First, I want to clarify that it's a 55+ Community. They allow caregivers to come in and help residents. There is no Assisted Living or Memory Care available. They do offer a "Lifeline" type of necklace for all residents, that's included. The current monthly cost my mother pays is approximately $[fee removed] for a 1 bedroom. They do have some Studio apartments that cost less and 2 bedrooms units that cost more. I give each and all categories a rating of 4 to 5. So far (it's been a year), my mother is satisfied with her accommodations. She is 93 years old and still handles her physical and mental daily activities. She does use a scooter to assist with her mobility issues. She no longer drives a car and I am her 'go-to' for anything she needs. I rely on Amazon Prime to deliver (sometimes next day) to her any items she needs. I'm about a 45 minute drive away from her. She likes me to pick her up for doctor appointments. But, they do have a small bus she could use that's free. Overall, my mother and I are pleased! They do offer residents a 'finders' fee for new guests that residents' recruit.

At the moment, quite happy with everything. The staff is thoughtful, sincere and helpful. The food is wonderful with several options. The facility is clean. There are a variety of activities.

It's a bit ridiculous the jump from to one bedroom and honestly, the studios could be a tiny bit bigger or have more closet space for the money. It's really expensive. The transportation needs work too. The gentleman is nice but their system needs work. The staff is so nice and helpful and accommodating all the time. The place just needs an update. Compared to how [community removed] looks in Albany, size of rooms amenities etc , it's so much less monthly for so much more.

The staff at Briarcrest Estates go out of their way to help and make people feel comfortable.

So far really has been a wonderful transition in which the team at Holiday Vista de la Montana did a fantastic job helping with our loved one making sure our family had a smooth and easiest process possible when he moved in. The staff is especially caring, wonderful and interact with all patients equally the same. They seem to really care for each and every single person living there. The food could use some enhancements but I believe many of these types of places may lack in those areas. The residents are kept active with fantastic activities director and program so that they are not in their rooms at all times. Always something new and fun for them to do. Have nothing but wonderful things to say and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of care for their loved ones.

Our families tour with the team at Holiday Echo Ridge was nothing short of fantastic. Very friendly and open caring people all over the halls and staff. Lovely place!

We had a wonderful tour experience with Holiday Andover Place. The staff were great. Our first impression was that the facility itself needed some updates. It had a dark and dreary feel to it and we were looking for something that was more bright and sunny.

I am pleased with my mothers stay here. There has been some turnover of staff but that is happening everywhere right now so you can't fault them. Overall I am happy to have my mom here. They have in home health on site which has been very helpful and the caregivers are super-women. I would recommend Holiday Thornton Place.

Holiday Willow Grove is a great place, because they work with you to provide the best care that you're paying for. They could be more aggressive with providing a variety of meals choices; specifically for those who may be vegetarian. My loved one has a 2 bedroom apartment-type unit, with a nice wrap around porch facing a wooded area - so they get points for that! His apartment also comes with a small kitchenette. The community allows pets, and they also provide transportation to appointments and stores. Some of their activities include things like bingo and outside entertainment. I know they're seniors, but I'd like to see more culturally diverse activities than what they're currently offering. Overall I would still recommend Holiday Willow Grove to others.

During the sales pitch it was said that she could possibly rehab after surgery at the facility, but they do not have 24/7 nursing. It definitely is not appropriate for any type of rehab. There is caregiving for personal care on site that you can pay extra for, but other than that it is completely independent. I think that is important for other families to know.

Sky Peaks is a solid community, they are great. I would recommend them, but they aren't perfect and could easily improve some things. They're still a nice facility for what they offer. I'm not disappointed in my decision to move my loved one here.

We chose Cedar Ridge because it is independent living which is exactly what we were looking for and it was less expensive than the others in the area. They do also have a lot amenities offered for the residents and a lot is going on. The apartment is quite adequate for one person depending on what you need. Right now I am having an issue regarding the billing, we are going on 3 months of them billing us incorrectly and it is a mess.

Overall everyone has been very friendly, it is a beautiful facility with a wonderful location, and the value for money is great. They really followed through on what they promised us in the beginning. Based on my brothers feedback, they have a wide variety of activities provided and the ones he chooses to participate in he really enjoys. I have not eaten there but the menus look great. My brother is a picky eater and he has had no complaints. I believe they are going through a transition with their billing system so it has been frustrating having to make sure everything is correct. When I get invoices they do not match and I can't seem to get the resolution that I need. We would definitely recommend Cedar Ridge to others.

My loved one is getting settled in but so far so good. The only negative comment we have is that their portal and her rent is still not set up after I provided everything that they needed. It is still showing she is overdue even though I have hand delivered the checks. Everything else is great, so far she is eating better, her apartment is super comfortable, and the staff have been great. She did get all new carpet and paint before she moved in. The options that they provide the residents on meals are very good and I have eaten there a couple times and enjoyed it. I do think they need to add hand held shower heads in the residents bathrooms and would be very helpful and more user friendly. I would recommend Crescent Heights to others.

The gal who gave us the tour was extremely nice and I liked her a lot. I was not a big fan of how the facility looked, it felt more institutional like a nursing home or assisted living rather than independent living. I think this could be a great fit for some people, it was just not the right fit for us.

We have been very happy with them. We were at another facility and did not like the services we were getting. When we came to Forest Pines we could tell that the residents were happy and they were all very welcoming and engaging. I would tell others to make sure it matches what you are looking for, if you are more independent it is a great place to be.

We had an awesome tour at Indigo Pines. They were our runner up. I liked the administrator. It was just a bit larger than the community that we chose, and they also didn't have assisted living or memory care attached if the need were to arise later on.

I am having a pretty good experience so far, no complaints as of yet, the community is kept really clean and the staff members have been very very friendly. The dining staff is a little slow at times because they are understaffed, but they are working to make improvements and our new chef has done a great job so far. The activities director is great, there are always great things going on and plenty of different outings to take.

This community was my second choice to go with. They were nice at this community and followed up a lot of times in the beginning before the tour, but after we toured there was no follow up once we had already went through.
