I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this community for my self. The staff where on time to my tour and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked how clean the property was and the spacious dinning room they had available. It was just not the right location for me in the end decision.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust with her move to this community. However I'am comfortable with her move here. It is a good community, and she is in good hands. They have good, kind staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They have nice activities available for the residents, and provide good meals. I would move to this community myself, it is a really nice community.

Montera Meadows was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because my mom wanted a different style of community. It wasn't the right fit for her.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I could have not picked a better place for her to go. The staff have been excellent and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has been enjoying the dinning experience as well as making friends with the other residents. Overall we are very happy and it has been a perfect fit for my mother. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

The food at the community seems ok. They offer two menus, however they do change the alternate menu during meal time. They advised us during the tour that they could take my parents to appointments, unfortunately after they moved in we were told they do not have a vehicle that can transport wheelchairs. This community is ok for independent living. We had to sign a three month contract and they will not let us out of the contract even though my parents need more care than they are able to provide.

I'am satisfied with my mothers move to this community, It is a nice community with a good staff. The only thing they could improve on, is the response time when needed for maintenance. Other than that issue everything else is going well. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. There are good activities offer, and they provide nice meals for the residents. I know is she is in good hands in this community, and I would recommend it.

Gorgeous, clean community. The staff was very friendly they answered all of our questions. We were looking for a smaller community with more assisted living options.

Pinegate is a nice community. They keep it clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and they do offer activities for those who want to participate, I enjoy reading myself. They also have entertainment come into the community. They offer three meals a day. Some of the choices offered are a little off the wall for my choice of meals. There are buses for going outside of the community but the two different times I've signed up the bus driver never called me back, so I've given up on that. I'm waiting for my wife to join me and so as she gets out of rehab, she is more outgoing and talkative so I think it will get better once she gets here. I would recommend Pinegate to others, it all depends on their likes and dislikes.

Overall, i am pleased with the facility. The care is adequate and staff appear to be friendly every time I have visited. The facility is clean and well kept, and lawn and garden areas are quite presentable. Meals are very good and snacks are always available. Staff in dining area are pleasant and do many things to please residents. There are daily and weekly activities and it appears that most residents enjoy one thing or another. This facility is priced quite high in my opinion for amenities received, and there is no assistance from health care services. This is totally a private facility. Lastly, i'm not sure if all staff are experienced in dealing with seniors who have onset or second stage dementia which can be challenging, but they do try to resolve situations quickly.

It has been an adjustment process for my father with his move to this community. He is doing okay, and I'am comfortable with his move to this community. They have a good staff, and they have been very friendly. His only complaint has been the portions of the food served, and his previous community had a salad bar. Other than that issue everything else is working out well. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. It is a nice community, and I would recommend to my family, and friends.

On my tour I saw many extra areas for people to enjoy. Since I was looking for a respite stay after a surgery this was not the ideal place to be when recovering.

When I needed help after a surgery I decided to use this community for a respite. I was given some meals that were okay, they also help keep my room tidy. It was a nice experience to have their help when I truly needed it.

With any new move there are always going to be some issues that come up but thankfully the staff here is very open with communication and they have been working with us to resolve our issues.I expect as time goes on things will get resolved. It appears that the other residents seem to like the food. Mom is not quite at the point where she can join in any activities but we are hoping soon. The community is clean and well maintained.

This is a nice clean community. Dad will be moving into a nice sized cottage that has a full kitchen including a stove, refrigerator and a small dishwasher. The cottages offer an attached garage. You do have to go to the main dining room for meals. The staff seem nice and helpful.

My mom is in a good community where she can have support but still be active on her own. She is still settling in but there is many things she can do here.

My sister-in-law is doing fine in the community. She is enjoying the environment and the community.

My mom liked the community but it was too far away from my house. She wanted to be close for convenient visits. They were very good with the tour and good with following up after the tour.

So far, everything, for the most part, is going well for my mother since her move. They have a good variety of activities and the place is clean. The meals, however, could use improvement. The organization in the dining room is not good, and I have heard complaints from multiple residents there as well. Also, the maintenance could use improvement. My mother's closet door has not been working well and they have not been able to fix it correctly, I am afraid it will fall on her.

This community has gone through a lot of personnel changes recently. They lost both chefs and they have a brand new general manager. The chef that comes in is good. There is a brand new activities director so there is not currently a lot of activities. The community is well maintained as they just painted and cleaned the carpets. There were some misunderstandings when we moved in regarding transportation and the food. Transportation is limited and they do not offer meals to accommodate certain diet needs.

My wife mom is doing great here she is really liking it. She tells us she is playing cards and doing all sorts of activities and making new friends. The place is well taken care of no concerns about it not being clean or maintained it is very nice. We have eaten there a couple of times there and the food was very good and my mother in law, for the most part, likes it. She catches the bus to her doctor's appointments. Overall we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking.
