My friend is doing fine and she likes all and everything that is here. The meals are tasty, the activities are plenty, the staff are nice, and the community is a well maintained facility.

I was very impressed with the Rolling Hills Ranch when I toured it. The community was very clean and all of the staff members were very nice. I did not notice anything major that needed improvement while I was there. Ultimately, it came down to my mother choosing another community.

Crescent Heights has been wonderful for my mother-in-law for the short time she has been there. As normal, the family was concerned about the change for my mother-in-law, but the environment, freshness of the surroundings, friendliness of the entire staff, ,friendliness of the residents, wonderful meals and overall comfort of the facility has validated the decision for the move.

The staff are super fantastic. They offer a lot of activities and live entertainment. The food is really good. The community is clean and the grounds are beautiful. This community is open when you walk in. The open entry way leads to a huge open dining room. I would recommend this community.

My family member recently moved to Forsyth Court. We have found the staff there to be extremely friendly and helpful in every way. The food has been good too. It is very nice to have the salad/soup bar available at lunch and dinner in addition to the menu choices. So far, we have few complaints!

There is good communication with the main office and they help you feel relaxed. They offer daily activities as well as there is access to a church. They have people come in for Sunday school and communion. The activities director is good. They have a nice restaurant style dining room. They have varied menu options and they will personalize your meals for you. The community is clean the housekeeping is very accommodating, do their job well and have helped make mom feel comfortable.

Nice place nice people need new washers and funnier activities

The staff at Churchill have been fantastic in getting my father settled into his new studio suite. We were very fortunate that there was a vacancy and we could move Dad in within a two weeks. The first day we were able to sit with him during his meals so he could become familiar with the schedules. The food is very good and there is somewhat of a verity each day. We have also arranged home care for my father which was organized very quickly. Overall we are very pleased that he is in a safe place and getting the care he needs.

When I toured the Briarcrest Estates, I liked how nice everyone was the whole time I was there. I liked the way the meals were set up and how clean the place was.

My loved one really has seemed to make a smooth transition into this community. The staff have been very welcoming and have made accommodations to make sure her needs are being met. I love the fact that she has been involved in a few of the activities and has made a few friends whom she really enjoys the company of. There are some complaints about the food but nothing major.

My dad has been very happy since he made the move into this community. I am so pleased to see how great he has adjusted and all of the friends he has been making in his new home. He has found a friend to play various games of chess with throughout the day and enjoys the singing group as well as the many other activities they have to offer. We have no complaints as of now and are happy with our move into this facility.

The staff at Mulberry really listened to our needs at a time when we were in crisis. They found the best room options for my parents, they were willing to bending the price, made the room available immediately, was a beautiful home for them (like an extended cruise), promote slow mealtimes to encourage visiting with others instead of heading back to rooms, and extremely friendly. The bus service/taxi is used constantly by them for therapy and doctor as well as shopping trips. Activities are many if they wish to partake. We are very happy with this choice as had researched a few before hand. They had the tastiest meal when we toured but should keep ensuring this continues as the seniors would love to give more input on dishes and desserts- of course with any extended stay when you are used to cooking on your own. To accommodate they provide options in size and meals.

We toured this place in May, 2016 & I fell in love with it. My Mom had just relocated back to Iowa, from 2 years in Arizona. She loved Illahee Hills as much as we did, but family members felt she should settle back in Iowa, living with family members. That lasted for a little over 4 months. We revisited the facility in Urbandale, IA and she knew that it was time to move in there. So far, so good. She is 88, uses a walker or cane to get around and is on the 3rd floor, but easy access to the 2nd level where the dining room is. She gets 3 meals a day and snacks. Weekly light housecleaning. They only launder the sheets and towels, if you use theirs, but they provided the toilet paper. There is a laundry room, for no additional charges. They have Trivia games at lunch time, activities at other times, outings, will take them shopping 2 days a week and to doctors appointments, 2 different days a week. The staff from the Office Manager, to the bus driver and all in between, are wonderful. Food is great! If I wasn't married and wanted to stay in Iowa, I would move there too. Love this place and feel so good about my Mom living here.

I think my mom would of liked this community alittle more then where she is now. My mom would of like the elegant community that is bigger then her home. The staff was very caring and was able to answer my questions. Very beautiful and presented in a great style. They offered to help in the garden.and she enjoys working out with other residents. I would recommend this community for elegant care and a good value.

Every since my mother has been staying at the Greenwood Terrace she has been a lot more healthy and strong. The community offers exercise programs for the residents that help so much. The meals served there are good and in good portion sized. The staff is amazing and takes very good care of my mother. The only thing i wish they would change is i wish they would pay attention to detail, fix stuff in the rooms quicker when requested by the residents.

My mom is getting to be more social and she is enjoys talking to the residents and staff. She is happier and way better. She likes the meals they make. She has home-care assistance and they help her get up, put on her clothes is she needs help, put her socks on, get her to the in-house, and take her to all her meals. I absolutely would recommend this community.

My mom has been getting good care since moving into this community. She likes the meals that are served to her. They have many activities and outings like going to different restaurants and shows. The benefit I feel we got is when they worked around me and my mom's needs.

The move in for my mom went well. it has been great for her since becoming a resident. We are pretty pleased with all they do for my mom. My mom felt that is was homey and friendly. She is comfortable in her new community.

The Manor at Woodside exceeded my expectations. We were able to make an appointment for a same day tour and instantly were impressed with the homey feeling and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff.

The physical site at Edgewood down is beautiful, bright rich colors with the physical building in good repair. The staff at Edgewood downs could not be more helpful. The staff is well aware of their rolls as managers, housekeepers, and resident. Edgewood downs is a wonderful place for our elderly friends and family to live within a supportive community. My husband continues to ask me when we can move into edwood downs, haha.
