I currently reside at the Atrium of Belleville. I am a disable veteran and reviewed and spoke with other communities such as the Atrium in the St. Louis Missouri area and the Metro East Illinois area. This community is head and shoulders above all others I reviewed. The staff here is amazing, I never see them take breaks or stop working from when they arrive to when they depart. They ensure the entire community and all residents have a wonderful day each day. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The Atrium is much like a very nice hotel for the following reasons: 1) Beautifully appointed dining room where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served by wonderful waiters and waitresses. 2) Food is plentiful and delicious. 3) If you desire to stay in your room, you can call the concierge and order room service. 4) Housekeeping for all rooms weekly, where all areas are wiped down and disinfected, vacuum all rooms. 5) Laundry services. 6) Medication reminders. 7) Wellness checks. 8) Chauffeured to medical appointments and the store or wherever you desire to go. 9) Entertainment and activities, for example bingo, movie day, chair exercises and many other items too numerous to mention. The most striking item is the cost you get all the aforementioned and all utilities, water, trash pickup for a below competitive cost. It is a life changing experience at the Atrium. I strongly suggest you contact them for a tour and discussion they will tailor a plan for your lifestyle.

The Willows community is very clean, the inside was very nice, however the landscaping could be a little better. The staff members were amazing, they really went above and beyond while taking care of our loved one. She had a great apartment, it was definitely worth out money. This community is great value, we had no complaints about the care services, they were great. The food would be about a four out of five, we thought it could be just a little bit better.
