We're very pleased with how things turned out at Edencrest at Riverwoods! It's a very nice looking place, and the people we worked with were a huge help throughout the whole process!

The people here are so happy. We would have moved here, except they were opening another location closer to me, so we were able to move to the new one. Which is pretty much identical, and so wonderful!

Mom was reluctant to move, but she loves it. It's new, and the residents that have moved in have become a really close-knit group. She loves the food, she loves everything! Pat and Dot have been really good. Everyone from the manager to the janitor have been just fantastic. The only complaint is that the coat closet, when you first walk into the room, doesn't have a door.

Very nice facility with 3 meals and many activities and an enclosed outdoor patio even a secure outdoor patio for the memory care unit. Larger facility with about 60 residents. Nice-sized apartment rooms with closet storage full bath shower kitchenette. Memory care has smaller rooms 11x11.

I was so very glad I found Azura Memory Care in Stoughton! The Director is a dear and has been there for awhile. The staff are happy and like to work there; they even volunteered this information without being asked! My mother needed to be in a place where she could be touched and know people were around for her. Azura was the perfect spot for that! It is a cozy, homey facility full of laughter, hugs and caring. It was the perfect spot for my mother's life to end. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home.

There are a lot of activities

Things are going well here. Everything is going along as it should.

I'm very, very pleased with it. I think it's one of best places we came across so far. It's one of the best decisions we could have made. We don't have any complaints about food, or anything so far. I would give them a five.

Age Well Center for Life Enrichment is doing a very good job. It's more about my mom adjusting to living in a facility like this. I am very happy with them overall. Things are going well.

I really haven't been in contact with the facility since my Sister, went in but the transition was made easy by the staff. It seems to be a great place and so far, so good.

We are happy with Country Manor. They have been very good. No complaints so far, they have been good. I would rate them highly.

Age Well Center for Life Enrichment was a good experience. Mom has fallen several times though and she cant make it at this facility. It is more independent. It is no fault of theirs but they just do not check on her enough. We had been looking for a facility for years. The visit went well but it was just not a good fit for her.

At Prairieview Assisted Living the staff was good. The price was right. The facility was small so he got more one on one care. I was very pleased with this facility. It was a good experience. I give it very high ratings.

She likes it there. Things seem to be going well. I don't have any complaints about food or activities or anything so far. I do spot checks and try to come at different times, everything always seems as it should be. They talk to me they are very pleasant. My wife says they are always nice to her. So far I am pleased with them.

They offer an amazing array of services and social activities that make it easy to maintain friendships, make new ones, pursue lifelong interests and retain ties to the community. Amedisys Home Health has been coming into the Age Well community to provide their residents Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Skilled Nursing and Behavioral Health so that they can remain in their home at Age Well and continue their active lifestyle. We understand the importance of delivering high quality services to the residents. The Age Well Team follows our therapist recommendations to provide great continuity of care!

My experience with Azura Memory Care in Stoughton has been outstanding. My Mom and Dad moved into an apartment there. The Azura staff is amazing. They are respectful in the manner in which they interact with their residents. They are friendly and supportive of the family. When my Mom took a downhill turn, the Azura staff's care and compassion helped her final days be more bearable. The Azura staff went "above and beyond" in helping my Dad recover from two hip surgeries. We were able to move him back to Azura because of their willingness and expertise in handling a hoyer lift and working with physical therapy. Their delight at having him return from the hospital was heartwarming. His steady recovery progress is due to the quality of care he receives from the Azura staff. The culture at Azura is based on the core value of respect which is embraced by the staff. Azura offers a "one-stop shop" for medical care. It is a family environment that is warm, friendly, fun and delivers quality care. It is a tremendous relief for me that I don't have to worry about the care my Dad is receiving. Azura treats him as part of their family. We treat Azura as part of our family. I am happy that my Dad is being cared for by such caring staff.

This was the best solution to meet our needs. Food is excellent. They offer exercise, bingo, and group activities but could use a little more variety of activities that is why I rate it 4 1/2 stars. It is very clean, Friendly, A Great Value, and offer Great care Services. My overall rating of this place is 5 stars. I am very pleased with this facility and so Is my loved one. I would recommend this place if your searching for a great assisted living home.

We are very satisfied at this point. She seems to be very happy there. They have a good menu. They were one of the more reasonably priced places. There really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better. They are doing a very good job.

Well run establishment. Everyone is very friendly. Thus far we are very pleased with everyone and everything. Would recommend to others.

Everything seems to be good, It's been a little bit of an adjustment. She seems to like it, as much as she can. They have been very accommodating. She has some dietary needs that they have been good about accommodating. They take good care of her medical needs as well. It's clean, and we haven't had any concerns over activities, or being bored.
