The actual facility was clean. Residents were active and happy. The management [name removed]was very accommodating and friendly.

I have recommended to several people I know. It's beautiful there & the staff are amazing. It's an amazing place for able seniors to live!

The staff are incredibly welcoming and responsive. They worked with the family to find a perfect fit for my needs, allowing me to move in when the timing worked best. Highly recommend this place to others!

The facility overall is very good. Not the newest or the squeaky cleanest. But the staff is great, friendly and helpful . Food is very good and tasty. Plenty to do, grounds are very nice. Close to doctors and hospital. We are like family, staff and residents. I'm happy I moved here

It was a perfect match for my mother! We really feel like God sent us to you, she loves it there. [name removed] and the entire staff are wonderful! We would recommend holiday Redwood retirement to others. It's a beautiful place!

5 across the board - that place is outstanding. The staff are extremely friendly and it feels like a home, not an institution.

Staff was very professional & accommodating. Went out of their way to assist and we're very thankful for their compassion and empathy. I would certainly recommend this facility to any family considering independent living options.

We visited and met with many of the staff, they were so warm and welcoming. The Residents also were very happy and the energy was very positive. .The apartment specials right now caught our attention, with balconies. Our lunch was delicious too!!

Kittery Estates feels bright and friendly. The staff is wonderful, and the residents are so kind. The food is amazing, and there are so many activities for all abilities. I really feel like my father is in a safe space, while allowing him independence.

The cleanliness gets a 3 but take into consideration that the entire place is being remodeled and renovated. I think the corporate office, Holiday by Atria, underpays and doesn't sufficiently value their employees . They seem to be overworked, but still have a smile on their face for the residents. Please don't count me out due to my high ratings. I have nothing but good to say about my experience here and most of it is due to the friendliest of the residents and the helpfulness of the employees.

My mom got a two bedroom 2 bath on the ground floor with 2 patios facing a meadow. It was more reasonable than other places. Sadly my dad passed away 1 week after they moved in so she will have to decide whether to be over housed, find a room mate or stay on her own for awhile.

The whole facility is very clean, staff is great and the food is not bad. Have not been able to do any activities yet.

Facility/staff very pleasant and professional - I would highly recommend Holiday Bluebird Estates for comfort and professionalism.

The staff is professional, very helpful Just a heads up I don't live in the community. I actually haven't been there yet. I have a friend and client who I assist with everything. He loves there and really likes it. The staff has been great with him!

[name removed] was wonderful, only person I've met in 20 yrs. who knows how to be good to people along with [name removed]. Somewhere in this god forsaken world there were 2 people that still had a loving heart. The rest of the world could learn from them. Besides that about the same as any other rest home. If for what ever reason they should leave i will be gone. Happy at montara meadows reasonable price , good staff, good location.

What has stood out is Everyone has been helpful. My Mom says the food is great. She has a studio apartment that is bigger than many others we looked at. It's in a nice area. Unfortunately it's 30 minutes from my house.

Blue Water Lodge is a fantastic senior living community. My loved one has recently moved in and has had a great experience as she has settled in. The Blue Water Lodge staff are attentive and extremely helpful. Homecare services are provided by a third party team, Advisacare, in this building. The Adviscare staff have been beyond accommodating. They have made the transition for my loved one so much easier. Making her feel at home and comfortable. This was not an easy move, but now that my loved one is settled in - I am at peace knowing she is being taken care of and loved. I wouldn't think twice about moving into this community!

Crescent Heights has been wonderful, 5. They were easy to work with and mom loves it there. Big plus is that she has an apartment, independent living, but meals are provided. So she is eating healthier than before and socializing. We contract separately with a company that provides personal care, but they serve a lot of clients in the building so they are always around and the price is reasonable.

We moved my mom into BW Holiday last week and we are very excited about her new place. It’s comfortable, friendly and the food is amazing! The staff members are caring and welcoming, along with supportive during the move in process.

The facility is beautiful and clean. The food was pretty good too. The service is like a luxury hotel. It's the staff that really make this place wonderful. [name removed] was amazing and so is the lady at the front desk. Honestly I haven't ran into any person that was unpleasant. My grandmother seems to enjoy it there very much.
