a very nice place lots of activities my mother was to Incapacitated two enjoy much of it. Staff was wonderful and good food. I didn’t like the management he was unresponsive

We needed to find a place for Dad to live that allowed him his independence, varied activities and good quality of life. We found way more at the Bluewater Lodge! The staff treats him like family and greets us as well. So much friendliness, great food and wonderful things to do; above and beyond what we could’ve expected. Our minds are at ease knowing dads there and still enjoying life at 87. I keep teasing him because I just turned old enough to move there...told him I’d come be his neighbor, that’s how impressed I am with this lovely living center!

Place for mom provided an excellent fit for my 81 year old mother with beginning stages of dementia. The facility which we selected was heartland hills in Lexington, ky. The transition was made much easier because of the caring attitude of the entire staff. From the dining room busboy all the way to the director, these people really care about easing the turmoil of moving an old person into a completely new environment. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to [names removed] and of course [names removed] who was the initial point of contact.

My Mother has been living at Willow Grove for the last 2 years it's a nice place that caregiver she have she has had now for the last 2 years she's been there.This caregiver not only has been Awesome to my Mother but also my Family.She has caregivers around the clock she is very Caring for everyone and everyone recommend her service when we came for our tour.The name fit this Caregiver Heart SOMEONE WHO CARES. She and her staff is AWESOME AND GREAT. Due to the snow storm yesterday this caregiver called me to reassure my Mother is ok that she would be in the facility until that roads are clear but us not to worry and she stayed until today with that me and my family is forever grateful knowing that regardless of what the weather or holidays she and her staff is always available and we forever Blessed to have them. So we recommend someone who cares to anyone who have a loved one coming to Willow Grove Willow Grove is awesome place to live very clean very caring the staff is awesome the new sales lady they have Ashley she is very AWESOME with her job .And we're very Blessed that we made the right decision as putting my mother there in the best decision is having SOMEONE WHO CARES to care for my mother and just to hear everyone who talk highly about Willow Grove and very highly about the care they receive from SOMEONE WHO CARES. Knowing that my mom was okay during this bad ice& snow we just had knowing that the Care-taker was there during it all made me able to rest last night knowing that my mother was safe.Thank you Willow Grove staff for What all you done yesterday and today during the bad weather and most of all Thank you very much to SOMEONE WHO CARES who also was there and stayed all night during the bad weather as well yesterday in this morning making sure not only that my mother was safe and needed everything that she needed during her daily routine but also other residents in the building that needed care is well during the bad storm. And again I want to say Willow Grove is a awesome.

Food is great! Kitchen staff and chef are amazing and funny. That’s what my aunt needs: activities and entertainment are fun and just what she is looking for. Management does seem a bit out of the picture. But staff makes up for it.

Best food! Head chef is excellent and staff is great! Fun friendly atmosphere. My dad loves it here.

When I first walked in, you could see it was a welcoming and bright atmosphere. We ultimately chose not to move my Mom in here because she wanted to stay closer to where she had lived throughout her life. The facility is lovely and the person that gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even took the time to follow up with me afterwards and asked if I had any other questions or needed any other assistance. I’ve already recommended it to others.

My friend is here and I like the facility very much. It kind of seems like it might not be a perfect fit for him but that’s not so much reflective on the facility. I think the staff is pretty easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about how to help. They’re really respectful and not very pushy about things, especially when it comes to my friend’s personal matters. They’re all very friendly it seems. I’ve eaten here a couple of times and it wasn’t stellar but it wasn’t horrible. I think the facility is very beautiful and well kept. They have a few activities that you can do and sometimes they’ll bring in entertainers to sing for the residents. There’s even a bus that will take everyone out shopping. Sometimes young Marines will come in to spend time with the residents and there’s a beauty shop onsite as well. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them to others.

It’s always difficult when you’re trying to find the right place for your elderly parent to live and you really want to make sure that you find something that has a bright and uplifting atmosphere and that’s exactly what The View at Lethbridge is. Their staff is so nice and helpful, even if they don’t know the answer to something they always try and point you in the right direction. The food is really good too. The other residents are very friendly and welcoming and the community does a great job of getting everyone involved with fun activities like their Friday night socials, bingo, and even field trips. They have a bus specific to their facility and will drop him off at any door drop off that he wants to go. If the bus is down for some reason, they’ve even gone so far as to pay for his taxi! Their rooms are paid per square footage, so they get to choose what really works best for them and it’s so nice because some of the rooms have patios right off the rooms. Lifeline, cable, and transportation are all included. If I had to choose all over again, I would still choose this place. The only thing that I didn't love about is the lack of wheelchair accessibility doors. My dad is a smoker and the doors leading outside to the smoking area are very heavy and have no ability to open on their own. I hope they rectify this situation. Other then that my Father is very happy at the view.

Our loved one is doing very well at Palmer Hills community. He is adjusting to his new home and we are very satisfied that he is very comfortable. The staff and the management are extremely helpful and accommodating. I really like that it is a working management, they are right there with the staff members to help out in any situation. They provide three meals a day that they serve restaurant style. The food is very tasty and presented nicely. If a resident doesn't feel well they will bring their meals to their room. Our loved one looks forward to going to the dining room to socialize. They do provide activities for the residents and encourage them to participate. They have monthly and daily activities listed for the residents. They have benches and walkways to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. His room is very nice and he has a balcony that overlooks the nicely landscaped grounds. I already have recommended Palmer Hills to others.

We were very impressed with this community and the staff was friendly and did a great job with our tour, they took their time showing us around and answering our questions. They offer a lot of different amenities to their residents, it's bright and open and deserves a tour to see for yourself.

It was a tough transition for my mother in law, and her move to this community. However after being here for a while, she is doing good now. We do feel comfortable with her move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff, and they have been helpful when needed. The community, and her room are nice, and clean when we visit. We have not heard any complaints about the meals. She just gets upset because she can't eat everything like the other residents due to her diet restrictions. There are plenty of activities offered for the residents. The experience is going well for us in this facility, and it is one would we recommend to our friends.

I'am satisfied with my fathers move to this community. He is doing well, and everything has worked out great. This is a good community with kind people. They have a good staff, and they are great to work with. I do feel less stressed out because I know he is in good hands. They do a great job with the cleanliness around the facility. There are good activities offered, and nice meals provided. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends. It has worked out very well for us.

This community offers a lot of activities and they are good at getting the residents involved. The caregivers work well with my mother in law. She has complained about the food. They have a company on site that helps with medication and laundry. The community is clean and the grounds are taken care of. I would recommend taking a look at different communities to make sure you find the right one.

What impressed us most was the light, cheery looks as well as attitude of staff. It obviously affects the attitude of the residents. We have found friends in the short time here - first month. We toured several homes and found this one - so glad that we made this choice.

We are very pleased so far with our experience at Churchill Manor. My father has been there now for almost 8 months. The staff have been wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are spacious and well maintained, the building and grounds are beautiful. In this particular residence the access to the doctor and pharmacy made the transition from independent living to assisted living in a different city very easy. There are lots of activities available and although my father isn’t much of a joiner, he is slowly staring to take more interest.

My grandmother has had a rough time with her transition here but the staff and management have been very flexible and accommodating with her. My grandmother is not much on going to the dining room she does do breakfast there every morning and the one thing she really loves is having her hair done every week. This community is just beautiful the staff is friendly and caring and I have already recommended it to several of my friends.

I am very pleased with what I saw when I visited my friend at this community. The staff were greeting her by name. There is an ambassador that has made her feel comfortable and came to get her for lunch. She likes that her Pharmacist is around the corner. The community is very clean and the grounds are beautiful. The residents all had smiles on their faces and I would recommend this community.

I really like the place, but I do believe it's understaffed...
