The residents and staff are very nice and go out of their way to make you feel like part of a family. The staff are good to work with the family if we have any questions or concerns about loved one. The food is good. They are willing to accommodate the resident's needs if the food needs to be delivered. The apartment, changing of linens, laundry, housekeeping, utilities, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. You are able to pay extra for an outside agency to come in and help your loved one in the community.

I am very young to be here and I am here due to an injury. It is a gracious way for people who can still live independently and just need a little assistance or guidance, it is great for this. The meals is the one area where I see some problems, they have some issues with consistency in this area. They have activities like bingo, card games, massages, they have a salon on site and they even have activities where they take people out twice a week to do things. There are a lot of activities to do things in the community to be active and busy.

We brought our family member in from out of state and dropped him off late. He ended up knocking on doors at 2 am and left the facility and got locked out. So I got a call in the morning letting me know that he can't stay there. So we ended up hiring 24-hour care so he could stay there until we found a new place. They stayed up until 1 am to await his arrival that first night, and during the time he was there, the staff was very accommodating. The place itself is phenomenal. I just wish it would have worked out because it was so nice.

This community was very nice and they gave me all of the information I needed in regards to this community. This community was very attractive but the amenities would have been three times the price.

Glenmoore without a doubt gets 5 stars, the staff members are super friendly and so nice. There is a little bit of a language barrier with our loved one and we are so appreciative with how helpful the staff has been. They have many different activities going on throughout the week. The only small drawback is it is a little expensive, but based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

I have spent a few years looking for a place where my(number removed)-year-old mother will feel comfortable. She's finally found what she was looking for at Magnolia Heights in Franklin, MA. The layout of the building is great; residents don't have to walk too far to get to the central community areas. Most apartments have balconies. There's plenty of light all around; it doesn't feel stuffy at all. I've shared a few lunches at their dining area and I noticed a good sense of community. (name removed), the activities director, is a fun person to be around and her enthusiasm for her job is contagious. There are plenty of events and activities for the residents to participate in. I especially appreciate that (name removed), the sales manager, actually listens to her residents and projects a warmth that seems so lacking in other professional retirement communities. She's always available to help new residents get used to their surroundings during the difficult transition of moving in.

I would give the staff a 5 out of 6 if I could, they are wonderful. I with this facility because of the convenient location for our daughters to get here, the price was right for what all they offered, and the facility itself is outstanding. I have a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor and I am very happy with it. I also have a wrap around porch which was a big selling point as well. I would tell others looking for a retirement community to seriously consider Bella Vista.

This has been a fabulous experience for our loved one who is in the community. My loved one has housekeeping services, a friendly and welcoming community, three meals a day that are provided and this makes the family and my loved one happy. The staff are great to work with if we have questions or concerns. They are eager to help in any way they can. Changing and laundry of linens, all the meals, the room, utilities, and transportation are included in the monthly rate. The only additional charge would be secure internet connection in your loved one's room. I never would have thought that we would be able to find this type of environment for my loved one in their budget.

everything was a pleasant surprise, and better than I expected. everything was and still is very good. the staff are completely cooperative and understanding. everything was just pleasant. I'm a family member appreciating what's happening to my family member and his experience at Wilshire. each time I come to visit I'm so pleased with where he's at, and the friendly neighbors and staff. he always comments on how friendly the people are in the dining room. he often refers to the dining area as "the restaurant". they are always so polite and kind to him, he is lucky to be there. and because of that, I am pleased with them and pleased that my uncle is having such a good experience. I expect to be there with him someday!

We fell in love with the staff right away and knew this was the place. They know everyone by name, they know what is going on in their life, and they are just so caring. It is a very Christian atmosphere and we love that. The apartment sizes meet his needs perfectly, he is on the first floor and he does a walk out patio. The food is great, he gets a menu to choose from and the meals are chef prepared. They do have raised beds where the residents are able to garden if they want to. They provide transportation and have a very comfy movie theatre and many other activities to participate in. We have been very pleased and would definitely recommend them to others looking for independent living. The only drawback is that if he needs medical help in the future then he will have to find another place to live because it is completely independent.

I toured Summerville Estates and had a good first expression and tour experience. I found the community itself to be very nice, however they did not have a 2 bedroom available and I really needed the extra space. the community I chose was also significantly closer to my son, which was very convenient. I really liked Summerville Estates and if they had the availability, I likely would have chose them.

It was not the right fit for me, but for most people they love it and it really is a great place. All of the staff are absolutely lovely here as are the residents. They have a lot of activities provided that are wonderful, but I was looking for more physical activities because I am a very active person. I would highly recommend Linwood Estates to the right person.

The location of Providence Meadows worked out well and is close to family and it is a newer facility so it was all updated and modern. [name removed] from the sales staff was excellent and there was no pressure coming from him even after visiting several times. All of the staff have continued to be great. They are always super kind to my mother and just make it feel comfortable and homey. She has a studio apartment and it is a little snug but fine for what she needs. Overall it has been a very positive experience.

We were in a hurry to find a place and did not really look anywhere else, but we have been very pleased with everyone here and the facility as a whole. We had a 2 bedroom in the beginning and it was a great size. My mom then downsized into a one bedroom apartment which is on the smaller side so it was an adjustment for her but is working out. I would recommend Colonial Gardens to others.

I think the staff plus the overall experience they go above and beyond. They provide excellent care and keep the friends and family informed and involved in every aspect of any issues that may come up. This is the highest level of customer service that I have seen and I am very happy that I was introduced to this community and was able to use the services here. Everyone is great at this community. I would recommend this to anyone.

Jordan Oaks is a great place.

It was very good for my brother. The health care staff was very good when you need them. This gives him an opportunity to move forward with his life. The staff are helpful with just a phone call and they come. The place itself are very nice. Between administrator, maintenance and other are very helpful. We have been very pleased with how they treat my brother. When we visit they make us feel like family. They have a table of veterans that my brother sits at. Its been a blessing for him.

We went with The Woods at Holly Tree because the pricing fit our budget the best. We really like the fact that so much is included in the monthly rent. The cleaning service that is provided is very nice, they come in each week and clean the residents apartments. The apartment sizes are super spacious and exactly what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend them to other families looking.

My mom the very first day said she couldn’t believe how nice everyone was. The staff and residents were so welcoming to her. She is involved in all of the wonderful activities they offer and has made numerous friends. The food is almost always good and I go for lunch with her often and can say that’s true. She has had a very positive experience. She has been there for over a year and is still very happy. Thank you, Paloma Landing.

This is a really great place. My first impression was that it is a very luxury place that is budget friendly. The community offers housekeeping, laundry services, meals, basic cable, and utilities that are included in the monthly rate. All the rooms have a kitchenette. The staff are very friendly to work with if there are any questions or concerns that come up. The maintenance team is very helpful. There are pull cords that the residents can pull anytime that they need something, and they have staff 24 hours a day on site. There is drop in care service through a third party that is reasonably priced.
