I toured Andover place along with another community and they were both good tours. This community was clean in seemed to be maintained well. The tour guide that took me around was informative and friendly, it was a good experience but the facility was not what we were looking for.

The staff at Valencia Commons were very nice. The tour guide was very informative and answered all of my questions. It was a very nice community, but it was more Assisted Living, it was not the best for my mother.

The first 3 to 4 weeks were tough but I had so much going on at the time that I was moving in. Now I am getting settled in and I think it has been a good fit overall. I have housekeeping once a week for my apartment. They serve 3 meals a day and they provide plenty of food. The only problem is that I am diabetic, and the waitresses don't seem to care much.

The community put me in touch with a place for my therapy and they are nice. The staff at this community are nice and helpful. My only complaint is the food. They used some pre prepared food and I do not think they follow the instructions on how to prepare it. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

While my father was at Valencia Gardens, it was a good experience. What I did not like were the caregivers. I did not care for them, you had to pay extra for showers and sometimes they would be late. I was not happy with the caregivers.

i thought this community had a lot of great amenities throughout the building as well maintained. The staff where very friendly and had a lot of great information to give my loved one and I. They made sure to answer any questions we had for them and even offered us a meal to try. The only issue that I had ran into was they where not very budget friendly and they where out of our price range.

There seems to be a lot of transition going on at this time with the staff especially in the kitchen area which is making things a little difficult. The food has went down significantly in the quality since they brought on the new chef. I am hoping to see some improvements shortly. I do like the activities they have available throughout the week and that they allow my dad to create a garden in the courtyard.

My father is doing wonderful here at this community. I do feel comfortable with his move to this community. Everything is working out very well. The community is well-kept. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the community. I know he is safe, and in good hands here. I have already recommended this community to my friends, it is a nice place.

I liked this community when I visited. It was clean and the people we met were friendly and knowledgeable. This community is more for independent living and I felt dad would not be able to get the aid he needed.

I doing very well since I moved into The Woods. They offer a variety of activities and I have joined in a few. They provide all 3 meals and they're not the best but not terrible either. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place.

We toured this community for care.The community seemed nice. The staff was nice. We did like the activities that would have been offered. Families should tour this community for care for a loved one. This was not what we wanted, at the time.

We also like Walnut Woods even though it is a bit further. This is probably the best options because it does offer meals and alot of other things in the monthly cost.

I think the apartment my mother has moved into at this community is perfect for her. It is very spacious with a great floor plan as well as great amenities included for her in the bedroom. They serve her three meals a day and have a coffee bar and snacks available all day for the residents to enjoy. She has enjoyed participating in a few of the activities throughout the week especially the chair exercises they do together as a group. Overall we as a family are very pleased and could not have picked a better fit for her.

The Springs of Escondido had some very nice people when we went on our tour. It was an older place with an older setting.

I did not tour the Sky Peaks because it was outside our price range, so I can't really rate anything except overall impression. The 3-star overall is because they were quite slow with responses to my questions. I would email them a question and it would be dead air for a few days before I received a response. It did not give me a good feeling. I tried to change the rating to 3 stars, but it won't do it.

Naturally it took a bit of time to adjust to the routine here but feeling quite comfortable now. Found the staff very helpful and pleasant. The meals here are very good with a good variety. I believe we are getting good value for our money.

The staff at The Westmont are helpful and wonderful. The food is pretty good. They offer a variety of activities including bingo and they had a super bowl party with wings included. The community has a nice set up and they keep it very clean. I would recommend this community.

My parents are doing very well since their move to this community. There were a few bumps in the beginning, but now things have gotten better. One of the issues was that they promised us they had a reliable dog walker, and she wasn't reliable. So we had to find someone on our own. Other than the few bumps everything else is working out very well. She is allowed to have her pets, and she does feel comfortable here. Even when she wasn't feeling well, they were very attentive to her. Overall it is a great community, and I would recommend it.

It seems like most of the people are in their 80's but I am doing fine. I also find that they don't have wheelchair accessible vehicles for any outings so I haven't been out yet. On another note, it's nice a nice place and the staff are very attentive. It has a central dining room that is close to my room and the food is okay.
