My dad has been a resident of Simi Hills for almost two years. The office staff are all so welcoming, kind, and always helpful. There are so many nice residents and he’s made many friends. I should also mention that the rest of the staff, including the dining room/kitchen staff, housekeepers, and maintenance couldn’t be nicer. The grounds and views are beautiful. There’s a great path for walking which my dad loves and the courtyard is a great place to relax and enjoy some time outside. The recent remodel turned out beautiful and provided a nice updated look. His apartment is the perfect size. He has a nice living area with a small kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a bathroom. My dad really enjoys socializing with friends in the dining room for the three meals they provide daily. There’s plenty of activities and entertainment available. My dad and I both highly recommend Simi Hills!

My mom, [name removed], was a resident of Simi Hills for over 3-1/2 years. We were very pleased with the staff, genuinely caring and providing best possible service to this Independent Living Senior Community. I was also very grateful that the residents were "sharp" and provided lively meal conversations that developed into genuine friendships. Simi Hills offers a variety of activities and social opportunities such that there is something for truly everyone. They are thoughtful and do their best to honor the needs of everyone. My mother celebrated her 100th birthday here last year, and was treated royally. She had been generally independent up until her last month. The middle of this year Mom's health started to decline and we were blessed to have Choice Hospice and Caregiving programs on site at Simi Hills to attend her needs. Choice is a new 24/7 service provider at Simi Hills, and they could not have been more helpful, respectful, professional and kind. They truly were a godsend and allowed

I've been and seen other facilities and none can compare. Worth every penny. The staff is what makes the environment so inviting. They have great personality, and patience.

The general manager is a most caring person for every resident here and strives every day and every week to address any concerns that may arise. The rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and caring also. They have numerous varied activities every day, comfortable accommodations, and good food with 4 choices of types of meals for every meal 3 times a day. To put the whole experience very simply, compared to my life prior to coming here - "I feel pampered every day now ".

In the beginning there was a big mix up with the contract. This could have cost us a lot. Maybe even going over [name removed] budget and making her move out. [name removed], her daughter, persevered and it got straightened out. Other than that, we couldn't ask for more. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

The staff really take time to get to know the residents. The facility is very clean and yet feels homey. I would recommend to others.

In looking for a place for myself, I began with the idea of getting out of a full house with staircases to my bedroom and one down to the laundry room. In addition I was negotiating significant stairs into my front door. Finally I came to the realization that it wasn’t necessary to do that anymore. In looking into senior living facilities, I came across the “a place for mom “ org that took the time to show me a variety of facilities with a wide range of amenities and was able to identify Illahee Hills as the one that fit my needs nicely. Through tours and interviews I found a nice and comfortable fit for my dog and myself.

We have been very pleased with both their staff and the facility. Mom loves the food. She loves her neighbors. She loves the activities they do and we both think that the price is very fair for all that they provide.

Super nice people! You can tell they care about the residents. I feel better knowing she's around other residents that care about each other.

It's a great place. Mom is no longer there but both my husband and I said we could live there. The staff is so very helpful. If it wasn't for your help I don't know what I would have done. I had no idea where to start.

I have been here a little over two months and am very happy with my decision to rent an apartment. The people here are very good, kind, and responsive to my needs. I chose a studio apt and I am very comfortable. They have apartments as large as two bedroom. I would recommend Andover Place to anyone looking for a senior retirement community.

it’s a great place for him. Everyone is super nice (staff and the people living there) and we really like [name removed] the bus driver. On Tuesday they took a trip to Lone Elk park to see animals and they do other trips like that that get people out of the building, which is nice.

The community offers amenities that enhance residents quality of life, such as on-site therapy, transportation, and restaurant-style dining. Staff members were great The community is commended for making the transition to senior living as smooth and easy as possible. Thanks everyone for everything you do.

I love it here!! My husband passed away [date removed] of this year, I had to make changes for myself, after looking at many places, this is were I decided to live, I am happy here!! There's people to talk to, eat with, play games with!!! I didn't want to be alone!! This has been an answered prayer for me!!!!! The staff is wonderful here! Food is well prepared, the whole place is clean! My Al experience is plus A!

The actual facility was clean. Residents were active and happy. The management [name removed]was very accommodating and friendly.

I have recommended to several people I know. It's beautiful there & the staff are amazing. It's an amazing place for able seniors to live!

The staff are incredibly welcoming and responsive. They worked with the family to find a perfect fit for my needs, allowing me to move in when the timing worked best. Highly recommend this place to others!

The facility overall is very good. Not the newest or the squeaky cleanest. But the staff is great, friendly and helpful . Food is very good and tasty. Plenty to do, grounds are very nice. Close to doctors and hospital. We are like family, staff and residents. I'm happy I moved here
