My aunt has been a resident at The Manor At Woodside for 2 years, the atmosphere is very friendly, staff is friendly and always available to meet her needs and finally she found a place she can call home. [Name removed] is always there to make everyone, both residents and visitors feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend The Manor to any family in need of senior living. I have been living in the Manor for the past two years. The staff are extremely friendly and I enjoy all the activities which keeps me busy. I especially love watching my NY Giants on the big screen in the Dayroom

We are very comfortable here at the Château we’ve been here two months and we find the staff very friendly and helpful and cheerful it it’s good value for the price overall I think it’s very well run

Very nice but not a possibility since [name removed]'s needs have evolved and he needs full nursing home level medical care.

GreAt place-will bring my brother for a tour after Christmas. Only concern is if my mom will find her way around- it’s so big! It offers the activities she misses most not being able to drive, and it is so close to my home!

This place is wonderful. They are so patient with their clients and great with the families as well. The move was seamless on their end. Anything wrong with the apartment and they fix it immediately. The food is great and very little repeats on food choices. The entertainment is great, with live singers, games and movies for the residents.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Meals are delicious and there are always great choices for activities to do. Atria has made transition here so much easier than we had thought it would be. We are very happy to be here.

The staff took the time to get to know my father. They always check in with me to let me know how he is doing. I never have to approach them for concerns that they may have. When I have questions they are always able to answer them immediately. They seem to always be on top of what each resident is doing. Very active community. I could not have picked a more caring community for my father.

Amazing. Clean, friendly and unique. Very knowledgeable and not fake. I felt very comfortable and very much enjoyed my time spent there. Even after I said that I was looking into the future I wasn’t rushed out. In fact much the opposite I was invited to come back. Extremely impressed!!

We really liked [name removed], the sales associate who gave us the tour. He has been very helpful to us in many ways, from understanding what was available, to how they can meet our budget, to helping my mom find someone who can work with her to get her veteran's benefits. He was great with my mom, and with my kids who came with. My daughter loved the property and it's really beautiful and well kept. The amount of kitchen cabinets in the studio kitchenette we saw was very small, but the ONLY reason mom's not moving there is because we live in North Tacoma and would like to keep her closer.

On Thanksgiving Day I had a wonderful dinner with this community. Now, 2 weeks later, I took an official tour. On both occasions I felt completely at home. Our guide was so pleasant and well-informed that questions were answered almost before I realized I had some. Residents were happy among themselves, cheerful when encountered in the hallways, and really pleased that I was thinking of coming to reside there. Both meals That I had were delicious with many choices available. Service staff was very efficient. I saw 2 apartments that were one BR but with different floor plans. One of those especially appealed to me. The application process of moving forward was well-explained with the steps and costs specified. If I could rate this with 6 stars, I would do that!

Very good location, all expected conveniences are there, and the price is right - exactly comparable to the price for the same here in Calgary. Had a tour, ate lunch, and met the staff. It's one of the two front-runners in my upcoming choice. And oh how nice is the weather!

[Name removed] was super, when I had my nervous breakdown being overwhelmed with all the responsibility and feeling inundated with paperwork applying for Aid and Attendance, she was supportive and refocused me. Fantastic lady

I have had the pleasure to work with the staff at Birch Heights. They're very considerate of all the residents. They work hard to try to meet all their needs and make all happy with activities and asking what they can do to assist them in making sure they are comfortable in their apartments. Residents love [Name removed], [Name removed] and [Name removed]! It is an awesome community.

My Father passed away a few years ago and my Mom was finally ready to sell the house. We took a tour and my Mom really liked it. Every time I talk to her she tells me how happy she is.She has friends and a social life and is eating regularly. It will s a perfect place for her!!!

On Sept 3rd [Name removed]had a stroke and was moved to a nursing facility and passed on Sept 16th. While he was at Aspen View he did like it.

3 months in and no regrets. Living in a seniors retirement home is an adjustment after living in your own home. It takes about 3 months to settle in. Longlake Chateau is an amazing place. The staff are all top drawer and the fellow residents are varying..some use walkers, wheelchairs or not and all are interesting. I chose to come here and if you are reading this you may be considering a seniors residence..why wait. A positive attitude is the most important thing you can bring. No car? No worries. There is bus runs 5 days a week to take you to all your appointments, your bank, shopping malls, excursions twice a week. I found I liked it better with each passing day. I feel fortunate to have been directed to Longlake Chateau. No need to look elsewhere.

It is a fantastic situation. Lovely meals, activities to do, friendly lovely people. The staff are so kind, patient, friendly and funny. Everyone in the family enjoys visiting there. Mom finally needed to move to a personal care home, but it was the best experience,

Great experience and our Dad is doing very well. It took a while to get settle in but with the positive team at the home he is like a new man.
