The tour went beautifully. Danielle was very welcoming and gave us a lot of good information. She talked directly to my mother, which always impresses me as so many administrative people talk to me as though Mom isn't present. The facility was very clean and home-like. The rooms were very warm and reflected each resident's personal taste. The dining room was arranged in such a way that the residents could interact easily with others and the tables were small, seating 4 people at each, which lends itself to good conversation. The hallways were easily navigable. I found no negatives while on tour, and Mom liked it very much and feels she would be very happy there.

We were impressed with the facility and think this might be a good option. We liked the layout of the studio apt. and the warm feeling we got when touring.

Our mom moved to Forestview Manor a year ago. She is lovingly cared for in the memory unit. Facilities are clean and cheerful and the staff are wonderful. Two-way communication with care and medical staff is excellent. We are grateful that our mom is living a quite and peaceful live at Forestview Manor.

My mother has been at Forestview Manor now for 2 1/2 years. She's been in each of the 3 different Manors, which are more like nice private homes than large buildings. Each Manor is tailored specifically to meet the changing physical and mental needs of the residents with dementia. My mother calls her room a "penthouse" and believes that she is living in grand accommodations. The staff at Forestview did a great job with each move to decorate my mother's room in a way to make her feel comfortable, with lots of nice personal touches. Everyone at Forestview Manor has been fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend it to anyone wondering where the best place is to go for assisted living care for their loved one. We looked at a bunch of places within a 60 mile radius, and none of them were comparable to Forestview Manor in our opinion. Top marks!

One of the first thing I looked at while touring facilities is the cleanliness and lack of odors. This includes the staff and residents. Forest View is clean and the residents living there always look well cared for. The pricing is always a shock but I will say Forest View is 1/2 price of other facilities. The staff have been extremely helpful and provide updates daily to assist with the turmoil of admitting family. Nursing came and met parents prior to moving in and they also came and picked them and belongings up for move in to decrease the stress. This was very helpful. Thank you to the team at Forestview for your care and support.

My loved one has only been here a few weeks but so far our experience with Brookdale Mountain Laurel has been a very good one! The staff here is wonderful, they're just really nice people! They've been incredibly accommodating, and they get right on top of any request or suggestions you make! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they take great care of the people who live here! It is very expensive, however.

I am very pleased, and I feel very comfortable having my mom live at forest view. Great staff and the best thing she is happy!!!!!!

staff was friendly on my tour. Guests were delightful and engaging that I spoke with .Tour director knowledgeable .Also, I was sent periodic mailings about meetings/seminars in the area, not annoying sales pitch calls from sales director. These mailings were very helpful since I still learning about assisted living. I saw a few minor repairs that needed to be done. Activities director was a love.

They are great! They really know how to deal with memory care problems. I think that is their number one skill. They are very helpful at making it a very smooth transition. It's been a very good experience and I would highly recommend Monarch Homes of Woburn.

Things have gone well here so far! We're very pleased with the service, I'd give them high marks across the board. My loved one requires some extra attention, and they've been more than happy to work with us to accommodate her. They're open to suggestions, and always willing to bend over backwards to help.

Great place! Staff helpful & caring. My Dad has been there a week and so far is quite happy.

My mother will be moving it to Monarch Homes of Weymouth this week. I found the building to be brilliantly laid out, with beautiful accommodations. The thoughtfulness in the design, and philosophy of care are what made us choose this place. We had lunch with the staff and were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding meal and service.

It is strictly a non acute facility - a facility to be used prior to full service nursing home. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I would give them a 4 ... it would be a five but there were some medication miscommunications at the end . If they were more organized with meds that would be great.

It was very nice and I think it worked out well for [name removed]. I think the nurse felt that [name removed] needed more assistance with medications than she expected she would but, all in all we were pleased.

For the most part, I'm satisfied with the care that my mother receives. The staff are involved, from the Executive Director to the CNAs. I see them on the floor often. They know all of residents and the residents know all of them. I gave my mom a birthday (93) celebration, not only did they offer the room but they prepared the area. They set up the table for the guests with table clothes and silverware and table flowers. It was beautiful. For the first time in probably 4 years, since my mom hasn't been able to take of herself, am I able to visit with her without being on duty. It's not as clean everyday as I would like it to be every day but they immediately fix the problem. They can't seem to keep a cleaning company but I'm there often so her room is pretty clean. The staff is fantastic. Upper management and staff. The CNAs are so caring and loving. The nursing staff are thorough. I feel that they are fully invested in the care and wellbeing of the residents. The maintenance men, the kitchen staff and chef are involved. The food is good. I've been invited to several activity events (a Tea) along with eating lunch with my mom sometimes. When I gave my mom her birthday party, they were in a meeting discussing her party that was to be held the next day. Her party was part of the agenda for the weekend. They have great activities coordinators. They have lots of fun with the residents. I love that they have their nails done weekly. It's a steep price but it includes everything. Meals, cleaning the suite, laundering clothes, medicine dispensing, PCP. It's seems to be cheaper than other facilities and it has, to me, a few more perks. The price has gone up several hundred dollars since July this year.

Kind, caring, respectful, responsible, reasonable, and yes I would recommend to others.
