I want to say thank you for the good care we, the residents of Brookdale Northbrook, are receiving. All of our needs are met, usually with a smile and a nice word. It makes us realize that if we were still living on our own, how different life would be. So again, thanks to the entire staff at Brookdale Northbrook.

Your staff has been so wonderful in all they are doing at this trying time. There is no problem with the delivery of meals. Your staff is respectful of everyone and that is greatly appreciated.

Great community living.

My family went on "A Place for Mom." I lived in Clevland, Ohio. I came on a weekend and toured the facility. When I saw this facility and knew when I walked in it felt like home! My family was thrilled. The staff is very caring. I feel safe. We have choices in activities. Movies, lectures, outings, etc. I have made many new friends. I have been here 2 and 1/2 years and the time has flown by. Come and join us!

My mother has been at Brookdale for over 6 years. From the very beggining my family felt the warmth and caring attitude of the Brookdale staff which made the transition for my mom and our family much easier. Through the years my mom made nice friends and participated in social events. We got to know many of the independent and assistant living residents - and many became life family to us. The management from the manager, the people at the desk, to the head nurse of assistant living are great. And with the Corona Virus, several of the resident's children told me how grateful they are for the staff although in isolation they feel the staff has done everything to make the residents feel safe. The communication has been great and under extensive circumstances, they're going above and beyone.

The great community our experience the past year has been wonderful. With the current threat of Covid-19. They have created an atmosphere of protection, while still focusing on nutrition, exercise and stimulation.

Our parents lived in this community together until our dad passed away a few months ago. It is a really wonderful community. It offers a safe environment, particularly if your loved one can live independently. Additionally, it provides a multitude of services and events for residents so there is certainly that choice for a resident to spend their time happily engaged. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and they worked tirelessly to ensure that the needs of our loved one is met. Our mom is truly so happy here... and that warms our heart!

I have been a resident for over three years. My husband passed away about seven months ago. Our life here together was a wonderful experience providing us with a life of friends, activities, and a diverse calendar of events. Now that I am alone, it has been life-saving to me in mind and spirit.

Fantastic community! Very professional!

The friendliness of both the staff, and the residents, is really more than we ever expected. An overall happiness from both the residents, and staff is everywhere. Parkrose Estates is an excellent example of what senior living should be. My father-in-law only likes a limited menu. He has broaden his horizons with your diversified menu. That is big accomplishment for a 97 year old. He looks forward to your meals, and generally is the first, or second to the dining room. He seems very happy. Happier than he has been since his wife passed. He has even gained some weight. His daughter, and myself are more at ease knowing someone is keeping an eye on him daily. While at the same time allowing him his independence. His independence is something he values very much!

My Mother has lived here for 5 years and absolutely loves her home. They just celebrated 10 years. The community still looks brand new and is always clean and smelling fresh. She enjoys the food and can eat anytime she chooses plus the drivers are great and take her wherever she needs to go. Strongly recommend trying their Sunday Brunch and Wednesday night Happy Hour. Mother loves the free drinks and live music every week. The staff is always super positive and high energy. It’s a happy place.

We loved this place and are sure Mom will too. This is the only facility that we visited that we can see her living in.

2 years ago- I toured the site the other day, and I have to say I was impressed. As a boy, I worked summers in a nursing home (quite large, about 200 residents), and I learned a little about it. I did not go into that field, but I can't unlearn what I learned. Some places I have seen are quite frightening when viewed from the lens of someone considering suggesting the place to a relative or friend. Not this place. The atmosphere was terrific, the place is clean, and the staff appeared to be friendly. I think the place is worth being on anybody's list.

The atmosphere at The Willows is extremely friendly and accepting. It has a truly home like feeling with staff that is always helpful, cheerful and kind. The key here is that every member of the staff constantly tries to think of new ways to provide even more comfort and enjoyment to the residents. One meal is served each day at noon. It is called lunch but it truly qualifies as a complete dinner and includes an excellent salad bar. The menu is varied with many wonderful choices. This is an independent living facility.

Collier Park is such an enjoyable place I was nervous at first to move my mother in law in, but it has been such a blessing. The staff is so friendly. We really feel like we are a part of the family!!!

This facility is amazing. They have gone out of their way to help us with placement and services. Food is good and served plenty. Grounds are very nicely kept. R they perfect? No one facility is! I would highly reccomend this facility to everyone.

A wonderful place. My loved one is very happy. She loves everything about the Blake. I have been very happy with the staff. [Names removed] made the move a great experience.
