They have been very responsive to moms requests to fix things in the apartment, as there were a lot of things wrong when she initially moved in. Mom has only been in there about a month, so the jury is still out, but so far it has been a positive experience.

Other than a few issues which have popped up recently things have been great overall! My parents absolutely love it here, they really enjoy how busy and active the community is! There are so many activities sometimes they leave their apartment in the morning and don't return until the evening. They say it is like a cruise ship! However, they have recently had a lot of turnover in their kitchen staff, and both the quality of the food and the dining service have suffered for it. I'm hoping the decline in dining quality is temporary, because otherwise this place is great!

The day before moving in and the actual move in day were filled with last minute paperwork that I needed to send them by fax and seemingly being not quite prepared for my father's arrival, even though they had set the date and time for us to move in. Care, however, has been excellent. The staff has helped Dad transition easily and are extremely attentive and caring.

My mother has lived here for a few years. The overall experience here has been overwhelming. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring to all the residents and visitors. The dining hall here goes beyond anything we ever expected. From the fantastic homemade soups they make each day, to the many choices for each meal to the homemade desserts served daily, it's hard for the residents not to gain weight. The number of activities held daily/weekly are to numerous to list. Their is always something to attend. Plus a movie theatre where great movies are shown daily. The Halloween party is over the top! This is listed and advertised as an independent living facility but the care given to residents goes far beyond any facility I have ever seen! I have slept so much better at night since my mother started living here knowing she is safe and well cared for. My husband and I look forward to the day we can move in.

We recently moved our mother into Brookdale/The Seasons of Northbrook and couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. First, the facility is beautiful and inviting. The environment is just like being at home (only better) and it was clear all the residents we encountered were very happy there. The entire staff, starting with Sales Counselor, Jeff Altschul, is professional, caring and attentive beyond expectations. This is a top notch senior living community that anyone would be proud to call their home.

I do not know how I will rate this after I have been there a few months. The movers are here today to move me in. All I know is that The Churchill is very expensive. It better be great.

Camelia seemed to be the best choice for me. Its nearer to my son and as affordable as any I was able to find. They have a lot to offer.

We like the place, we haven't really moved all of our stuff in yet. It is very nice. They are a good size.

I toured several different assisted and independent living facilities before recommending this one to my mother based on the main factors of location, price, cleanliness and dining. After touring this and one other facility, she agreed with my recommendation. Shortly after move-in she began to need personal care due to a change in her health and she very much likes the services she receives from the ComforCare personnel (at additional cost). The Town Village and ComforCare personnel are very personable (and observant - they will notify you if they see a change in your loved one's behaviors in case you might not be aware). Mom participates in some of the activities provided by the Town Village staff and also utilizes the services of the on-site hair salon. My experience is that all maintenance requests are performed promptly. They seem to run a pretty "tight ship" and I feel that my mom is in a very safe environment.

It's not perfect but it's really good. We're pleased with it. My dad has meals and I think they're very good. In fact, I'm going there for dinner tonight. I think the activities are good. My dad hasn't participated in a lot but they're good. They have several exercise classes and he enjoys the social things and playing bingo. The housekeeping has been very good. Any time there is something that needs repairing they are very prompt. It's a very friendly place and everyone is really happy to be there. He's doing as well as anywhere. The only negative, and it's not really a negative, is I think they could do a little better with assigning someone to new people to show them around. I'm very pleased. We're really glad he was able to move in there. I can't think of another place that would be as good for him. It's working out well.

The two deciding factors for choosing Sterling House was the price and the fact that it is a smaller establishment. We did not want a large facility. The room they showed me was perfect for my loved one, close to the restaurant and activities. I looked at one other facility before choosing Sterling House.

[name removed] was exceptionally nice. I enjoyed meet with him. The facility was nice. But I think that it would be a bit much for my sister. I am looking for something smaller.

The staff and quality of care is great. The food is really great and my sister has met some people and become friends. What I didn't like was the cost of having facility assistance to insure my sister was taking her meds. $500 per month to insure she takes her 2 pills in the morning and a couple more in the evening seems like overcharge. So instead my nephew and niece (her children) must go there daily to make sure as my sister is on a very fixed income and we are trying to stretch her dollars as much as possible. The rooms are great, kept clean and I have no complaints on that end.

It is a wonderful place. I think it's to big or short staffed to properly care for all patients. I would highly recommend Palm Bay.

The Camillia is bright, clean and really beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright. It is only about 15 years old, so looks newer and brighter than other places we have toured. Great location, close to shopping and other restaurants when you want to go off-campus. [name removed], who gave us the tour, is a fabulously bright, happy person and just a joy to be around. The only downside was the food. We had lunch at the facility, and maybe it was an off day or could have been what we ordered, but it didn’t taste like Chef prepared foods that are available other places. It wasn’t terrible, just average, but could be improved. Service though was excellent. Overall would give it a 4.5 out of 5.

I have been a resident at The Hallmark for nearly a year and was asked to share my overall impression of the community and staff. The common areas are in good shape—clean and well maintained—though somewhat worn. With the arrival of the new management company, many of us are looking forward to future upgrades and redesigns of these spaces. There are plenty of activities available for those who are interested, ranging from daily movies to book clubs. It’s easy to stay busy and engaged, and participation also provides great opportunities to meet many fellow residents. The greatest strength of The Hallmark is its professional staff. From department heads to the maintenance team, everyone is consistently friendly and eager to provide any assistance you may need. Because of these and many other factors, I am very happy with my decision to become a resident of The Hallmark.

Nice tour. Provides care at all levels. Staff was caring and attentive. Location was convenient to my home.

Facility is nice a little gloomy on the bottom level not a lot of light in there. They seem to have more people that are mobile and speaking. Not sure if the food is any better Prices start at[Amount Removed] per month because they have a rn on duty Not sure unless you are in need of advanced care if it is worth the extra money I was shown through the facility by an office person Not a true tour rooms are very small did not see a lot of nursing staff there to know how many staff per person

When I first arrived I did want to be here BUT after I got used to my new environment I was happy to be here. I could not have lived at home alone and I enjoy the activities and social engagement. I’m glad I stayed in Pahrump at Inspirations.

Although I’m going back home it has been a really good experience here at Inspirations. I never thought I would be in a place like this and enjoying it. But I’m doing much better and want to go back to my house. I can tell you if I need this place in the future I would definitely come back.
