This community was my second choice to go with. They were nice at this community and followed up a lot of times in the beginning before the tour, but after we toured there was no follow up once we had already went through.

Friendly caring place a lot of regular and off-hand artist between residents and staff. Easy- going with only some "disciplinarian" issues that seem unnecessary.

We chose Redwood Retirement because of the value for the money and they willing to work with us. The apartment sizes are perfect for what he needs. He is not the biggest fan of the food, especially the fish. They are really good about explaining things and going over what you need to know. I would recommend to others.

For our needs it is a great place. My loved one stays busy with activities and there are several areas to socialize with other residents. They have arts and crafts, religious, exercise classes, games and more for the residents to choose from. The dining room just reopened for the residents to eat in.

The community is very clean, and the meals are nothing crazy incredible but for me the food is very good. We are not able to eat in the dining room so the food is better then before when it was being delivered to us. The activities are pretty good and are only going to get better with time.

My experience has been pretty good so far, the community is very clean and the staff members are friendly. They do have a big activity board that shows everything they offer if you want to participate. However, the food is just not good, the quality or the cooking.

The community is dependable and trustworthy. The communication between the staff and the families is good and they kept us informed. I would recommend this community to others. The community is neat and clean also.

I am very happy with my choice with Willow Gardens. I have a beautiful apartment and some awesome neighbors. They do offer a lot of activities and things are starting to open up and I am looking forward to that. They sent a survey around to see what residents want to do and get people more involved in things. I am very comfortable here, the staff is accommodating, it is a pretty quiet place with not a lot of traffic. They have scenic pathways and they are also a pet friendly facility. I would recommend to others who are looking.

I would recommend the community. The pricing The food is good. The staff is friendly and easygoing, they also have independent contractors. The structure is well maintained and built, since it was a former hotel. It is very clean. It is near a hospital and close to highway 29. It is within walking distance of shopping.

It's worth the value. My loved ones feel comfortable here and with the staff. We like it. The precautions have been very strict, which I like. This has been a good move for my loved ones.

We have been very happy with our experience with Uffelman Estates, the facility is great. I do know that they try with the food, but I think they could have a better variety of food for residents with dietary restrictions. Every time I was here, at least twice a day they were having activities in their atrium for the residents to do. They had things like corn hole, bowling, musicians etc. I would recommend them to others looking.

I think it is a pretty good place. The community is nice and bright. The rooms are nice as well. The rent is decent in cost.

The staff and community are wonderful. The food is a complaint by loved one. The food is sometimes not the best tasting. Everything else is wonderful. The staff and management are wonderful to deal with and help the residents.

I toured Hidden Lakes recently and was impressed with the professionalism and communication from the entire team. The grounds are a hidden gem with a large lake and walking paths as well as benches for residents to enjoy the view. Last, I love the robust life enrichment activities provided for residents if they feel inclined to participate. I think Hidden Lakes is a hidden treasure in Salem and glad I found it!

We chose Durham Regent because of the rooms, they are amazing. He had a 2 bedroom with windows all around. I ate here a lot and the food was about a 4 out of 5. It was pretty good, they did have a chef who prepared the meals for the residents. It seemed to me that the people here were all kind and welcoming, I felt like it was a good place to be and I could see myself being here at some-point. I would and have recommend this community.

Been here eight months, but seven have been under covid-19 so I have lived under a cloud and wildfire conditions. I feel that under those conditions Redwood Retirement has done quite well. For the open initial month I was quite pleased of this facility.

I want to say how much I have enjoyed meeting you and touring Hidden Lakes. You were so nice about showing me around and explaining all the questions I asked. I hope to be able to join you there soon. Looking forward to seeing the place we discussed on the phone.

I do not reside there, but have visited frequently and participated in meals and activities. The residents and staff are friendly. The meals I had were tasty. The facility is very clean. Of course, the lake and scenery are beautiful. Rents are expensive, but not out of line with many Independent Living facilities.

I think Rancho is a very nice place when we get the covid-19 under control she go to activities down stairs and be around the other tenants . It took me about 1 yr to get them to move from riverside to rancho so now closer to me about 20 mins.

This post is to acknowledge the extraordinary service at this facility provided by [name removed] "bus driver". I am a disabled senior at this facility. Sean does much more than transport residents to doctor appointments, to labs and to stores for essential supplies. He takes on tasks when others are absent and he brings meals to our doors, he assembles walkers and scooters, he fixes phones so that we can communicate with others. [name removed] is a team player and is loved by residents who admire his respectful, compassionate and reliable attitude. He has raised the morale here by 100% and he can be depended upon in times of crisis. We hope to have [name removed] with us for many years as we enter the final decades of our lives
