My wife was here and I couldn't say anything bad about her time there. They loved her like she was their family. The care and patience they have/give incredible. They are true angles, I visit now because they've became my family, even after she passed.

All the staff are very helpful. Care services kind of depends on who is working. The staff communication with the family has been very good.

I toured this community and I liked it. It's a very nice place. However, it's a large facility and wasn't quite what we were looking for as far as my mom's personal needs. I felt like she would have felt lost in this large of a facility.

Mom really appreciates the CNA's. They are helpful, compassionate and friendly. Love the staff. [name removed] the sales manager is great!

We chose Vergas Assisted Living mainly due to the location and also they had an opening and we needed to move my loved one immediately. It is a smaller community so everyone knows everyone by name and we really like that. I would recommend them to others families looking.

The care takers are very well trained and pleasant to associate with. They take care of the residents needs on a timely basis. The food served is very good and most often served on a timely basis.

I feel the staff at Azura are my daughters angels. They give her loving care. Her needs are special and involved and they accommodate her exceptionally well.

My mom was living alone in her own home. She started to wander away at night and I was concerned she would harm herself or someone else. Now that she is happy living at Azura, I can rest easy knowing she is safe.

Overall -great. One comment - when there is a problem and it is brought to the attention of staff members it must have been someone on another shift" is almost always the reply.

Very clean and friendly environment. Lots of fun activities. We order our full meals from a menu, this way we get what we want and how much we want. The make you feel at home here.

If you're local this is the place to go. The location is good to be able to visit my loved one often. The staff communication with the family is good. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities include: books, movies, singing, outside gardening, and more for the residents to participate in.

What we really like about Dimensions Living Appleton is the staff, they are very friendly and attentive

What we really like about Kruse Village is that it feels like family and we would recommend this community to other families .

I came to MorningStar Village after I fell at home and was very weak; having difficulty eating because loss of appetite. I was determined to get better and gain strength. With the compassionate, caring care and assistance that I received from their staff, I recovered. I have made my wonderful lasting friendships with many residents and staff. The food is great. Everyone is so friendly and kind.

I feel very much at home here. The staff are all very kind and efficient. They do their jobs as if they enjoy everything that they do. This is a good home for me!

When my husband was in need of 24/7 care, we decided MSV was the PLACE! Advising [name removed] of our decisions, he commented "I always knew we would go there". MSV was our answer.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience and a great facility. It has all the bells and whistles you could want there was no red flags and we would recommend this community to families. It is 2 year private pay and the rooms are kind of set up in a maze and it seems like it is geared more towards those who could get around on their own and really enjoy all the in house and out of house activitie.

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The tenants are great. We're very happy with the care of our loved one. It's an overall great place.
