They are helping friendly and yes we would recommend Park House Southfield to other families based on the experience so far.

The chef is excellent, very friendly and tries very hard to satisfy everybody and the food is good They could do better with the activities and with a new person to run the activities.

l recommend that the base monthly rental rate include all utilities, recognizing that doing so would cause an upward adjustment. But all parties would be served well.

My grandmother has been a resident with Linden Square senior assistant living facility since [date removed]. My experience so far has been very good. They always advise me of any changes or issues related to my grandmother. The facility is clear and well kept the staff there is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to care for their loved one.

We picked this community because, of the close location to home. Everyone was friendly. On the other hand, there was a few things that occured that I did not like, in which there was lack of communication, with properly handling the care of my loved one. It was a temporary place/respite care for my loved one to stay, while I traveled.

We picked this community because, of the location, price, and it's all one floor. It was pretty compariable to other places, as far as the amenities, and what they had to offer. The food could improve. I would recommend this facility to other places.

When we first got there, price wasn't clear and communication wasn't great. I think they should have staff meetings to keep everyone on the same page. Maybe even a billboard to communicate important information. For example, they said we could get cable for dad and that any provider was ok. I did that and then found out it wasn't an option, with two different companies. I will say, it is starting to get better, but still unorganized. No one has been there to clean his apartment, I did it. However, they do wash his laundry for him. I'm so glad I got him in there, but wish they were more organized. Meals are ok, dinner is better. They do offer seconds, which is nice. My dad isn't very active, but I do know they offer a lot of activities. I have recommended the facility to others. Overall, he really loves it there. Again, I just wish they would be more organized with the staff and with communication to the families.

We had a good tour experience at Morraine Ridge. It just wasn’t a fit for my loved ones. For them, the decision came down to the size of the available rooms as well as location.

Very helpful staff. Nice facility. Very safety conscious in regards to protecting clients, which was nice to see. We are definitely considering this as a possible location for mom.

Everyone is friendly. The staff has been very responsive when I needed anything. My apartment is almost perfect. Am pleasantly surprised at the number of activities offered. My only disappointment is the cleanliness of the elevators and halls. They are not really bad but not as clean as I'd like/

My mother and I both think that America House is very nice and very welcoming, in fact, my mother has already told her friends about how nice it is there. My mom is in an apt in the independent section and she still drive herself to her appointments and shopping, but they do offer transportation to the residents who no longer can drive themselves. All the staff here are friendly and they make sure all their residents are well cared for. American House offers lots of activities and my mom does enjoy partisipating. The dining room is very nice and my mom does like eating her meals there, the food is pretty good, she just wishes they would follow the menu a little better. They do offer an alternative if she does not like what the main meal is that day so it would be a 4 rating on following the menu.

Everything is fine that the community provides. I am very happy being here. It worked out very well for me.

[Removed] was pleasant and informative. We liked the facts that there was choice of meal plans. Services and activities were many. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was larger than most that we have seen. We liked the feel of the apartment building setting and felt it was a good transition from a home to senior community living.

This is the nicest place we visited so far. I love the apartment size and look. Laundry service is a little expensive though. Not decided on a location yet but this is at the top of the list once we verify more of the assistance services/pricing.

My tour of this community was a good one. The community looked nice and well maintained. The staff was kind and courteous. From what I saw everything looked well-kept. Everything went well, but I felt like this was a community for a solo independent senior. I didn't feel it was the right fit for my parents, but it is a nice place.

As far as answering my questions and walking me through and getting us in, they are good. They are very patient and found their customer service to be very good. As far as their medical team, they have some new people and they need a little more training to be more personal with the residents.

My loved ones have only been here a short time, but so far things seem to be going well. They've settled in, and really seem to be enjoying what American House has to offer.The facility itself is nice looking, and the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. What really matters is that they are happy, and if they are happy I am happy!

My loved one hasn't been here long, but so far I think American House has done a good job. The staff are all friendly, and they do a great job taking care of the facility and the people who live here. The medical staff in particular have been very caring and professional.

I was impresssed with the layourtof the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and cost per month.
