Great facility with lots of great activities and their own movie theater (a wonderful surprise). The staff was friendly and warm toward us and the residents. They do not have a window in which they serve meals which is why we only gave them four stars. A little too regimented for us but we understand the concept they are aiming for which is meals are socialization.

My family has been more than pleased overall with Jordan Oaks. Kim and Steve Clardy the managers and Shelia, the activities director are really the basis for it. We love moms apartment and have grown fond of the other residents. The food is exceptable. I would not rate it more than average. I feel there should be more fruits and vegatables offered. But, it is always hot and the serving staff are all very friendly. I would recommend it to others. Infact I found out after she moved in that I have 2 friends who have loved ones there also.

The food was very hit and miss , One day it was good one day it was bad.

My mother has only been there a week, but so far, we are very happy with the Parkrose. Everyone is very nice and the food is good. My mother is a bit disappointed in the activities, but I think it will get better as she makes more friends. So far, so good.

I really do not have any complaints about the Desert Springs facility. My loved one is staying there now and I think it is just an amazing place and I am glad that we were able to find it and put her there.

So far it seems to be fine. It's a big adjustment. They got everything we asked for in the room, together and done, before they moved in. The food seems to be pretty good, but they could use a little more variety. They have activities and entertainment should they decide they want to go. So far it's been okay, no major complaints, or concerns.

It's been a rough adjustment, but we haven't had any complaints about the community. The staff is friendly, and it's kept up pretty well. The food seems to be okay, and we haven't had any billing issues. It's not home, but it's not a bad place.

Only 3 wks and still find it very nice, lots of good people.

I have not spent that much time at Pioneer Ridge. My Mother has moved in and everything is fine, but we have not been there long. She does seemed to be pleased so far with where she is living and has made no complaints.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

The sales people we dealt with were very helpful. The managers were helpful too. It would be nicer to have a little more of a personal experience, like them checking in on the residents. Other than that it has been good.

I cant say anything bad about Colonial Harbor. The only thing that could be improved is good security cameras on the doors for the residents. The facility is safe but I would like to see a little more security measures taken. I like this facility. It has been a good experience.

Its working out at Ashwood Meadows. Mother did have stuff taken from her apartment and we are trying to get that resolved. The facility is newly opened and they really weren't ready. I think that had something to do wit her things being taken. Other than that I am pleased with the people there.

Overall it has been a good experience at Parkrose Chateau. The owner was rude to the residents when I was visiting one time. I am not sure if he was used to talking to them that way. I did mention it and he did apologize for it. It is resolved now. Other than that things have been good.

What I like about Sterling Heights is the way they plan the meals there. The manager lives at the facility. Him and his wife have question and answer sessions and trivia to keep the residents engaged. I also like that everyone eats together. It's really good for interaction. The only downfall of them all eating together is the duration of the meals gets pretty long. Some residents do have to wait a little while to get their food because the staff have to distribute it out to all of the residents. They have decks that you can go sit out on there. It is a really nice facility.

We toured here when we were looking for options. It was nice, and we liked it. This was going to be our first choice until our location changed. This was no longer the area we were looking in. It's a very nice place though.

Olympus Ranch is a very friendly and cheerful place to live. The food is pretty good. It could be better, but it could be worse. As far as places like this go, the food is pretty good. I'm very happy here and would recommend it.

The staff at Colonial Harbor are very friendly and very welcoming, it is like a community there. I do not have anything to say on what they could do better. My experience with them has not been for very long.

I like 3 cooked meals daily, weekly housekeeping, sheets, towels and laundering of them provided. Tp provided and can be provided a sandwich night before for days I go adaptive skiing in Santa Fe on the Palo Duro senior center van. I don't like that there's no stove/oven in units or that their van does not have a lift. However, I did verify that if I go on Walmart shopping trips, driver can bring electric scooter to van for my use. I was also advised that some other residents are working on getting the facility to provide a lift van. I like the chair yoga, brain games, and exercise equipment available, as well as musical entertainment and afternoon movies.

Really great management. Not many activities for the ones who can't see or hear very well. Wish their was more outreach to that population to get them involved so they don't feel like there's nothing to do and just sit in their room.
