[name removed] was wonderful, only person I've met in 20 yrs. who knows how to be good to people along with [name removed]. Somewhere in this god forsaken world there were 2 people that still had a loving heart. The rest of the world could learn from them. Besides that about the same as any other rest home. If for what ever reason they should leave i will be gone. Happy at montara meadows reasonable price , good staff, good location.

What has stood out is Everyone has been helpful. My Mom says the food is great. She has a studio apartment that is bigger than many others we looked at. It's in a nice area. Unfortunately it's 30 minutes from my house.

Blue Water Lodge is a fantastic senior living community. My loved one has recently moved in and has had a great experience as she has settled in. The Blue Water Lodge staff are attentive and extremely helpful. Homecare services are provided by a third party team, Advisacare, in this building. The Adviscare staff have been beyond accommodating. They have made the transition for my loved one so much easier. Making her feel at home and comfortable. This was not an easy move, but now that my loved one is settled in - I am at peace knowing she is being taken care of and loved. I wouldn't think twice about moving into this community!

Crescent Heights has been wonderful, 5. They were easy to work with and mom loves it there. Big plus is that she has an apartment, independent living, but meals are provided. So she is eating healthier than before and socializing. We contract separately with a company that provides personal care, but they serve a lot of clients in the building so they are always around and the price is reasonable.

We moved my mom into BW Holiday last week and we are very excited about her new place. It’s comfortable, friendly and the food is amazing! The staff members are caring and welcoming, along with supportive during the move in process.

The facility is beautiful and clean. The food was pretty good too. The service is like a luxury hotel. It's the staff that really make this place wonderful. [name removed] was amazing and so is the lady at the front desk. Honestly I haven't ran into any person that was unpleasant. My grandmother seems to enjoy it there very much.

The staff was quite supportive. They offered many suggestions that helped residents integrate with the facility. They were ready to assist where needed. The single apartment was smaller than we wanted, but I was able to accommodate and settle well. There was enough space for groceries, toiletries, etc.

The wonderful staff are outstanding and personable, greatly appreciated by mom! Comfortable living accommodations and the vast selection of weekly activities are appreciated as she makes new friends.

Move in date was [date removed]. The staff was excellent in assisting in where ever it was needed regarding the move. They are professional and always helpful! It is always clean! The rooms are very nice and spacious for a single person! Love having a deck to enjoy! It has been a wonderful experience! They have assisted so kindly with scheduling some last min shuttle appts. and with any other matters! There is a convenient bus stop near by as well as a pharmacy. The decision to move to Holiday Bridge Park was the right one!!

Everyone is friendly. The place is clean with lots of natural light. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming. The staff did an amazing job of placing my m-i-l at meals with people who had similar interests... she quickly had friends to eat with each day. With the nicer weather she goes for walks on the property and loves the fact there are benches so she can stop and rest if need be... or just stop to enjoy the sunshine and flowers.

My brother seems to be very happy at Uffelman Estates. The staff is always polite friendly and professional. The staff that I have came in contact with always seems to enjoy working at Uffelman Estates.

The tour was interesting and the guide very helpful. I only had one meal, which was very tasty and excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and bright. The residents that I met were very friendly.

Everyone at Holiday Hartland Hills is so nice, professional, empathetic and you feel like people are actually listening to your concerns. They do get very busy so always remember to be patient! Bluegrass Regional staff have been very helpful too! The residents have all been very welcoming and friendly towards us as well!

I have WI-FI for my compacter. The services is on and off and shows "no internet connections". I am going to try adding a "router", but am told by experts that this is a "router" and to add another might mean they are incompatible. I have been here only a couple of months. My TV he's quite bringing in channels. Its seems to be stuck on settings. I will tell management. They are very apt to service.

I really enjoy living at Aspen View. I love the people and staff. They always make sure I get to appointments on time.

This is a great place for our mother.

Today I did a tour in the Community for my Mom, [name removed] was such a great person. She answered all of our questions and concerns. The community was recently renovated and it looked so welcoming. My mom enjoyed the tour. All the staff was welcoming and the place was overall fantastic. Hopefully we can call this place home one day.

The staff is very accommodating and genuinely care about the residents. There is a feeling of community among residents. The building is well kept and the remodel is nice! Food is high quality and tasty

Starting with our meeting with [name removed]on day 1, we felt we were in good hands. There was no pressure to rent, however, we did take advantage of some incentives.[name removed], along with the entire office staff, including [names removed], have gone above and beyond, always taking into account our mother's best interest. Our mother has unusual severe allergies to paint and adhesive. When it came time for renovations at the facility, the staff would reach out to our family to communicate and coordinate when it was necessary to remove mom from the facility. [name removed] her housekeeper and food server, is very conscientious and courteous. She is more like a friend/guardian angel for mom.[name removed] in maintenance, is always a welcome sight, very friendly and accommodating a true professional. The entire staff from [name removed] the hairdresser, [name removed] the Activities Coordinator, and everyone in-between up to [name removed] the General Manager, are dedicated professionals who are warm, caring, and wonderful employees! They are top-notch, excellent representatives for Walnut woods. Our mother and family appreciate all they have done and all they offer to do for our mother. Mom loves the food. They have a good variety, and one can always find something delicious to eat. The facility is extremely clean. The money is on the top side; however, they do provide toilet paper, clean towels and sheets weekly, free laundry facilities, and her guests eat free when visiting. When she was ill, meals were delivered to her room. Mom loves Bingo, the guest speakers, special music and entertainment. She can use the free shuttle for local & group trips; however, our family chooses to take her to Dr. Appts and outings at this time. She has made many good friends and acquaintances. She loves her apartment and her new community.

The staff and management were easy to contact and very knowledgeable about their facility. Arrangements for lunch and tours were very flexible.
