The manager is great! From the first time we met him and the salesman the process of getting my mother here has been seamless! They worked with us on our time frame and their understanding of our situation was very appreciated. My mother loves her apartment! We highly recommend Summerfield Estates!

The staff here was very friendly. We enjoyed our tour very much.

1 through 4 would be 5 plus 5 would be 4 at present as new general manager. Waiting to see when honeymoon is over. 6 would be better if chef could set own menu Would be better if those of us on no salt or no sugar diets could be assured of how much and which choices are such 7 is a 1. Poor for choices and regularity. Dance parties are very well attended and extremely enjoyed. Musical programs about the same. Too few and far in between. Need more choices and just regular publicity. Old westerns and Olde actors and actresses. 8. New deco not geared to age, i.e. modern artwork on walls ...furniture doesn't consider location of old handicapped walkers. Probably biggest fault was new game area doesn't accommodate puzzlers .. number and size of tables...no public restrooms in area or on floor...favorite pool table and billiards and poker tables destroyed even though made by residents...game tables cheap and unstable. Dining room tables replaced and destroyed. New ones not comfortable as they are built with Center legs and not enough room for occupants to put feet on floor. So money spent on deco not suitable for residents New residents not independent more assisted living.

The activities could be better. You can't pay rent by cc only ACH or a mailed check. Rent increase in January Staff is amazing! People are very nice and always looking for someone to play cards with

Overall I would say all of them are a 5. The food is hard to say because my mom was so picky and didn't eat a lot of the food. The only 3 might be the sales team, once they got you signed up it was like they didn't know they existed. But the front desk person was awesome. It really was and would have been a great fit, if we had only took the steps to put her in sooner.

I am a seven year resident of summerfield. I love this place. I made several friends and had so many laughs. The remodel looks amazing. The staff here is amazing. Since the new general manager has gotten here this place is a ball

I would rate all eight questions a five. I am really enjoying living here. The food I would rate a 10. Hard to believe how good the food is.

The staff have all been attentive and friendly. The apartments have plenty of space in them. This has been the perfect place to live.

It's Independent Living. They have medical facilities and Aid facilities but they're extra cost. But it's still a reading of five. They have three different sizes they have Studio which is what I'm in and yes it's very spacious. They have one bedroom apartments which are nice and roomy and they have two bedroom apartments which are also very nice but all are different prices and different floors they have three floors that are available. They have a lot of activities here and the director's name is [name removed] and she's a very helpful person. They serve three meals a day and all of them are good meals they just don't cook individual meals they have one main course and three choices other than the main course. They do a quick cleaning of your room once a week they change your sheets pillow cases and wash them and put them back. And the staff here are excellent people very kind very gentle and very helpful.

The staff is great they are very attentive and helpful. Everything looks clean, our first tour and really made us aware of the positive aspects of living senior environment. Everyone seems to care about the residents and community seems to be well managed.

It’s a very nice place, clean and friendly. My friend lived here for about 2 years and I often dine here with my friend. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will also recommend the 24 hour care that they have in the building. I love it and I will recommend it to anyone

I’m so excited for the help I received from [name removed] & [name removed] they went above and beyond to help with finding a wonderful new home… the tenants we meet were full of hospitality. I would recommend this great community to anyone looking for a place for your family.

Great staff, they are always kind and caring and will go out their way to help when needed. The facility is newly renovated and looks amazing!

I think the most important thing was my Dad felt comfortable there with the atmosphere and the people. He saw it as someplace he could live.

I have lived here a little over a year. Since then this place had new management take over. He is great. He was able to get this place a remodel. If you have seen Summerfield before I hope you come see it now. It looks amazing

I have loved at Summerfield for 5 months. I have made several friends. It is a fun atmosphere. I recommend you bring your loved ones aka my future friends here to come see this place. The remodel was amazing too. It gave this place the much needed facelift

friendly courteous staff. I have grow a few friends since moving here. There is a feeling of family. Transportation is a huge plus for me. Making it easy to go to doctor appointments and grocery stores. The new renovations look amazing and I highly recommend friends and family to come see the beauty of this place. I have lived here almost 8 years.

I love it here! Very happy. We get great food. There is a bus to take you to Doctors appointments and every Wednesday we go to Walmart. We get 1 1/2 hrs to shop. They also take us to the pharmacy to drop off you prescription or to pick it up. One Wednesday a month we have special outings. Different place and at that time we go out for lunch. 1 time we went to a zoo, where you could pet the animals and feed them if you wanted. Then out for lunch. At special outings we always have lunch somewhere different. You’ll love it here. Come join us. You won’t be sorry.

The place is clean and [name removed] and [name removed] ARE ARE EXCELLENT. Could not ask for nicer. My mom on the other hand is struggling she doesn't really like the food and she has no money for an option. She could be just difficult because she likes food with taste and there is not much.
