I moved her cause I wanted to. I love the activities and the residents and staff are nice and helpful. I went to 5 other building before choosing Acacia Springs. I am very happy here.

Upon speaking with Prestige Assisted Living's Sales Director [name removed] I was immediately encouraged to find out more about Prestige . Mom and I were invited down to the facility for lunch to get a feel for the people there and the atmosphere. Mom had a friend take her but reported back that her lunch was nice and that she liked the place. When I was able to travel down from Phoenix and join Mom in another lunch at Prestige and look at different sized rooms, I was impressed and encouraged to get Mom into the home as quickly as I could. Some small issues that needed to be talked through took a few weeks to clear up and Prestige kept her room she picked out on hold with a small deposit. Its been two months now and Mom hasn't said anything negative about being there which is a statement in itself. Has her hair done every Thursday which means everything to her.

My parents moved in the month the Shorehaven property changed hands. Initially there were glitches but in a very short period of time it was transparent. The new staff is helpful, considerate, and generally wonderful. Transition to assisted living is not easy but Shorehaven made it a pleasure.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately we only got to use their facility for two weeks before the resident passed.

We wanted a place that mom could feel at home and we have found it! The staff at Celebration is very caring and friendly. The facility is beautiful and all the residents seem happy and the food is excellent with many choices. Thanks to [name removed] and the entire team! There is a reason they were rated the top facility in North Atlanta. Congratulations!

My apartment is very comfortable, the food is great and the staff is wonderful. They all are very friendly and caring. I figure myself very lucky to find new friends and very busy with things I enjoy doing.

I have nothing but good words about this place! My parents have chosen this place after just seeing it once. They are extremely happy after leaving there for 3 month. I visit them twice a week at least and can’t say enough about it, had lunch a few times already and food is great! It’s very clean and it had been renovated!

Fantastic facility that impressed me from the start. The warm and inviting lobby, knowledgable staff, delicious food and very friendly staff sets them apparent from the others. After talking to the residents, they confirmed that this is a great place and they enjoy living at the Country Club.

Brookdale Peoria is a top notch facility! The staff is friendly, loving & professional, I am so grateful to everyone that took such great care of my Dad while he was there. You guys became part of his family & we are so grateful. He loves each and everyone of you, and I do too.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mom. It’s a very nice, big, facility. I liked it a lot but my Mom didn’t like it as much, though it looked fine to me. The person that gave us the tour was able to answer any questions we had and they really seemed knowledgeable about the type of care that she would need. Ultimately, my Mom just preferred to move somewhere else but this place was very nice.

The staff seems to be doing okay with taking care of my Husband and I believe they are knowledgeable about the type of care that he needs. He’s told me he doesn’t like the food but it’s at least well balanced and nutritious. They have a few different activities to do like musical events, bingo, and outdoor excursions like scenic drives. They seem to be keeping on top of everything cleanliness wise. It isn’t like home, but it’s been pretty okay.

So far, things seem to be good here. It’s the little things sometimes that are the needle in the haystack. My mom doesn’t seem to be getting hot water and sometimes she’ll have to run the water for 10 minutes at a time just to warm it up. However, the staff has been wonderful, especially [Removed], she’s the director of personalized services. On a general basis, mom is tickled with the food. They have a big variety of food and it’s not always the same thing every day, or even every week. The facility is kept clean and housekeeping comes by once a week to clean the apartment or change her bed. They provide all kinds of activities like physical therapy, bingo, cards, and they really just have a large variety. The facility is a little bit older and it shows some age, but other than that it’s well kept, clean, and it’s like a country club for lunch and dinner. They have tablecloths and waiters and it just makes you feel like you’re a person. One of the reasons that I chose this place for her was because she could start off in independent living and could go from there throughout her life and the price started out pretty low. I would recommend them.

Acacia has been an excellent experience so far. My mother has lived here for a little over two weeks, and she is really appreciating how much space she has in her room. She has three closets, which was very important to her. The staff is very accommodating, and they’ve been excellent with us throughout the entre process. The quality of the facility itself seems very good. It’s clean, the food is fine overall, and they have a robust activity schedule to keep the residents stimulated. I would definitely recommend Acacia to others.

I was able to stay here for 2 days to see if this was a good fit for me or not. The community was clean and the food was good. The staff was nice and everything well maintained on the grounds. But after staying I just decided it wasn't a good fit the residents there just needed more care. And I'm very independent and didn't need as much assistance. It was a very lovely community.

We have just recently moved into Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care. We have one that is in the assisted living side and one who is living in the memory care side. So far it has been a good move for our loved ones as they are still settling in and adjusting to the schedules of how things are run. It is a very new facility. They also are adjusting how to run everything smoothly. It is a very clean and beautiful community. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We can just pop in and talk to the management about any questions or concerns, and they respond quickly. They offer a lot of activities. The staff encourages the residents to participate. The meals they serve look good and seem to offer a well-balanced variety. I would like to suggest to start meal times a little earlier for the early risers. We looked at a lot of communities, and so far we are very pleased with our choice.

Everything is working out well for my aunt, and uncle since their move to this community. They are pleased with their move, and I know they are in a good facility overall. When I go to visit the staff is kind, and have been helpful whenever needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. It has been a good experience for my love ones in this community, and I would recommend it.

So far, it's all good. The person that I care for seems to have adjusted well. The staff is great and really seem to care about the patients.

The staff seems remarkably attentive when I visit. We have good communication with them. Dad takes part in some of the activities and outings they offer. The food sounds good and dad seems to like it. The community is clean and well taken care of. They have a large outside area with a gazebo and areas to gulf. They take walks outside and I would recommend this community.

We were very pleased to have found Sedgwick Plaza for our brother [Removed], The facility is very attractive and [Removed], the Director of Marketing, worked very hard to make it feasible for [Removed] to move in. His studio apartment is attractive and just fine for a single man....the meals are fantastic! Many of the residents, particularly the ones on his floor, came to greet him and offer their help. Now if we could just get him to participate in the many activities, everything would be perfect! But it's still the first week....

I looked at two facilities. I chose Inspired Living . [Removed] kept me informed and gave me a lot of support during the process of moving my friend. Everyone at Inspired and most importantly the Director,[Removed], has been very nice and helpful with any concerns I had. I was very impressed with the patient tracking system and with the large courtyard (My friend likes the outdoors)
