I had a very nice tour of this community. It is a great community. Everyone was very kind and friendly. They were all very nice to my family and myself. The community looked great, everything was very well-kept. My tour went very well.

Facility not quite as nice as some others but very adequate. Nice staff.

I was able to take a tour of this community. I really did like it and the people. They were very nice and helpful with me and my loved one. There is a lot of natural light in the building. The residents were out and very pleasant. The only reason why my loved one didn't pick here was because they had no toaster oven in the apartment.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. My tour went well, this is a nice community. The community was well maintained. From what I saw everything was nice and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. It was a nice experience.

The interaction between the staff and the residents is good. My grandmother and i feel that the cleanliness is okay. One of the services that she likes is the church service that the community offers. The only thing that my grandmother wishes that they could make better is the food. There needs to be more variety and taste of the meals. Besides this it's great place and we would recommend it.

Country Cottage offered a very beautiful community. It was very well kept and clean throughout. They staff were very competent and were all able to answer my questions and concerns. They shared the menu and activities schedule and they had a variety offered for the residents

This was a nice tour. The community looked very nice and clean. I enjoyed the staff they were kind and friendly. My questions were answered, they were very informative. We did find a community that fit my mother's budget better. Overall this is a nice community with kind people.

They are taking very good care of my mother and her needs here at this community. Everything has worked out very well and I'am pleased. They do a good job with making sure her room and the community are well maintained. There are many activities offered for her, there is always something going on. The food looks good and smells good. They do serve nice healthy meals. The staff have been wonderful, they are helpful and very welcoming. They are providing her with good care. Overall this is a community that would get my recommendation.

Quaint facility with nice staff. This is great if you are looking for a smaller feel community.

From what I have heard is happy there at Country Cottage. She is enjoying the activities that are available. She had to be quarantined for a while due to an infection and she really missed being out and participating. Overall she has had a positive experience. We are happy with this facility.

I like it a lot, and I think it's really convenient for the residents to have doctors onsite. It's very clean, and I am just so happy with it. We chose them because the staff was very friendly, and answered all my questions and would prompt me when I didn't know what to ask. They have a van and will take her where she needs to go.

It is a smaller facility, I just wish there was a little more activities for my loved one. But she thoroughly enjoys it. The dining room experience was great, we ate there once with her and the location is good for that area.

As my Aunt has only been a resident for a mouth there is not much to complain or complement about. The care seems very good and the caregivers are very attentive to all the residents. My only personal complant is lack of access. You cannot get in or out unless a staff member lets you and there is no direct number to the cottages. I find it very frustrating I cannot call and find out how she is doing without going trough a act of congress, or worse you go through the answering machine and the person that answers the phone, only to have no one answer in the cottage. This is very poor service to families.

Overall I think they do a good job at Country Cottage. The staff here are very friendly and caring, and they take real good care of my loved one! My loved one does complain about the food, but that is the only negative thing I have heard. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place overall, and is definitely somewhere we would have considered for our loved one! The staff we met were friendly, and the facility was clean and well kept. However, at the time of our search they did not have any availability.

Jessica was pleasant and knowledgeable. Nice facility, rooms are small. Common areas are nice and spacious but private rooms do not allow for much personal furniture.

Overall I think they've done a great job at Country Cottage! The people who work here are all very friendly and professional, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. The only minor issue we've had is communication difficulties between shift changes, sometimes care requests you've made don't get passed along. But overall a very nice place!

So far we are pleased with Columbia Cottage. Mother has not been there a month yet so don't know what the first bill will be. She broke her hip right before we were going to move her in! The Cottage was very helpful in getting Mother moved in spite of the hip. They have had to do much more for her than we expected but for the most part have done it well.

The staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous! I like the community. Residents are encouraged to interact with each other and they promote a home atmosphere. The rooms are small, but cozy and they like to keep the numbers low in order to maintain that cozy home atmosphere.
