We had no issues and the move in went well. The correspondence between everybody was well. They handled all the info at a timely pace. My mom moved in quicker than we were expecting and the were prepared for her and she is doing well. After she got there she got sick. At that time they brought her food down to her and there is fee for that. She said the food is very good and she enjoys it. As far as I know the communication and cleanliness is going good.

My dad has recently made the move into this community and so far everything is going well for him. The staff have been attentive to his needs and I am comfortable with the care he has been receiving. He has had no problems with the meals and I am hoping he will start to get more involved in a few activities they have for the residents. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

I'am doing well with my move to this community. I do feel comfortable here, everyone is very kind, and helpful. This is a good community with kind people. Everything is working out well, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for me.

This community was nice but it gave off a more city feeling to it. The community is surrounded by tall buildings on either side of it and they cast a shadow over the community which tends to make it appear darker. The community is nice very clean and well maintained.The staff was very helpful and nice on the tour.

We toured a lot of communities and Rock Creek is probably one of the better places in the entire area for your money. We really liked the area and it was close and convenient to everything we use. It has a very bright cheery atmosphere. It has a lot of windows with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We go to the dining room for our meals. I would rate it well. We get several choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When the chef is there the food is great. They do have activities. We are getting a new assistant and he was a former activities director, and we have high hopes for better activities. We have been here for only a short time and we are still getting acclimated to everything available to us. I know they do offer off-site activities. The residents are very friendly and we are making some new friends. I also wanted to say we really appreciated A Place For Mom for helping us get started in our search, we didn't know where to start.

Unfortunately this community did not work out well for my mother, and her needs. She ended up needing more care than they were able to provide. However we did have a good experience in this community. They were very helpful, and was quick to answer any question I may have. It was a positive experience.

We were looking for a community that was small with a good atmosphere. On the tour we saw a very big community. It seemed much larger and we were not interested in the size of the facility.

My husband and I are doing just fine since moving here. We are very pleased with our apartment it is very spacious for us. We have 2 outside exits and 1 inside exist so when the weather gets bad we don't have to go outside. The staff is very friendly however right now we are without an executive director. We now have a new chef and since we don't have anything to compare to we think the food is good most of the time there are some days that the food isn't as good but some of the residents that have been here longer have mentioned the food used to be better. There are lots of activities to do here residents keep busy. We would recommend this community

Edgewood Downs is a beautiful facility. They have their independent and assisted living quarters separate. It is a very large community. They have done a lot of upgrading in the community. We chose another community for our loved one that was smaller and closer to our home.

Mom is doing okay here. It's been a big adjustment for her but she is starting to settle down. She is socializing and making new friends. She is not doing any of the activities because they don't seem to interest her. She likes the food. The staff is beyond wonderful. They are so friendly and kind very helpful. We would recommend this community

The family could not be more pleased with this community it was the right choice for my mother in law. She is enjoying the activities they offer and meeting new people and making new friends. The staff is very nice and helpful. The community is always clean and looking good. My mother in law is liking the food very much.

My mom is very happy at Aspen View and she thinks they are very acceptable. I talk to her every few days and I am glad the community made her transition well. We are very, very pleased with them.

The staff are understanding, friendly and make sure my grandma has everything she needs. The food is good and they have healthy options. She has a nice apartment and the grounds are well maintained. They offer daily activities including outings and card games. I would recommend this community.

Wonderful staff! Very helpful & friendly. So were the residents we saw. Mom loved the upbeat happy vibe & how clean everything was. Peaceful quiet & lots of trees all around. Great first visit. Will do a follow up when a 2 bedroom is available to view. Excellent take home info packet.

Mom seems to be settling in here. She is slowly starting to meet new people and make friends. She is doing some activities and social events we are hoping that may increase when she gets more comfortable. She really doesn't like the food she doesn't think it is fresh but I have eaten there many times and I have liked it. The staff is very friendly and nice very helpful. We would recommend the community to anyone.

My mother is well here in this community.

Things have been going fine here since I moved in. I really like my apartment, however, I am now starting to wonder if I have over extended myself in paying the rent that I am. I know they say everything is included but that still doesn't seem to help. The community is lovely housekeeping does a very good job. The residents and staff are wonderful very friendly and nice. The food is great. I personally don't participate in any activities I tend to want to be by myself but they offer tons of things to do you would never be bored.

I needed to a find a place to be on my own. After having a tour with the community I decided to move in and it is going well for me.

This was the only community that we toured before making our choice. It was an easy choice we couldn't have asked for a better location it is only about 5 minutes away from me and my sister. The staff is wonderful here always happy and friendly very attentive to the residents. Mom is doing activities and making new friends. The food is not great. We would recommend the community to anyone.
