My husband and I stayed here for approximately 6 weeks after surgery. The place is clean and staff very friendly. There are several daily activities to choose to participate or not. They have a van-bus driver who goes above and beyond for the residents. Her bubbly personality welcomes everyone! Weekly Friday excursions to different restaurants throughout the community. We were highly satisfied with our one bedroom apartment. The place is peaceful and welcoming.

All are easy to work with. [name removed]is the best manager I have ever come in contact with. She is excellent in all areas I can think of. She is smart, kind, considerate, thoughtful, generous and will work with you in any way she can. I retired with 36 years of service with AT&T and have had many managers in my lifetime and she tops them all. She could be President and this country would be bettered in every way.

The staff is amazing. They will raise the rent about 8% a yr which is not good for those on fixed incomes.

It is definitely a nice place. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The only reason we did not move in is because we couldn't financially afford it.

Your staff was extremely friendly. My dad transitioned easily from home to new home apartment, he had nothing bad to say about his stay there, just that it was too short and he wishes he had moved in sooner!

It's been wonderful! I have enjoyed meeting people and the accommodations are beautiful. I think the food is good and I am overall very pleased to be living at Crescent Heights. I have a great group of ladies I eat meals with every day!

After living at Thornton Place for about 10 months, I am enjoying it very much. I love my apartment, the staff are enjoyable and concerned about the residents and offer a medley of various activities for participation by residents including trips to the casino to tours of various places like Christmas lights, Royals baseball games, lakes, museums, eating places…. just to name a few. I’m happy in my new home.

We are very happy with the Blue Water Lodge. The staff and quality of food really stand out the most. Plus location is excellent.

The staff is wonderful, and very helpful. We enjoy living here. I would recommend to others.

What I like the most about the community is the management team, the food staff, housekeeping plus the all the staff is general. I would absolutely recommend Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch to other families.

What we like the most about Holiday Springs is the staff and manager. We would absolutely recommend Holiday Springs of Napa to other families based on the experience so far.

Residents and their loved ones commend the staff's kindness and the overall family-like atmosphere. Visiting the facility in person is crucial to get a feel for the environment and the residents was a great experience overall.

Holiday Alexis Gardens has a very helpful, friendly staff! A definite feeling of being part of a "family" after only a few days residency. A variety of activities planned, everyday, that cover a variety of interests. Rooms, many with balconies, are roomy and clean...lots of closet/storage space.

The staff are like family. They are accepting and friendly. My mom has settled in so well because of the kindness of staff. The other residents are also great. They are happy to have new people to meet and become friends with!

We needed to find a clean, safe place to move our parents into and found Holiday Vista de la Montana as the perfect fit. They did not want to leave their home in Las Vegas so when they arrived at Vista de la Montana and found the apartment perfect for their needs, the staff and residents welcoming, helpful and always happy, they were ready to start their new chapter. No matter what our parents request, the staff eagerly tries to satisfy the request. We are so happy that we found Vista de la Montana.

I love it here. Staff is Awesome every Dept is Wonderful. I'm kept busy with [name removed] she's the Best Office staff is very warm and you feel they care about each of us. I've lived here 6 Month now and i'm so Happy i found a place that's just Wonderful . Food is very good . We get from place to place Drs stores by [name removed] the bus driver she's Wonderful and so friendly. we have meetings each month with head Chef and then a managers meeting and it's been great feed back and they really do care. Lady's get their hair done always look Beautiful . It's just a Great place to live. We get to see Elvis sing and dance which is very good You name it we got it all here no going out. I'm truly Blessed i am here where i belong. Sorry if this is long but it's Great here. a few months back i got really sick my twin sister called the front desk and [name removed] answered ask her to do a well check on me i was pretty bad shape. [name removed] told me to push my emergency necklace and [name removed] and my twin saved my life i didn't know where i even lived at but because of [name removed] swift response i got the help i needed i could have died. That's the wonderful people we have that look out for us here at Genesis Gardens. This isn't only my home it's the staffs home to because they care about each of us and i feel safe here and loved.

I would give it a 5 for everything! My mother in law is in such a great place! Can't say enough of how wonderful the staff has been! Thank you for doing such a fabulous job in all areas! The staff at Blue Bird estates is very friendly and always have been very helpful to accommodate every need. It was very impressive to the whole family that they stood by my mother-in-law until she was comfortable and had everything she needed to be successful to live there! The facility not only has a great environment but it also is there for the client to be successful and to meet all their needs. A wonderful place to have a loved one!

Everyone is helpful and friendly they real great .they take you where you need to go and have actives you can do.The people who live here are nice and friendly.I have made friends with a few of them.i would till everybody how nice this place is

We have found all staff to be very, very friendly, and responsive to requests. I think cleanliness of the facility inside Is excellent, what I have noticed though is that there is sometimes litter outside ... and as we are not there frequently, I don't know how often that is picked up... again, the cleanliness inside individual units, common areas, etc. is excellent

5 for all categories. What we like the most about Holiday Bluebird Estates is that it is warm, spotless and the people are very caring. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
