This facility and staff has been amazing. Virtually, as soon as I received a call from Ms. Parker, I also received a call and email from Hartland Hills. They were exceptionally accommodating and had excellent customer service all around. In addition, the visit was spectacular. The services offered as well as the facility are incomparable. The follow-up has been exceptional as well. My mother isn't even there yet and they are reaching out in such a caring manner. Wow. Truly a top-notch organization!!

Everything they advertise is only a fraction of what they truly offer; they are just so great they go beyond what they said they will do. They have made it a great experience for my mom, they introduce her to other residents and they make sure she is socializing with other residents really making her feel more comfortable here. She has not participated in a lot of activities but the more comfortable she gets the more she participates, they just have so many things to do. They serve 3 meals a day and the food is good and I like it, but my mom some times doesn’t like it, she use to be a cook so she is a little picky. From the moment we walked in to Alexis Gardens my mom liked it, it is painted in cheerful warms colors and does not feel like an institution. The exterior has a nice sidewalk that goes around the entire community and they have these gardens were residents can plant some things. We are very happy and my mom is very happy.

Definitely the GM was a big selling point, she was lively and energetic and reassured us that my mom would be watched and cared for. Greenwood Terrace was so open and clean, they have tons of windows and gardening projects. Others we toured were dark and had smells. Definitely the value here was the best, my mom has a fixed income and still receives a lot of services that they offer.

What a delightful time we had when Mom toured and moved into Sheldon Oaks. We couldn't have done it so easily if Sara Shafibady (A Place For Mom) hadn't been so helpful and Jonathan and Willow at Sheldon Oaks hadn't been so service oriented! Thanks to all of you, Mom has a terrific place and LOVES her new home!!

We stayed at indigo pine for two days. The managers totally out did them selves. They where great host and made us feel welcomed and gave us tons of knowledge to work from. We toured and got to see the town and beaches. the head of maintenance was also very helpful and a very friendly. I really liked it there..very homey.
