After experiencing a stroke that rendered my left-side paralyzed and being in hospital for four months I have totally enjoyed being in this lovely, safe and secure residence for almost 2 years and I am grateful to everyone here—staff and residents for making me feel comfortable and welcome in this kind, supportive and very caring atmosphere. I have found a congenial and generous group of people here to be with to rest and recuperate and learn to manage new physical restrictions. Every member of the team here at the Chateau de Champlain is most excellent!

The Château de Champlain is truly retirement living at its finest, including friendly caring staff, nutritious meals, many activities, housekeeping services and lifeline support. Mom is in a lovely bright apartment and feels safe and content. Thank you so much for making my Mom feel welcome!??

THE COURT AT BARRHAVEN is a home away from home. My husband and I visited here very recently and were received with the utmost most welcoming people. The people were very happy listening to one of the residents playing the piano. They were smiling inside and out. We had a lovely lunch served by friendly workers. I particularly enjoyed the exercises that one woman conducted before lunch while waiting for service. The facilities were spotless and their game room was great even having candies for those who wanted them. Prices are reasonable. Do take a look for yourself and you will believe me.

Everyone is very nice .they have aid that can help with showers cost 20 my mom seems to be happy there. She doesn't stay in her room all day she is out and about playing bingo and they have entertainment other days

My experience when evaluating the facility was exceptional and the reason that I chose The Springs for my and my husband's new home. The sales and community managers presented the The Springs as a community - met numerous residents who all were positive about living there. I was shown all of the facility and its amenities. We have moved in and are very happy here.

I had written a review earlier today and neglected to state my personal fault of this facility. This is a personal thing, I realize, but there are no security cameras in or out of this facility. Also the doors are locked in the evening over night, but access is open all day. Presently I reside in a locked facility with key access by residents 24/7. Also, there are cameras inside and out which have a history of prevention of misfortune. This is a personal thing that I did share with [name removed], who is really great.

We have had a very positive experience at Maple Downs. The staff has been wonderful and dad gets all three meals. He walks daily, has friends and there are activities if he wants to participate. There is also music and a short Happy hour on Friday. Dad can be independent, and has the option to hire aids if he needs them as he processes. He is so happy and we are happy as family that we do not have to worry about him in his old home. Thank you Maple Downs. Please continue your fabulous staff and service.

My Dad move in and we have had nothing but a good experience. The tour was great with no high pressure. The building is in need of updates but it was clean. I understand they will be updating this year. We felt it was more like them trying to help my Dad rather than trying to sell us something. I would highly recommend taking a look.

My father passed away and mom now lives with us. Aspen was great! They were wonderful, but very short-handed. People can't say enough about it. Everyone was very caring.

The main reasons we chose Echo Ridge was because of the price, safety, and the fact that they will take them anywhere, anytime. I would tell others to make sure you don't tell the housekeeper you don't need anything because they won't wash sheets or towels, dust, wipe bathroom down or vacuum. Say yes go ahead and do my room

In the search to find a place for my mom, I must have searched high and low from Milpitas, all the way to Almaden Valley, and there was some real good communities I found, but nothing as excellent as Holiday Warburton Place. I met someone at the front desk who was so pleasant and made me, my family, and mom feel so welcome, the staff members I could tell my mom would be in good hands with them. The community was so clean, and the apartments are beautiful even with a patio so my mom can get some fresh air in the morning drinking her tea. Food and activities was the other thing very important for my family and for my mom, and they have live music every Thursday and the activity director is so kind and puts a lot of hard work into the activities being fun, vibrant, and engaging, my mom cant stop sharing how much enjoyment she is having. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Any problems that arise are handled quickly and efficiently. Apartments are ample in size. Clean and well kept Housekeeping is done weekly. Laundry facilities (2 per floor) are well maintained and clean.

Yes, we would. The facility is meeting our needs at this time. The service is excellent. Friendly staff and friendly neighbors. There are activities to do throughout the day and entertainment a few times a month.

I'd say go ahead and put your relative there. It's a great place.

I am so thankful for Vista de la Montana and [name removed] and the entire staff at Vista de la Montana, It has been a good fit for my recently widowed brother-in-law. Since he has moved in I cannot compliment the entire staff enough who are always pleasant and willing to answer our endless questions. The food is good because we have tried it and all in all it seems to be a good place for us to be able to assist our brother. My brother-in-law recently returned from a hospital stay and the staff, again, continues to impress helping to see that he has meals. Thank you to all.

Over one year ago an elderly friend of mine moved into the Victorian on Feltham Road after a long stay in hospital. I was immediately taken with the caring and sincere concern shown by the staff at The Victorian. My friend considers The Victorian his "home" now, and continuously praises their help and assistance as he deals with his every day needs. He loves the meals and the staff in the dining room. The staff are very caring and considerate and adjust to the many different needs of the residents on and are most receptive when I inquire about changes that may be needed to assist my friend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Victorian as a place to consider when seeking a home for an elderly friend or relative. I found the monthly rates to be very fair when comparing similar independent living facilities in the area.

This is a comfortable and kind facility. Staff and residents also as kind and we all love our facility.

Everyone seems to be caring and attentive. They meet expectations Apartment size is adequate for the needs and nicely kept. The on site health person is good.
