Dear care givers [Removed] I know if my mom could speak the words she wanted, this is what she would say. Thank you all for taking such tender care of me, for being so patient with me as I forget more and more. Thank you for matching my clothes so I look like Joan. Thank you for preparing such delicious meds and helping me to enjoy them. Thank you for being so positive to me, I feel it. I feel the hug and smiles, they help me get through each day. Thank you for making sure all my medical and physical needs are also met. Finally… Thank you for tucking me in at night! Appreciating them just come naturally. Thank you. [Removed]

My father has lived at Azura since October of 2016. During this time, he has had many different care givers and two different executive directors. Despite these changes he is always treated the same – with respect, dignity and genuine caring. Twice they have put on a special anniversary lunch for my parents as they celebrated their 69th and 70th wedding anniversary. My mother lives independently and came to Azura for her 70th celebration with dad, [Removed](activities director) had taken the time to help my dad sign an anniversary card my sister had found and give to her earlier (Dad had bought the card years ago and not given it to mom). [Removed] also laminated the anniversary announcement from the local newspaper and gave one to each of my parents. The staff set up a table with white linen, sparkling wine (non – alcoholic), and a lovely lunch. My mother thoroughly enjoyed the special occasion and noted how many staff came by to congratulate them. It is this kindness attention to detail and genuine caring that has been the norm ever since dad came to Azura. I come visit here once a month from St. Paul, MN and every time. I see him he says he is happy there – and he is. I never worry how he will be treated or cared for. We are so fortunate to have found this wonderful “home” for him to live out his last days. I wish everyone who suffers from this horrible disease of Alzheimer’s could be in such a wonderful place.

They are always friendly and take good care of my daughter. I very much appreciate all they do.

I am most pleased with this care my father receives and the fine staff that work here. It is a pleasant, loving atmosphere and my dad, I feels, feels safe and secure.

The staff here is really good and I appreciate talking to [Removed] because we can come up with some solutions. The staff is wonderful.

I feel that Azura Memory Care offers a beautiful home like setting for its residents and when the activities director isn’t interacting with and entertaining them the other employees are engaging them in conversation and other activities as well as offering hugs to make them feel loved and secure. The meals are very good and snacks and beverages are always available. I would highly recommend Azura and always feel welcome and enjoy my visits with everyone there.

Sienna Hills is a beautiful facility! I could not have asked for a better environment for my dad. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel cared for. The staff became like family to us. The Health Care Coordinator personally cared for my dad and showed him so much attention. She watched him enough to recognize subtle differences in his disposition and health. The Activities Coordinator pleasantly encouraged my dad to participate in activities when his preference was to stay in his dark room. The activities were thoroughly enjoyed by my dad once he participated. The meals are very good and there is a variety to choose from. If a resident really likes something that is not on the menu, they seek to accommodate. My dad became very close to the transportation driver. [Removed] truly cared about my dad and was more than a driver. He helped him with a lot of things both physically and emotionally. The Management was equally kind and accommodating. They took my dad in with open arms even during a busy time for them and made the transition a pleasant one for the entire family. Thank you Sienna Hills for everything!!

Hi [Removed] I have to say this supports my family's consensus that we made the right choice when we chose Azura for my dad. You people are clearly the best at what you do and that is evidenced by the improvements I've seen in him in a short time. [Removed] Thanks for checking in. So far our family is really impressed with Azura. The nurse called me the other day to give me an update on my dad's weight and overall wellbeing. I really don't think we would get that type of personal service anywhere else especially if it were a large facility. They are genuinely concerned. Thanks for your concern and finding Azura. We had beautiful weather over Christmas. Almost 80 daily. Now we are receiving a large rain storm which is greatly needed as we were plagued with so much fire early this winter.

Dear [Removed] We would like to express our thanks for all the care, compassion and comfort you and your staff provided for [Removed] over the past six months. It has been a journey of emotions, conflicts and love since his wife [Removed] left us back in 2011. When [Removed] told us we could be kids again, that was a huge relief. We believed her and knew Azura would keep him safe, nourished and work hard to manage his dementia diagnosis. He had many happy days there and the ones that weren't so happy, he had people who could provide him comfort and listen to his concerns. Please let the entire staff know that we appreciate them and their jobs are more important to families than they may realize. What they do each day, many people could not do, including family members, and that is to create an environment where a loved one can be cherished with dignity. My mom lived at Azura for 9 years. Care was absolutely wonderful. She was treated as family. Food is great, lots of activities and parties. We were treated as family also, I would recommend Azura Clinton to everyone who needs a great memory care home. When mom died, everyone was so supportive, and I still get warm welcomes from the staff if I see them out in the community.

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. The rooms were on the small side. We didn't meet the criteria they wanted 24 months of assets. I recommend people tour many places before choosing a place.

The staff seems very accommodating towards residents, very caring and helpful. It takes a very special person to work each day with residents who have memory issues and the staff at Azura is just that, very special. I appreciate the good work you do!

This has and is the best place for Barbaro. The staff are great caretakers and I am so happy we have my barbaro this facility.

My mother [Removed] lives at Azura – it has become her beloved home. She feels so comfortable and content. She loves all the staff; they treat her like family - all call her “Granma”. I toured this facility because their other location wasn’t open yet. I really like this community and the rooms and green space are a lot larger than their other location. While on our tour, the marketing director was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The only downfall to this facility is if I was to move my mom in, it would have been really difficult to move all of her furniture down the hall and into an elevator. I would recommend this community to other families.
