Staff have been kind and courteous to my parents and they address what issues that I or my parents may have.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Hartland Hills. They've made good on all of the promises they made before we moved in! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and professional!

We found the staff friendly. We also went at a meal time. Everyone was enjoying the meal and it looked very good. My mother did book an apartment for her. Now we are waiting for her to move to rate the activities but on paper there are many.

The Vista de la Montana is a wonderful place. My aunt has been engaging in some of their activities. During our tour we also got to see many of the residents that looked very happy while engaging in the activities. The hairdresser does a great job. The chef cooks some very good food. Our first visit was our tour we had a complimentary meal and it was very good. It would be nice if her room was a little bigger but overall everything is great.

My mom and brother are doing very well here. it is a nice and bright community. Their rooms have a nice layout and I like the rooms too. The staff are excellent to communicate with and really, really exceptional workers. I have no complaints about the facility's cleanliness. The meals are good for the most part. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The calendar is always full of activities and I have noticed them being implemented when I was there. Mom is happy with the staff. They are friendly, polite, patient and eager to help. The community looks nice and is kept clean.

My loved one is doing well at The Victorian. The staff have been pleasant and friendly. They are great at trying to get the residents involved in the variety of activities offered. They offer exercise classes, a choir and outings. They keep this lovely community quite clean. I would recommend this community.

So far my dad is doing fine at this community. He is eating very well and it is a balanced meal. My dad is reasonably happy with the environment and has a very, very helpful friend named, Bob. The community looks posh and is taken well care of. It is also a clean facility and my dad gets weekly room cleaning, no complaints. If one can afford the place, I would recommend it to them.

The community is clean and looks very nice. My cousin enjoys living here. The entire staff are nice. She introduced us to some of the caregivers and maintenance workers. The food is good and the dining room is also nice. I would recommend looking into this community.

I'am really pleased with my move here. Everything has worked out very well for me here. Everybody has been very kind and welcoming. I really like the staff, they have been very helpful and accommodating to me. The community looks great, everything is very neat and tidy. I have tired a few of the activities, there are many for me to choose from. This is a bright cheerful community. It has been a very wonderful experience for me here.

The food at The Victorian is very good. The community is always very clean and things seem to run very well. They offer a lot of activities and mom has enjoyed some of the bus outings. The staff are very helpful, caring and supportive.

So far, very happy with my Dads experience at Maple suites. Many folks welcoming him on his first day made a difficult day much better!

I'am doing very well here at this community, I really do like it here. Everybody is very kind and welcoming. The staff is very pleasant, they are very helpful. They do a very nice job of keeping everything nice and neat. The food is amazing, I'am very satisfied with the meals. They offer many activities, I enjoy the choir singing. Overall everything is working out very well and I would recommend this community.

I am very pleased with this community the staff at Echo Ridge are nice and keep us updated on how dad is doing. The food is ok but they have made a change in the chef and the food is improving according to the residents. We are looking forward to how he does in the long run as he has nothing but positive things to say about the community.

The people are friendly and the food is good. The community is clean, however I wish they would spend a little more time cleaning my room. I do not yet participate in many of the activities but I may once I get more adjusted to the community. I would recommend this community.

This is early in Mom's adjustment to Ironwood and she has had a setback and hospital stay but getting back to her new home is a motivator for her to recover. The staff are very supportive of all of us. We are confident the transition is going to be good. Mom comments often that ,"this is such a nice place."

The staff were welcoming, toured me well on facilities. they were helpful in making sure I had what I needed like a chair for the shower and a high seat for the throne for my long legs. They are accessible all day. Kitchen--wow they are efficient, meals delicious, presentation and service top notch. I've met and chatted with some residents, Some smile nd some, as everywhere, go their way t their own pace. Surroundings are tasteful and eye catching. My nemesis with my dropped foot are the floor coverings (rugs) and I accept that this is a personal problem. The outdoors is well kept, colourful and appealing. Proximity to mall is a treat. So after one week only I would give an A+.

We moved in less than a week ago, service has been friendly and helpful. No complaints to date.

From the front door to the back The Court at Barrhaven demonstrates the warmth of the Staff and residents, as being that "nice cozy place where you would want to reside". The Chef and his helpers provide the most delicious meals, especially the pastry Chef. I highly recommend it as a place to retire in. Take a chance and visit this wonderful Residence.

When we first visited Hidden Lakes we were very pleasantly surprised by the fun and friendly atmosphere. John, who gave us our tour, knew all of the residents by name, as well as their pets, and stopped to greet each person we had the pleasure of meeting. When we returned with Mom we enjoyed a lovely lunch with Aaron in the dining room overlooking the lake. Mom decided that day that Hidden Lakes was a place should would like to try, as she knows it is no longer safe her her to live alone. She is adjusting well and really enjoys the food. The first time I called her, after her move, and she didn't answer the phone I actually felt happy knowing that she was out and about with other people. Before that there was always a sense of panic when she failed to answer by the 4th ring. Hidden Lakes is lovely and I hope Mom will be happy there for a very long time to come!
