While my parents are getting adjusted to living here, it is an amazing place and I couldn't be happier. They meet all of the things my father wanted. They live on the main floor, have outdoor space, and a spacious bathroom. they thought of everything when building. It is very nice. The activities area has a large, spacious bathroom right off the area and that was important to my dad. The dining room is exquisite with a dining experience.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Nice open common spaces with lots of natural light. Model room is perfect; available resident rooms not so much. Much smaller, less light. Otherwise, really happy with all services and sense of care they provide. Top choice as of now.

My mother is doing quite well since her move to this community. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. All the staff members are great, and very helpful. The community looks clean, and very well-kept. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

Essex House is a terrific place! I like my apartment, it is not very large but it is just what I need. The staff is fantastic as well as the other residents. everyone has treated me so well. I really like the fact that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. It has been a very positive experience!

Very nice, seems fairly new, well kept and spacious common areas. The studio was way too small and claustrophobic but the one bedroom was fine. Not much storage space, though. I enjoyed the tour and am considering it but price may be a bit too much.

I love this community. My uncle is doing very well since his move here. I know he is safe, and in good hands here. The staff is nice, and friendly. They do a good job keeping the community nice, and clean. Everything is working out very well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

My parents have made a good transition into the Victorian at Mckenzie. They felt at home immediately. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Both my parents are enjoying the meals. They haven't been on any excursions yet but are participating in the various onsite activities.

We were graciously interviewed, and given a tour of one available unit. The person on whose behalf we were searching loved the place, the particular suite, but rejected the opportunity to move there. We as her "helpers" are most disappointed. However, top marks for Ironwood Estates and [Removed].

They were very accommodating and gracious during our tour. They gave us enough information to make the best choice for my mother.

Very clean very bright rooms, nice grounds, good activities. Will work with you on price.

I've been very happy here. I can't think of anything else they could change. There's almost always somebody here and we have life alert necklaces.

I'm doing fine in the community that is great to me. I am happy living here. The meals are wonderful. You get two choices for you entree, they have a chef and healthy choice. I think they couldn't make be better meals. The activities are plenty and many. Offering exercise everyday I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

My mom has been very pleased with her choice on making the move into this community. She has really made a smooth transition with the help of all of the staff and residents. I am very comfortable with the quality of care she is receiving and have a peace of mind with her being there. We would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

I really liked Thornton Place and they were very accommodating. They took us on a long tour and explained everything in detail and gave us a lot of helpful information. [Removed] did a lot of follow-up to gauge where we were in the process and answered all of my questions.Even though my parents are in good health we felt this would have been a better option for them maybe ten years ago.We wanted a place where the community could match their care needs as they progressed. Thornton Place is definitely a good option for younger independent seniors!

I liked the tour, it was a nice place and much bigger. We would have to use outside help for a lot of care that they can not provide. They don't provide a higher level of personal care. Not the best fit for us.

I haven't moved in yet since my apartment needed some extensive renovating which is nearly done. But I am impressed with the personal attention, the willingness of the staff to accomodate my needs, and the beauty of the surrounding area. I look forward to all the activities and to having my meals prepared for me each day.

The tour I had here was a good one. I thought it looked really nice but when getting information about the cost, it kept adding up. This was not going to work financially for us.

My experience has been great. I'm very happy with all they do for me here. I am happy I made the move to the community. Wonderful staff are running the place and they do wonderful for me and the residents here.

This community offers a fair share of activities. The food is off and on as they have had some changes in their chef. They do not offer a wide variety of choices and meal times are at set times. This community is clean and has an open and bright feel to it. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would recommend this community.

The staff here are nice and caring. they are able to keep me informed on her progress. The community is clean and she is happy with the meals that are serviced. They have activities. They have an on-call medical assistance that is available if needed. this is a great location for me to visit often. We would recommend other families to this nice community for good care and value for a loved one.
