I really enjoyed the tour. I would really consider this place but for the moment it is a little out of my price range. But will not write it off. Depends on my sale of my property. But great facility. Excellent staff etc.

In the beginning, we had some hiccups but they handled it well. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. I think they run very efficiently.

We toured this community when looking for my father. The lady who works with incoming residents is outstanding. She was very welcoming and proactive. We really liked the way the community looked aesthetically but our main draw back was the distance it was to his doctors and family. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The staff and residents at Quail Run are so pleasant and accommodating my mother in law feels very welcomed in her new home. There is a nice sense of community here. The residents are extremely friendly and genuinely happy. The only issue my mother in law has expressed is that she feels the food is good, but not amazing/not restaurant quality. Over all this is a wonderful place for my mother in law to live and we are very pleased with our decision to move her to Quail Run! We are very grateful for the assistance provided to my husband and I during this process from "A Place For Mom".

I like this community and the staff that are very nice and caring. The community was very clean and I enjoyed the meals that were provided. They offere a lot of great activities. I would recommend others to see this great community for great care.

My father is doing fairly well at the Palmer Hills. He loves his apartment and the environment. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is ridiculously nice! It is a smaller place which is what we were looking for. The meals are very good.

Wonderful place with very kind staff

Mom is doing great and she loves it. We love the community as well. Now mom has people that she can talk to and hang out with. Everyone is very attentive to the residents and they know everyone on a first name basis.

I like this community for the great care from wonderful staff. The food is appealing and the community is clean. We like the variety of activities. The staff is nice and helpful. We would recommend this community to other families for good care.

My dad is in the process of moving in this weekend. Our tour showed how warm and welcoming the Long Lake Chateau is. You call tell how happy the residents are by going in during meal time. Everyone is lively and chatting. Such a great feeling. The place is clean and the staff appear to really care. I talked to a few of the long term residents and the all spoke highly of living there.

My sister in law is loving her time here at this community. It is a very nice community, and everything has worked out very well. We are pleased with all they have done for us. A place for mom was great with all they help they provided us with.

The day my mother moved in they had a management change so things were a little disorganized to start off. Other than that they accommodate us very well. It's a very nice environment and very clean. They offer many activities and things to do.My mother loves her Ta chi and exercise classes. She said they are even offering a "how to use a cell phone" tutorial next week!I tried the food the first day she was there and it was delicious!

My experience was wonderful. So much more than I could have ever hoped for. [Removed] was not only knowledgeable regarding the residence, showed such an incredible understanding of my situation. I never felt as if I was being rushed into a decision and he spent all the time I needed to make my decision. It has renewed my belief in the basic goodness and kindness of people in your business. An added bonus is your Pet Friendly Policy

The Primrose Chateau has been a good fit for my loved one. The place is very clean and all of the staff are over the top. They really go the extra mile to make their residents as comfortable as possible. They provide good meals there and my loved one is happy.

My father-in-law was there for a month, he is hospice care. It was very well and it was beautiful. He loved everything while he was in the community. As time went by he needed 24 hour care. They had home care available but it was more expensive on top of rent. It was excellent and I would live there.

We moved into a great community. We are very happy with the staff who are very helpful. The community is clean and the meals that are served are very good. They have a good amount of activities to be activie in after we have settled in. We would recommend this community to other families for the value and care.

My fathers apartment is a perfect fit for him. It has lots of great amenities and some really pretty views from his windows. The staff at this community are also outstanding. They get an A plus on customer service and I very much appreciate the many accommodations they make for my father. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking into retirement.

So far, everything has been going very well. The place is clean and maintained well. The meals provided there are wonderful. The staff has been taking good care of my loved one. It has been a positive experience so far.

My loved one really likes the Bridge Park! We are very happy with A Place For Mom and happy they were able to help us into this community. When he first arrived, they had someone show him around. They do a fine job there. The food is good, I have eaten there a few times and they have good choices. The apartment he is in is comfortable and we are happy with how things are going.

Very friendly. Management and staff are sensitive to individual need and go above and below to meet the needs. Excellent!!
