My brother seems to be very happy at Uffelman Estates. The staff is always polite friendly and professional. The staff that I have came in contact with always seems to enjoy working at Uffelman Estates.

The tour was interesting and the guide very helpful. I only had one meal, which was very tasty and excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and bright. The residents that I met were very friendly.

Everyone at Holiday Hartland Hills is so nice, professional, empathetic and you feel like people are actually listening to your concerns. They do get very busy so always remember to be patient! Bluegrass Regional staff have been very helpful too! The residents have all been very welcoming and friendly towards us as well!

I really enjoy living at Aspen View. I love the people and staff. They always make sure I get to appointments on time.

Today I did a tour in the Community for my Mom, [name removed] was such a great person. She answered all of our questions and concerns. The community was recently renovated and it looked so welcoming. My mom enjoyed the tour. All the staff was welcoming and the place was overall fantastic. Hopefully we can call this place home one day.

The staff is very accommodating and genuinely care about the residents. There is a feeling of community among residents. The building is well kept and the remodel is nice! Food is high quality and tasty

Starting with our meeting with [name removed]on day 1, we felt we were in good hands. There was no pressure to rent, however, we did take advantage of some incentives.[name removed], along with the entire office staff, including [names removed], have gone above and beyond, always taking into account our mother's best interest. Our mother has unusual severe allergies to paint and adhesive. When it came time for renovations at the facility, the staff would reach out to our family to communicate and coordinate when it was necessary to remove mom from the facility. [name removed] her housekeeper and food server, is very conscientious and courteous. She is more like a friend/guardian angel for mom.[name removed] in maintenance, is always a welcome sight, very friendly and accommodating a true professional. The entire staff from [name removed] the hairdresser, [name removed] the Activities Coordinator, and everyone in-between up to [name removed] the General Manager, are dedicated professionals who are warm, caring, and wonderful employees! They are top-notch, excellent representatives for Walnut woods. Our mother and family appreciate all they have done and all they offer to do for our mother. Mom loves the food. They have a good variety, and one can always find something delicious to eat. The facility is extremely clean. The money is on the top side; however, they do provide toilet paper, clean towels and sheets weekly, free laundry facilities, and her guests eat free when visiting. When she was ill, meals were delivered to her room. Mom loves Bingo, the guest speakers, special music and entertainment. She can use the free shuttle for local & group trips; however, our family chooses to take her to Dr. Appts and outings at this time. She has made many good friends and acquaintances. She loves her apartment and her new community.

The staff and management were easy to contact and very knowledgeable about their facility. Arrangements for lunch and tours were very flexible.

Residents and staff were all very friendly and they worked really hard to get my mother in law acclimated and involved. New residence are assigned an ambassador to show them around and take them to the dining hall and introduce them to others. The staff also stepped in and were making visits to her apt to try to get her involved.

I think the facility is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is overall pretty friendly but sometimes not as friendly to family as they should be for the money that's paid there. Sometimes the food is not the right temperature. Like things that should be warm are served cold

I would rate a 5 for each question. Steven and the entire staff are diligent hard working employees who epitomizes professionalism, empathy, caring and real concern for every resident living in Holiday Hill Puyallup.

My experience at Montara, most of the people here is great I love management, occasionally I go to the pool participate in activities daily and dance with other residents. This is home for me and I love it !!!! Management they always professional and honest with everyone

In two weeks, we will have been at Palmer for a year. Four years ago my husband and I “shopped” retirement residences. I was totally ready to make the move. My husband could not decide. So we put it off. Circumstances changed and we made our decision. We have not had any regrets. Our favorite part of the move has been the many people that we have met and the friends that we have made. I don’t need to mention the amenities but I will say that we want for nothing. From fun activities to music to socializing to time by ourselves, life is good.

The staff are so friendly with all of their residents. They are aware and very attentive with residents that may have missed the dining room. Speaking of the dining room, the food is great. The apartment building has recently been remodeled and looks beautiful!

I felt like my mom was enjoying her time there and that she felt stimulated and also integrated into their community. They have activities throughout the day and food and snacks available and she would still be living there but we couldn't afford the rent anymore. So even though the price is reasonable, it's still very expensive for families to pay an additional rent.

The manager is great! From the first time we met him and the salesman the process of getting my mother here has been seamless! They worked with us on our time frame and their understanding of our situation was very appreciated. My mother loves her apartment! We highly recommend Summerfield Estates!

The staff here was very friendly. We enjoyed our tour very much.

1 through 4 would be 5 plus 5 would be 4 at present as new general manager. Waiting to see when honeymoon is over. 6 would be better if chef could set own menu Would be better if those of us on no salt or no sugar diets could be assured of how much and which choices are such 7 is a 1. Poor for choices and regularity. Dance parties are very well attended and extremely enjoyed. Musical programs about the same. Too few and far in between. Need more choices and just regular publicity. Old westerns and Olde actors and actresses. 8. New deco not geared to age, i.e. modern artwork on walls ...furniture doesn't consider location of old handicapped walkers. Probably biggest fault was new game area doesn't accommodate puzzlers .. number and size of tables...no public restrooms in area or on floor...favorite pool table and billiards and poker tables destroyed even though made by residents...game tables cheap and unstable. Dining room tables replaced and destroyed. New ones not comfortable as they are built with Center legs and not enough room for occupants to put feet on floor. So money spent on deco not suitable for residents New residents not independent more assisted living.

The activities could be better. You can't pay rent by cc only ACH or a mailed check. Rent increase in January Staff is amazing! People are very nice and always looking for someone to play cards with

Overall I would say all of them are a 5. The food is hard to say because my mom was so picky and didn't eat a lot of the food. The only 3 might be the sales team, once they got you signed up it was like they didn't know they existed. But the front desk person was awesome. It really was and would have been a great fit, if we had only took the steps to put her in sooner.
