I have been here 2 1/2 yrs and wouldn't dream of moving. The staff is very helpful and often go over and beyond is necessary.

Echo Ridge promotes total well being of the resident. From nutrition, social, physical , emotional, and spiritual, residents can lead a complete and well rounded life style. The staff - ALL the staff - is aware of the resident’s status and any need or concern they may have and are ready and willing to help.

She choose because her room was so nice, freshly updated first floor and pet friendly. The maintenance guy, cleaning staff and kitchen crew are all awesome. I would recommend to others.

Alexis Gardens is a great place to call home. The staff are really nice and caring. They go out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable and are happy. After just a little bit of time, it really is a home environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

[name removed] and [name removed] are great! The ambassadors are very helpful in making the transition for family members. For the most part food is very good, but mom recently mentioned she had a meal that she was totally disappointed in. It's also an issue because at 8am everybody is not up to even have breakfast. It would be nice if they had mealtime after 9:00 to serve those who aren't early risers. Mom misses many morning meals because 8am doesn't work for everyone

I would definitely recommend them, I think they might be going through a rough patch in their food service department and will get this corrected. The rest of the place is great! It is very clean, staff is friendly, activities are good, but we struggle with the meals and dining. A menu is put out every week but more times than not, there a menu changes and not for the good. One out of 5 meals is prepared exactly the way the menu reads and is served hot, but sometimes food is not recognizable and not even close to the printed menu. Other than that, my parents love it there.

5 for ALL CATEGORIES! This is an excellent place. Nice walking path... clean rooms... friendly staff...more affordable than other area options... decent activities... food is good... they have transit to take them to Dr appt and bank and shopping. Friendly residents.

My Dad has now lived at the Court at Brooklin for over two years. His one bedroom apartment has been ideal for him with lots of space for all his treasures. The staff maintain a clean and safe environment for all the residents. The common areas are nicely furnished to create a warm and welcoming environment. When my cousin visited she exclaimed “It looks like a cruise ship “ while walking past the dining room. Dad has said that he mostly likes the choices for meals and there is always two alternative options available if he prefers something else. Having dined there several times, I found the food tasty and the baked goods to be excellent! I like that tea, coffee and lots of treats are always available for the residents. I very much like that the monthly fees include three meals per day and weekly cleaning of his apartment. Other residences that we visited often charged extra for the services. All in all it has been a great choice for my Dad to be and the staff treat him like family!!

The staff are Friendly, helpful, quick to respond, polite, professional, and thorough. Only saw the studio, and it is plenty big enough, well lit and clean.

This facility is clean and had a lot of activity to keep you busy . It was also warm and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed.

Chairs at Buffet breakfast at the Lodge are a little low. A bit more lighting on the entrance road at night would be safer. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far

Welcoming everyone has been friendly, informative and very accommodating to mom's needs. She loves the new place and has been in 2 other facilities over the last 6 years. This by far has been the best by far. We are so pleased with the facility and staff. Truly has made mom so happy.

I am so pleased with my new recommendations and so far everyone from the staff to residents have been extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell people are happy here. Very clean and love all the activities.

We chose Fleming Point because of the location, staff, the apartments they had available for the price, and the residents we met and talked to on our visits prior to making a selection. [name removed] was outstanding and helpful and truly listened to our needs for my mom and what she could afford. My mom is very happy there!

A 5 for all categories. It is a very nice place. My cousin is very happy there and he says the food especially is great. He has nothing but good things to say about the management and the other dwellers.

Have been here for 1 year and would recommend this community. Overall experience over past year has been positive. The building is maintained very well and issues are addressed promptly. Staff is very caring, open to resident's needs. This is a totally independent community, no care provided. Meals are adequate but always room for improvement. I would recommend community to others.

We took our father on tours of other retirement residences. The Court at Brooklin stood head and shoulders above the rest for one simple reason. The staff, friendly courteous and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to deal with them . They answered all of our questions and concerns. My father who was originally sceptical was now very excited about the thought of moving into a new home. He now has a brighter outlook on life in general as he will now be surrounded by people his own age with a staff to be there if he needs them. Thank you to all the staff at The Court in Brooklin for making this transition for our father easy.

The outlay of the place is great. Very open layout. The staff is very helpful. Very positive attitudes. Lots of live entertainment!
