Visited Fleming Point and was taken back by the warm welcome. It was not just the staff but the residents as well. The food was great and you had ample choices. Very clean. I left not feeling pressured but more like they were really there to help me. Definitely going to be a choice when my parents come back to NY.

I highly recommend The Springs of Escondido. The staff is friendly & helpful, the food is good and the cost is responsible.

Love the friendly staff and the whole experience for my father-in-law. They helped us getting him settle in.

Welcoming home. Room is a nice size. Dining room clean and bright. Food is delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Mom moved in just over a month ago and everyone from the staff to other residents have been so friendly and caring towards Mom. Mom absolutely loves her apartment and has starting enjoying some of the activities that work for her.

My mom is love being there. Being an active senior, this place offers activities from 9am to 9pm. Very clean and the staff are amazing. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone

[Name removed] and [name removed] were very gracious hosts and took their time to show all the facilities. The Court is a lovely place and I would highly recommend it.

Quail Run looks like the perfect place to spend the next part of my life. The rooms I was shown were more than acceptable, the price was within my range, and the people who live there were very friendly and welcoming. This place sets the bar that other communities I visit will have to meet in order to stay on my list.

This review is about the management at Birch Heights in Derry, NH. [Name removed] the GM and [name removed] the Assistant Manager, have been so wonderful to my mother and my family! The interactions with the team have been fully transparent, and keeping our options open with regard to my mother's status and ability to move to Birch Heights. The facility is warm and welcoming, and the food was amazing! I can't thank the management team enough for their caring and thoughtfulness as we are continuing to explore Birch Heights as an option for my mother. We look forward to being in touch, and if my mom has her way, she will be moving there tomorrow! Thank you, as it's reassuring to know that their are options, such as what Birch Heights has to offer, for our loved ones.

Very friendly staff. Management very knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do. The building itself is very clean. I didn’t have time to eat lunch with them but was invited to come back multiple times. I left feeling like I had been there several times. One of the most pleasant visits I’ve had when looking for my mom. Not ready yet but when she gets on the same page as the rest of the family this will be my first stop.

[Name removed], who showed us around was fantastic! The residents we met were nice. They seemed happy and well served. The facilities, grounds, and apartments are very nice.

Great for Independent living. 'Patio Homes' as we call it in Indiana, with lay-outs and space that accommodate our needs at a price within our budget. Unlike some senior centers that offer extras that we don't need at this time, this location works for us. If we live to 85, we may need to re-evaluate.

The visit with [name removed] was wonderful. He understood the need of our family to get [name removed] in a community to have support, friendship, regular meals, the ability to have vehicle and having the outings. the plus is the location, near hospital and close for us to drive to. The pet birds there are a great plus too. The cons are the smoke tent at the end of hall and the extra cost of cable and internet ([name removed] is a sports junky and needs his NASA car and football)

Birch Heights was everything I could want and more. Unfortunately, the price was beyond reach for my Mom at this time. Staff was so helpful! Residents were great, very welcoming environment, clean as a whistle, just fantastic!

[Name removed] (Administrator) is wonderful - very engaging and knowledgeable - she knows all the residents' and staff names. She is very patient and understands how difficult this decision can be for families. Facility is spotless and appears well-run

My mother is there for short term following a surgery. She had nothing but nice things to say about the facility and staff. They have gone out of their way to make her comfortable.

Beautiful place for you loved ones to live. Food is excellent. Everything is made in house. The different styles of apartments will suite everyones needs. All have balconies or patio. Everyone is very kind and treat the residents with great respect especially [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] who are always there to help with anything. There are a lot of activities and outings if you choose to be involved. It is very reassuring knowing that the call button that they give you will bring help to your loved ones in minutes. It is so nice to know that your parent is safe.

Loved this one, but no option for further care except for outside sources.

Fantastic visit! Great feeling upon entry. Very friendly staff. Very nice environment, close to shopping and not an over crowded building. Beautiful eatablished area.
