The staff and residents are friendly and caring. The neighbors look out for each other. The inside is always tastefully decorated for the holidays. Nice activities are provided for those who participate.

Our Mother chose this beautiful place as her new home and we couldn't be more reassured that it was an excellent choice. The Executive and Staff across the board are high level caring, professional and exceptional people who have taken the utmost care of our Mother these last few years, notably during the pandemic. A remarkable Director and Staff at this place bring the flavor of this place to life, involving the families every step of the way. They are approachable, and absolutely professional in their attitudes toward the residents and their families. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

It is a nice community that is upscale and clean. The people are very friendly. The staff are good to work with, and responsive to questions. The food is really good.

Beautiful facility, wonderful people, peaceful location. Brand-new and modern - upscale coastal style - looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Too fancy for us. :)

It's really great for getting your elderly parents connected with other people who are potentially in the same situation they're in. So it's a chance to form a supportive group, rather than living alone. Especially here, the people reach out and are very social and very welcoming. So in that aspect, it's the perfect place for my mom. But the food quality is not great - I wish they would improve on that.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for the residents and they have lots of activities available for the residents. They gear the activities towards each resident and they even have field trips. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Sister place to The Residence of Whitehall. Reasonable price. New facility so everything is fresh and new. I saw two people I know in the facility. Food menu looks delicious. They will allow my two parakeets. Nice quiet area. They will ask if I can have a mini-washer in room I assume for extra charge plus I buy the machine. Otherwise I'll be hand- washing daily laundry in sink and using a drying rack since I don't like the idea of going down to laundry room with my walker. Rooms are big enough for people with motorized wheelchairs.

Very impressive place. Staff helpful and informative. They would allow my two parakeets. They will ask if I can have mini washing machine in my unit - I assume will be added cost. Otherwise I will hand wash my clothes in sink. I like their big trash room instead of trash slots in walls. They're offering deals to move in.

Our experience was a 10 out of 10, first of all the community is very clean and the staff members were all very friendly. Everyone truly went above and beyond. The meals and dining service was great, and the activities were all excellent. Our loved one was able to participate i a lot of them.

I would absolutely recommend the community to others. If I ever find myself in the same situation, this is the place or a place like this I would want to be. It is excellent. Sometimes the food isn't as hot as my loved one would like it to be.

The Landon at Lake Highlands is an exceptional place for my mom. From the first day we talked the staff was sincere, caring and reassuring. My mom had been in her house 70 years and along with my dad raised six children. She is 92 and needed more structured care. I have not seen her this happy in a very long time. She told me today she feels safe, cared for, loves the food, and is feeling very independent in her very own “apartment” but knowing anyone there is more than willing to help her. The amenities are outstanding and I feel very blessed to have found The Landon.

I've already referred a friend to Acacia Springs. When you walk in, it's really clean, bright, and open. They're really accommodating. If there's something that needs to be fixed, they jump on it right away. The apartments are nice, small but good for what they are. And they have housekeeping come and clean once a week. My loved ones love the food. There's a lot of it, and they like not having to cook for themselves.

We toured Elmcroft of Mount Washington and we really liked this facility. I would give them all high marks, it just came down to the location for us.

I would tell others to go for it with this community. It is a beautiful community, they care about the residents safety. The residents look out for each other as well as the staff keep an eye out for the residents. It is a clean, and happy environment. I really appreciate the transportation services for the residents to use. I love the fact that whoever designed the place took into consideration the hallways and who would be using the community. The entryway is gorgeous. They have spots for residents to sit down if needed, and have railings on the walls to assist the residents.

I would tell others that I would recommend to them for their loved ones. The price point and friendliness of the staff stands out to me. My loved one is very happy compared to where they were before. My loved one thinks there are times that the food doesn't seem as fresh.

We toured Portside and it was a lovely facility. When we toured, it was just opening so we decided to go with a place that was more established with more residents. I was concerned with it being so new there would not be enough people to make the activities work. Some of the apartments here have balconies/patios and some do not.

We toured The Shores and it seemed like a very nice place. It would have been a contender, but I was looking at reviews online and this facility did not get very high ratings.

My experience so far has been a 10 plus, the management here is wonderful, they really care about the residents. The residents here are wonderful I have no complaints so far. The meals are amazing, we all look forward to them each day, and the activities are being brought back. Every month we go on an excursion to different restaurants. I am just so happy here.
