It is a positive environment. Staff are very cheerful and welcoming. My mom is feeling more and more comfortable each day.

It's a nice place. Clean welcoming. Professional. A great wholesome community for retired folks. Management is accommodating and works with those who have less funds

Staff is extremely helpful. Lots of great activities and food is good to great! Decor was just redone and has a nice feel to it . The clients are also great. !!!

Staff are great food is good and there are many activities to choose from. Good location.

The staff that we met are very helpful and pleasant and there are plenty of activities and outings for residents. The residents can play games and enjoy the entertainment that comes there. The food variety is very good and the dining area looks like an upscale restaurant. Our family member has a studio apartment and it's plenty spacious for her. There are other sized apartments but we haven't seen them.

Everyone at Holiday Orchid Terrace has been very kind. I liked it so well I moved in. Of all the places I toured, I liked this one of the best. If you have to be away from your home this place makes you feel very welcome.

Basically we told them what we thought we wanted and she found us places better than we thought we could get. And we could get them with what we had to spend. We are very happy with the help they were able to give us. Thank you for giving us your knowledge of this area and the opportunity to find the place we are living in now.

Really great staff; very nice facility. I would recommend to others. I will add that the people who live there are very welcoming to new people. They have "resident ambassadors" that take new people under their wing to be sure they are comfortable and meet new people. Also, the office staff also mix with the residents to get to know them which is comforting to the residents. They don't just stay behind their desk

I feel safe here. I’ve made a lot of friends and I enjoyed a lot of different activities. I’ve been here for over a year. My family can visit me anytime and join me for meals. I do like my house keeper.

The staff has been on point with us and never hesitant to help out. It's a beautiful place and were super happy my mom is there.

The facility is neat and clean. There are abundant services provided - Weekly housekeeping, 3 balanced meals a day with several choices on the menu, linen services, a good choice of fun and varied activities, friendly people, attentive staff, and monthly outings. My one bedroom apartment is spacious with ample storage and a nice balconies. I couldn’t be happier!

This is a very pleasant place to call home. The staff is very accommodating. They help to solve any problems that arise. The residents are also friendly and helpful.

The overall care and maintenance is very good. The variety of choices in the dining category is very impressive. The seasonings are quite palatable. I feel safe and secure with the warm and caring working staff. They are warm and caring professionals.

Just moved my sister in last weekend. We love the community, the staff and the residents. My sister wishes she would have moved in sooner. She is looking forward to meeting new friends and enjoying all the activities the community has to offer.

Great place and the price was outstanding Almost 50% less than the place she was staying at. I would recommend to others.

Holiday is pleasant and quite comfortable. Very nice staff!

Nice personnel, quick to hear and respond to residents requests. Good location, attractive grounds and facilities. Positive attitude for each day! Gates and handrails on back patios would improve safety. Kindness of people, caring residents and staff alike. Respect for others, and looking out for each other. I’m easy to please, food is wholesome and plentiful. I have enjoyed the stretch exercises and fun volleyball activities. Chef demonstration of homemade tortillas. I also loved the community’s choir performance, Podiatrist visits, hairdressers, electronics help, All good things to have access to. I like that it is more casual, not like a hotel lobby.

My Mother has lived here for 2 years. We like the staff very much. It’s still very expensive but based on actual “assisted living”, less expensive. They make it a point to know their residents. The staff, especially [name removed] is wonderful! Maybe Better quality food? The staff at Simi Hills are excellent! We especially appreciate everything they do for my 93 year old mother.

Patients get out of it what they put in. They have to engage in activities and social events

Wonderful environment. Great people. Nice residents. Reasonable prices. Great food. Birthdays are fun. They listen well and have immense patience. They respond very quickly to even the most minor requests. They do an excellent job producing meals that everyone can partake of easily and has great flavor. Don't change a thing except maybe a little bit less salt sometimes. We are all very happy with everything at this point. Could not be better. Beautiful setting. Warm and friendly people. Maybe a few more parking spots.
