Loved it. The property is very attractive, clean, beautiful grounds, nice activities. Staff were wonderful.

I liked this one. My mother-in-law was very intrigued. She will be visiting soon, so she will stay there and experience it.

Very good candidate. Lively community. Good feeling when you enter the building. Love the ability to travel to other properties and stay there for little cost. Unique.

Salmon Creek was great the food good and I would recommend that place to anyone. I left the area because of the cold weather. I live in a nicer place that cost less money here in AZ that has more activities that I enjoy to do. My problem with Salmon Creek place was the laundry was difficult for me to do so I had to pay someone to do it. Here I have a washer and dryer in my apartment.

The friendliness of the staff depended on who was working. There is no care provided at Salishan. My mother frequently complained that the food was cold. Every year the rent goes up, but nothing happens or no improvements. The elevator has been broken 4 or 5 times in the past several months. People can't even get down to eat.

Camellia Gardens had a feel of commercialism. I didn’t choose it because I didn’t feel the same personal attention that I got from the place we choose.

The was a great community. The didn't have as many amenities that we wanted such as full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and free wi-fi.

The food is more of processed food, high salt, and a fried menu. I would like to see better nutritional value with the meals. I would recommend this community based on my experience and overall it's been a good experience.

I'm fine with it, but my loved one isn't. She's not happy, but I don't think she would be happy anywhere. I think it's an okay place and safe. I like the staff. They're friendly and personable, and they watch out for everybody. The apartments are nice and cozy. Most of the time the food is good. It just takes a long time to be served.

So far our loved one is happy there, he has no complaints about the cleanliness of the community or the staff members. There are a few ladies that have been super helpful towards him with memory care stuff. However, they just hired on a new chef so the meals and dining service is rated a little lot. Our loved one says the meals have been getting better the last couple of weeks, but the service is pretty slow. It takes almost 2 hours to get dinner because they just don't have enough staffing. We also think the cost is a little high for what they are providing. It says the meals are all provided but there are certain drinks our loved one has to buy, and the ice cream machine hasn't been working.

The staff is very friendly and the community is very nice and in good shape. the could offer a better variety of activities. I would recommend this community to others. The communication could be better

I really very much enjoy visiting with the hall mates, and the other tenants can be very friendly, i have grown pretty close to some of them. They could improve on the meal service, the food can be really greasy and there is just to many starches. However, it still is a good place.

I chose Chesterfield Heights because when I walked in I liked it, it had a good feel about it. Since covid hit we have been in lock down and the food has been sub-par. They have all sizes of apartments and floor plans. Everybody has a balcony or patio so that has been nice. Their response time has been good, if you ask them things they will answer quickly.

My advice for anyone looking is to review the guidelines for COVID. Management is not following theses guidelines and are not wearing masks like they should be.

The community recently has had a lot of mice. There has been a turnover with management. The food has been sub par. The maintenance man has been nice. The prior manager was very nice. There have had some items like cabbage and beef, and they ran out of cabbage. My family has been able to eat with my loved one and the food didn't taste very well. Nice place and apartments. They clean the cars in the winter, and the dining room is beautiful. The activity director has been great and my loved one really likes it. They have a good housecleaning service that comes in and cleans. The setup is nice in the unit. The shower you can walk in and there is no step up. If the food was improved, my score for this community would go up.

My 92 year old Mother has been at Parkrose Chateau since July of 2015. In that time we've seen a lot of change. From locally owned to now owned by an investment group in Florida. More rollover in management, housekeeping staff and especially Chefs since the change of ownership. Things seem to have stabilized now just in time for Covid-19. Parkrose is one of the more reasonably priced communities in the tri-county area. I pray there is no rollover in the current managing staff, housekeepers or chefs for a long time to come. This outstanding group of people have kept the community entirely Covid-19 free since the pandemic began through strict adherence to health guidelines, cleanliness, and adopting new computer technology. As my Mom's caregiver I can't emphasize enough how hard they have ALL worked to make my life and that of the residents as pleasant and interesting as possible for people self-isolating in their rooms with no visitors or trips outside the building allowed.

The facility itself is lovely. It's light, bright, airy, inviting, has room to breath, elevates mood, and there is no unpleasant odor. I feel cleanliness is an area for improvement. The commons areas, and especially the hallways, need more attention. When we first moved my loved one in, there were two staff teams. The main team was absolutely phenomenal. They were dynamic, had energy, motivated the residents, and paid close attention to everybody there. Shortly there after, there was a staff turnover and the new team falls short of what the lead team provided. I feel the new team is questionable. The food is standard in quality. There isn't enough food and they often run out of it which is just unacceptable.
