The only thing is the food not great. I think they are in between chefs. When we arrived they gave us a sample and it was wonderful. There is plenty of parking every time we’ve gone. It’s clean and the staff is friendly.

I had a good experience with them, they have been so helpful and they go beyond what I had expected. They were one of the least expensive that I had found. Her apartment is kept clean. There are activities on a daily basis. I've eaten the food and it was very good. I don't really have any complaints, all of our needs are being met. I liked the staff and Cindy was very good about explaining things to me and she worked with me and kept in contact with me. Also their nursing staff was very good. They are very attentive.

Redstone has been the perfect fit for our family member so far. With such a personal and emotional decision making process, we were able to find that we were comfortable here and that our family member would be well taken care of. All of their services have been wonderful, and the staff has been very helpful. The food has been great: there is a wide variety, and they pay close attention to all of the wants and needs of the residents. There are also many activities to choose from, always something to do. Definitely consider Redstone!

They have almost everything. They have physical therapists who come in. The room has gigantic windows that look out on something beautiful. This was so important to us. It’s like her own place, just smaller. The price really impressed me. Everything’s included except for phone. The people in my mother’s section are all about on the same level. She’s improved so much since she’s been there, regaining abilities and interest. We’re pretty pleased over all. My mother has never been someone who does a lot of activities. They come to get her for activities like movies at 7:30 or bingo.

The staff at Southland Suites is wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure that my mom was happy and secure in her new home. That includes picking us up at the airport in the middle of the night with a wheelchair van . I cannot say enough good things about them. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, welcoming and really makes sure you have everything you need or want.

It was wonderful. Their response time has been immediate. The food was ok. They were very friendly and very clean. They took good care of my loved one. The staff was awesome, they called and checked on me. To anyone bringing a parent I would say, it's hard probably one of the hardest things you are ever going to do. I would start with the respite first, and give them some time see how they feel give them a chance to ease into it, and see if they like the environment and the people. I liked that there was a warm feeling, and the rooms themselves were warm and welcoming.

This place was everything we wanted. It was a hundred times better than the place he was before. They were wonderful and so helpful. They kept us updated daily on our loved one's condition. There were no issues with them at all. They were very quick to get us in there too. We were on a time crunch, and they got everything squared away right away.

Immaculate, fantastic experienced staff, both mother & father-in-law can stay in same room, kitchen in room, great batthrooms in room 10.5 out of 10.0. The best place Ive seen so far. Erika is extremely thorough and professional. I opted to see this place and not Clare Bridge for this appeared to be more suitable for both in laws.

We've been extremely pleased with all of the services and activities they provide here. But what really makes them stand out is the feeling that everyone who works here, from the director, to the dining staff, to the caregivers, all really seem to like their jobs. They are loving, friendly, and wonderful to both the residents and their families. It's a great feeling knowing your loved one is in such caring hands!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! We are very pleased with the care she's getting. I wish they had SN so she could stay there forever! She's really happy there, and has adjusted well. There are no odors or smells, and the staff is on top of everything, which really impressed me. Also, the nurses and social workers are extremely helpful! Everyone has owned up to their promises, and I appreciate that. There's also an in-house doctor for anyone that needs it. I feel like we get more for our money here, than we would anywhere else. I would recommend this to anyone who is searching!

They do an excellent job here, I'd give them 5s across the board! The staff are very friendly and caring, and they do a great job of dealing with my loved one. She can be very demanding when it comes to attention and time, but they always deal with her with patience and compassion. It's a nice looking place, and it is always very clean.

While my mother has only been at Chambrel a few days, she is feeling very welcome. She chose Chambrel because she really liked the one-bedroom apt. She was able to take the furniture from home that she wanted and has said several times that it feels less foreign with all her comfortable possessions around her. I had dinner with her one night, and we both enjoyed all the food. Our waitress was very cheerful and welcoming. Joyce Smith, a resident ambassador for Chambrel, has been so kind to my mother by eating with her and introducing her to other residents. My mother was also asked by another resident to accompany her on an outing where she helped local elementary students in their reading. It was not my mother's choice to give up living in her home, but my brothers and I knew her quality of life would be much better at Chambrel. After only a few days, I think she is also realizing this. Thank you, Chambrel. We are so grateful for your loving care.

My sister and I stopped by here also. It was a wonderful place, planned activities, people were in the craft room or walking around they looked happy. The staff plans trips to the mall and shopping, once a week they go to dinner if they chose to, just a nice place to be. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. However at this time my Mom can not afford it.

It was very nice, my mother is not there any more, but she liked it. The food was good! The building was very nice. There were activities available, but I don't believe that she did any of the activities, but that was her choice.

My husband and I find Lighting Living the very best. These people really are care-givers. They really care and take great care of your person there; in my case, my brother. Active, alive, moving, watching, fixing, doing laundry, giving meds, entertaining and making sure they come to activities are among the many qualities we find. Professional and efficient with warmth - that is a quality place. Thanks for asking.

Shes only been there for a little while, we had seen some spots on her rug and everything and we came in there with some rug cleaner to get it up, other than that it was pretty clean, it was kind of scummy in the toilet there too. i think that they could let us know whats going on with her more, i have to actually ask, with a dementia patient, theres not too much going on but our family would like to know whats going on with her, to keep us updated on her status and everything because you always have to go ask. We can only get over there at night so i don't think that the night staff is very familiar with her. we usually get over there every other weekend so we try to keep her little refridgerator filled with juices and snacks. They're taking excellent care of her and I'm glad i went down there and they had a room available.

The warmth and caring of staff allowed me to leave her without worry she would be well cared for. Not only is she receiving superior care, but the staff provides love and support for me as I must get acquainted with a new person developing Alzheimers. I can not say enough good about the facility, the staff and the variety of activities availble for mom every day.

Loved it and have this under strong consideration.

The Staff at Pennington Place are wonderful and have really assisted Mom in her transfer to her new community. Mom broke her hip last year and we moved her in with us. Something necessary at the time but not recommended. After her full recovery we started looking for somewhere she would feel more independent and also have her "Own Place." Stephanie really leaned forward in helping us to transition Mom to her new surroundings and get her feeling at home. Pennington offers a community that has people her own age and allows her to participate in programs meeting new friends. This is something that was missing in her living with us. She has the feeling of Independence, and I have the comfort level I need, knowing they keep an eye on her and let me know if concerns develop. Everyone there is wonderful and her special needs are being met.
