This is a brand new facility with only four residents right now. The staff seems to be very personal and they aren’t letting my Mother sit around all day. For activities, they offer things like exercise classes, arts/crafts, and they even have seasonal parties. I’ve also eaten the food here and it’s really good. If you don’t like the main option, they do have a café menu you can choose from. The only thing that I can think of they could do better is their communication skills. When my mom is away from the facility for a longer period of time she does have adult diapers. However, the staff has been putting those on her all of the time when she doesn’t need them. I have been talking with the health coordinator and she is checking into it. I would recommend this community to other families.

The care my mom received was absolutely the best around she had been in two other facilities. She was treated with respect and dignity that everyone should be. They cared for her as if she was there mom along with treating mom excellent they also treat my family wonderfully. We have made some lifelong friends.

I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to the Azura staff! Leaving my husband at Azura is the hardest, most gut wrenching thing I’ve ever had to do. The staff recognized this and comforted me, sat with me when I cried and constantly updated me on [Removed] “new life” at Azura! He has adjusted well and now considered this his ‘home ’. I am both sad and comforted by [Removed] acceptance of his new home – he is and always will be the love of my life!

The reason why we chose this community is because of their focus on memory care. The number of staff to resident ratio was great. I believe my loved one is doing very well there up to now and she moved there in October. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they provide many activities that would cater to the needs of someone in their memory care area. They do things every day and it’s all posted on their board. They also encourage their residents to participate and be social with the other residents. I recommend this location to others looking for a memory care facility.

Azura Memory Care of Clinton is an updated facility that is very well kept. The staff is exceptional. They are long term workers which makes a difference. The staff’s loving and caring personalities truly make the residents and their families feel comforted. The staff creates a bond with the residents that better allows them to care for the residents specific, individual needs.

My father was well cared for. I loved to visit him with my son. All of the caregivers were wonderful to be around and handled his personal situation with dignity and respect.

We were very happy to have our sister at Azura Memory Care. We always found it very clean, the staff took excellent care of her. Very friendly and helpful. They always kept us very well informed on her. Would highly recommend Azura to others.

This facility has been perfect so far and we have no complaints. My Husband’s room is beautiful and it seems more like an apartment than anything. The rooms do come with a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. All of the staff members have been wonderful and the residents themselves are very kind. The food is also great and you have a few choices for the meals. When you are served, it’s a 3 course meal and all of the staff members help serve food. The facility does offer a lot of great activities like bingo, happy hour, live entertainment, mass services, family dinner, and a lot of outings. This community is a really great fit for my Husband and I would recommend them to other families.

Azura exceeds expectations. The care here is more than excellent. They give personal attention to the residents, which is so needed. Azura Clinton is the best.

They have a true heart of the special needs required of Alzheimer's and dementia residents and take every step to provide them with a healthy active secure lifestyle. The residents seemed happy and comfortable with their living space. The staff fabulous with the residents. Loved the way all corridors lead to central areas. I also liked the single level living as opposed to multi level living

Best memory care in our area. The staff at Azura is compassionate, warm, they make us and their residents feel at home. They focus on relationships. The management ensures a high standard of care is delivered. I would trust them with my parents.

I walked on a cold call and was met by [Removed] who then spent two hours with me and introducing me to Azura memory care and the way of life here. One week later I moved my mom and her spirits lifted immediately with the way she was treated. Two months I highly recommend this for total memory care. The care givers and staff are amazing! Kindness and respect are always present.

Awesome staff. Involve the residents in group activities. Treat families and residents with respect. All employees are happy! Seem happy working here and the smiles are uplifting as well as the conversations.

We moved my parents in when dad recovered from surgery and mom needed memory care for Dementia. Dad has recovered very well and mom has done very well here. The food is excellent. The staff is fantastic, both in being very attentive and helpful with adjusting to their new living arrangements. Azura has done well to help us address. The extra needs dad needed (temporarily) to build his strength back up to normal. These folks care and it shows!

Our relative is taken care of very well. The facility is very clean and decorated cheerfully. The care takers are very friendly and caring to our relative as well as to us. We feel our relative is safe and inspired to keep herself occupied.

Azura is a wonderful, caring place! Our father is participating in activities that we never thought possible. We feel very fortunate to have Azura in our community. Serving so many families needing a place with this kind of care.
