Facility was bright and cheery. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Facility looked great and SMELLED good. Rooms were spacious.

Your choice of activities here is a lot. When i come visit here i often see the residents playing and doing things. They always seem like they have something to do.

My brother has been here for about a month and he has no complaints. He loves the food, the staff and the other residents here. He says that he likes walking the grounds which are beautiful and well maintained. Overall, my family and I are happy with Brookdale.

I would like to see at this assisted living facility that they would take the time to round the residents up to join the activities instead of posting and leaving it to their discretion to attend. They should more involved with rounding them up to participate. Overall I am very satisfied

My parents are very happy at the Brookdale Island Lake! Ultimately decided on this place because it felt more friendly the other places we visited. very inviting. It is very expensive, for the services provided. But it is a good feeling to know my parents are not alone the staff is there to help if needed as well as the community. I would recommend this facility I think it is perfect for my parents with a very cozy feeling. Very lovely inside the maintenance on-site is great.

It has been a really helpful experience. The staff is extremely courteous to us. So far I have not had any complaints with Lighthouse Senior Living, nothing I can think of from the top of my head anyways.

Really helpful, friendly people helped me place my mother from out of state into a lovely, caring community. The staff answered most of my questions and helped with the transition of quickly moving my mother into assisted living. My mother loves her room and the friendliness of the staff. She raves about the food and loves the caring chief! I know she is being well cared for and her state of mind is much more positive. Brookdale has made my job much easier and has relieved me of any guilt or stress in relocating my aging mother.

Things are going great so far at Brookdale Island Lake, my loved ones really seem to enjoy it here. It is a nice looking, well kept, clean community, and the staff are all very friendly. We're completely satisfied!

We are entirely satisfied by the service at Brookdale Tuskawilla! The care is perfect, the staff is friendly and professional, and everything they provide is top notch. Even the food is good! I would give them five stars across the board, and recommend them highly!

My husband is in the memory care facility. He is getting very well taking care and couldnt be happier. They really care about their patients and understanding. I dont know to much on there activities just yet but sure there not to bad .

They are doing an excellent job. She is very happy, she has turned into a social butterfly. The food is very good, I have eaten with her and the food is excellent. The staff is excellent, I can call anytime and speak to someone. They were the most cooperative when asking questions and trying to get things set up. It's always clean, all you smell is the fireplace going when you first walk in. I have and would, recommend them highly!

When I visited this community, I just toured the senior living area. The assisted Living area was actually at a different location. I did not have enough time to visit when I was there, which made it hard to ask all the questions that I had. It was a nice community though. It was a very nice place and very clean. The apartments were nice and spacious. The only bad thing was when my sister went and toured after I went, there were a lot of hidden fees that came out. I was not aware of some fees. Overall, it was a nice visit.

the community was great.... we live in Mt. Juliet so it is too far to drive to visit and see our Dad.....the only draw back I could see was actually sharing a bathroom with another room. I wouldn't like that for myself so I didn't think our Dad would feel comfortable with it. I loved the staff they sure worked hard to make you feel at home....

I took the tour and decided Chambrel was much better suited for my dad compared to 4 other communities I had visited.

They are great. There are a lot of additional fees. You pay more for the bottom floor than the top floor. It's been very nice for her. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

The staff is very friendly. They keep it very clean, and they are just amazing, right on top things. They have plenty of things going on, and they take them on outings and sometimes just for a drive. She loves the food. She was so happy from the first night she was there.

Beautiful facility but my loved one is beyond the assistance level of this particular place.

very nice atmosphere. nice marketing person. would have been my first choice, not necessarily my mother's however

It's a wonderful place. They do a great job, and we like them a lot. Everything is good, we are happy.
