This move has been a good fit for my dad. He says the staff are very nice and he likes them too. He says the food could be a better but I heard they have a brand new chef. We hope the new chef will do better.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff are polite and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities with the other residents. Overall its been a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm fine living in this community. I am cooking my meals in my apartment, I have enough counter space and a stove top to make my meals. The staff have been very, much helpful when I need them.

Smaller community. But seems to offer a lot for the price. Rooms are smaller than some, but the price is very reasonable

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to accommodate our needs to the best of there ability. I liked everything they had to offer and thought they had a beautiful facility. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

This is a very large and beautiful community. This community is more suited for residents who need little care, definitely an independent living environment. It was not a good fit for my mom because she needed the extra reminders from the caregivers of when mealtimes were being offered. They have activities, but my mom would miss out because she would sometimes sleep through them.

My father had recently moved into this community but unfortunately only lasted about six days. He just was stuck on going back to his own home and never really made the adjustment. He did mention that while he was there he loved the girls that worked there and thought they where very attentive to his needs. I also thought they did a nice job at maintaining the facility and keeping everything very clean. I have no complaints about the place it just did not end up working out for dad.

We are very pleased with this facility for our family member. It is a very nice looking facility in a nice neighbourhood, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good. The services are excellent. I would recommend this facility to others.

This looks like a nice community when we visited. The people we met were nice and they seem to offer some nice activities. This community felt a little more enclosed than what my loved one was looking for.

They were very nice there, but it was just not for her. The service was fine and I don't have any complaints.

The staff is extremely friendly. They do not have real nursing on site, which is a drawback. My Dad's number one reason for not staying here is that he found mealtimes very stressful because of the open seating arrangement. He felt like he was opening himself to rejection three times a day by approaching tables and being told the seats were reserved for someone else. He started dreading meal times. He found the people cliquey and unwelcoming. From what I observed many people were quite friendly with him, so I don't think that is quite accurate, but I think the constant stress of worrying about where he was going to sit coloured his perceptions. We will be looking for a place with assigned seating. Everything else was great. Thanks again for accommodating my dad. It was an important experience for him.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my father since he moved into this community. The staff are kind and I am comfortable with the care they are providing him. He has had no problems with the meals and they have a great activity program available. I think there is always room for improvement and areas that could use help but overall we are happy.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far I am pleased with the experience she is having. She has had no complaints about the meals they provide and is satisfied with the activity program they have available to all of the residents throughout the week. The staff are very good and I am impressed with the attention to detail they have. Overall I am pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

I believe she likes it there. I have not heard anything to the contrary. We do not have any complaints with the facility and are happy with it so far. We are glad we chose Ironwood Estates.

Unfortunately my sister needed more care than this community was able to provide. However her experience in this community was a wonderful one. The director of the community is amazing. She was beyond helpful, and caring towards my sister. She still calls to check up on her. This wasn't the fit for my sister, but it is a community I would recommend overall.

Nice facility--friendly staff and residents seemed happy. The apartments are nice and floor plans more than adequate.

This is the perfect community for my aunt, and her needs. Everything is working out very well, and she loves it here. She is fitting in very well with the other residents. I know she is safe, and in good hands. It is a good, safe community, and I would recommend it.
