Food is good and the aides are great. I wish i would have found this place sooner. Cant say enough good things about this place!

Our experience has been outstanding. My Father passed after being in the facility for 3 months. He was well attended while there. The staff has been gracious and extremely helpful in guiding us to a higher level of care for my Mother. Although this is a difficult time for my family, we have come to rely on Hilltop to not only care for my Mother, but to help us adjust as well.

My loved one is a resident at The Gardens and most everything has gone very well. I would recommend this facility to others.
