We moved my grandfather into this wonderful community. The whole family was able to participate in a virtual tour. All our questions were answered as a family. My grandfather is very happy the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My family is highly impressed with the cleanliness of the building.

During the pandemic, I feel that I couldn't live in any better, safer place than Brookdale Lake Shore Drive (Chicago). It's extraordinary how management rose to the task and put into place procedures and policies that protected its populations, either assisted living or independent residents. We went into an effective lockdown, with members of management and floor captains actually living in the facility to serve us. Few people were allowed in the building. Food was brought to our doors. Most importantly, management constantly communicated with residents, letting them know when residents were being isolated because of the virus and any relevant news. Zoom classes and activities through some continuity to life. Now some restrictions are being lifted slowly, according to expert advice and consultations.

Following my husband's placement in Prestige, I am very pleased that he has adjusted well and is happy in the home

I would highly recommend this community to friends. The room my loved one is in and doesn't have a balcony, but they have them available. The food is ok according to my loved one. The activities included trips, entertainment come in to the community, the family would be invited to some of the events. My loved one joined a club called the Manhattan Club. My loved one wishes he would have gone there sooner.

We chose Portside at Grande Dunes because of the quality of the facility. It was brand new, it had a very bright feeling, it almost felt like you were on a cruise ship. The room sizes were very generous, my father in law had a one bedroom apartment that was very nice. It would be a spectacular apartment for anybody, let alone assisted living residents. I ate here many times and the food was amazing, they serve is restaurant style. The entire staff is so loving and kind and they were so wonderful to him. So attentive and caring from the house keepers on up. I would and have recommended this facility.

My experience at Inspirations has been very good. The caregivers are very caring and knowledgable. The food is always good. I appreciate all the hard work from everyone here always making sure we are all happy and healthy. Inspirations Senior Living meets all of my needs.

I am relatively new to Inspirations. I've only been here about 4 months. The staff is friendly and treats everyone with true compassion just as if you were family. They seem to work long hours but achieve a common goal, to make this more like home. This has been a very trying time for everyone. COVID has changed lives. It is reassuring that the staff has our best interest in mind. They work together to make our lives worthwhile and happy.

Inspirations Senior Living is a good place to be. I have never had a problem w/ the staff and everyone is so nice and attentive. A lot of good friends here. I am very happy to be here.

Great place, great staff.

This is a very lovely community, the building is gorgeous. When you walk in the entrance it has great big ceilings, three stories tall. You can sit outside the entry way on comfy seats and outdoor furniture. It is covered so you can sit outside even when it rains. The house keeping is good, they keep everything very clean. The care services are excellent ad the food they service is good. We have a good chef he makes the food look very attractive and appetizing. Because of COVID they are now allowing the residents to eat in the dining room, however its for only one meal a day and one resident per table. Portside community has monthly calendars listing the activties they are offering. There is bingo, and fitness classes you can take twice a day. There is a pool, and a movie theater. We can even tie-dye different items of clothing! This is a very lovely place.

My father has been a resident 3-4 years. As his health and memory status has declined we are grateful for the care and concern the staff at Inspirations provide for him. Especially in the time of COVID-19 pandemic, we truly appreciate the extra steps they are taking to ensure his safety and the communication they provide.

We were so fortunate to find this place in our little town my father in law suffered from Dementia and Alzheimer's disease and they had a wing that catered to their special needs. Everyone was always so nice and were ready to answer our questions regarding his care. The care he got was top notch and so were his caregivers. They administered his medications at the appropriate times. I would recommend Inspirations to anyone in need of their services.

The care staff at Inspirations is fantastic. A bunch of hard workers. They always respond quickly to my needs. My favorite part about living here is the dining room. Because of COVID virus, they had to shut down our dining room. But during that time Inspirations was taken advantage of the shutdown and completely remodeled the dining room w/a brand new restaurant-style dining w/a wide variety of wonderful meal selections. Inspirations has the best liver and onions in town.

Living here at Inspirations has been the best choice for me. Being here I receive the care I need but am still very much independent. The line staff really takes the time to listen to me and is always respectful and very kind. The activities are fun and we often go on scenic drives around town. I also enjoy happy hour. The cooks are fantastic and do their very best to accommodate every resident's nutritional needs. They prepare exceptional meals that taste like a home-cooked meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

My mother is a resident here. The staff are doing their best to help the residents especially with COVID-19 present in NV. The staff are educating the residents about it and presenting safe measures. I feel confident that they will keep the residents and the staff safe. KEEP DOING A GREAT JOB!

I am currently a 3-year resident here at Inspirations Senior Living and absolutely love it here. I am very thankful to have found a very beautiful place to live in after my husband passed away.

I have been a resident here since 2017. All the staff here has been very very good to me. They have done their very best to accommodate me and my husband before he passed at the beginning of this year. I love it here.

Staff was great coordinating application process, moving in, and getting settled. The facility is neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly. My mother loves it!! Which makes life easy for the rest of the family. Would recommend to anyone looking at a care facility.
