When I first moved in I was only planning on staying temporarily. I was going to purchase another home. As time went on I loved it and decided to stay permanently. This is my home. So much so, I plan on setting up speaking engagements with Sales at various clubs and organizations I belong to to help promote Augustine Landing.

I really enjoy living here. It is like a family. The staff is wonderful and really care about you.

FANTASTIC! We have decided this to be our mother’s future home. It has everything, and beyond, what we were looking for. The staff is very friendly. The residents were upbeat and active. It’s obviously a thriving environment—one we can’t wait for our mom to be a part of. Activities galore! It’s just perfect!!

This was the best decision we have ever made. This could not be a more perfect fit for our parents. They got our parents moved in so quickly. They made the transition effortless. Everyone, no matter their position, has been wonderful. We wanted pictures hung up in a certain order on the way and furniture set up a certain way, and when we came by the next day everything was set up exactly how they wanted. The dining staff and activities are wonderful, they are pet friendly, and our loved ones have a first floor apartment with a huge patio. They absolutely love it there. They are safe and secure. My father even said if they won the lottery they would still live in this community.

We chose Celebration Village Forsyth because it is a more updated and modern facility. It is very open and this facility has their memory care separate but assisted living and independent living can all co mingle for activities, meals, etc. The facility is also very clean and the staff members and residents that I met were friendly and welcoming. The apartment sizes are a little on the smaller size, but that did not outweigh my decision. more variety on the menu sometimes, but the food that is served is great. I would and have recommended them to others.

The community was just amazing for our family and loved ones. It was a tough time and they went above and beyond for us. I even received a refund when i was charged in error without even asking. I would recommend this community to others

During the time our loved one was there we truly had an awesome experience. They were absolutely amazing to work with, they handled our family and loved one very well. During covid when hospice was brought in they were very attentive to our family. One of the staff members had noticed one of our family members was not eating, so she went out of her way to bring her a meal. She truly just went above and beyond, the staff turnover rate is extremely low and we would recommend them to others.

Our loved one was only there for a month, but during that month our family had a wonderful experience. The staff members were so caring, and the community was kept completely spotless. Our loved one was very happy there and very happy with the meals. We spoke with other residents during that time and they also seemed very happy. It is an older person community for the most part, but it was very nice, and beautiful.

Portside is a beautiful facility, our experience has been great so far. The community is very clean and the staff members are great. We have been so happy. The activities are still limited in some respect due to covid, and the activities are geared toward those in memory care. However they have done a great job keeping our loved one who is more of a recluse, active and involved. They really do motivated her to get involved. The meals are home cooked, for lunch they will get chicken, vegetables, potatoes and dessert. For dinner they will do something around the same so she complains, but when my wife and I go visit we see the food and it looks absolutely delicious.

We love it. We felt the best about Beach House after touring many others. I was just there so I was able to see it in person and it is very nice and clean. I feel like my dad is a part of their family. They are very communicative, they will either text, email, or call me with any questions or concerns. They do family care conferences by phone every 3 months which is something that we really like. They have a daily sheet they get with the activities provided and what time they will be at. They provide an app so families can see what is offered as well. The staff are all very personable and caring. My dad is happy and I cannot say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed with all the different activities the community has available for the residents to participate in. There are three meals a day that are included. I believe this would be a comfortable place for someone who needs a little extra support. The receptionists are very nice and friendly.

If your loved one is mobile and independent this community is located close to lots of shops. The community transportation could be better. They take everyone to different locations so the rides can be very long. I would recommend this community to others.

We've liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality and size of the rooms. It's very clean and open and well maintained. It's a nice sized apartment with plenty of room. The master suite is really big, with a nice bathroom. For the money, it's just really a nice apartment. Probably the only drawback is there are no patios or balconies. But for the price and the size, it was a tradeoff. The staff have been exceptional with communication. It's been kind of limited with Covid what we've been able to see. I know that they're offering plenty of activities, I just don't know what my loved one is participating in specifically.

We chose Prestige Assisted Living because it was physically closest to us and we have lots of mutual friends who are here. They are very compassionate about taking care of each of the residents and it has been a great experience so far. They have us fill out menus in the morning and what they do serve is well done, their salads are to die for. I would recommend to others looking.

For sure it's a great place for your family member to be. They have socialization with the activities, they have balanced meals, plus they have choices if they don't like what's on the menu that day. My loved one likes that. When they're in the dining room, the staff is very accommodating to anything the residents want or need. They're just very good, and we've been pleased with them. It took a little while for her to get used to it, but she does call it home there now. The staff are all wonderful, very loving, and very caring. It's been very nice for her. And we like the fact that she has an apartment as opposed to just a room. She doesn't participate in a lot of the activities, but she really likes when they do movies and musical events the most. They give the residents a medical button to push if they need anything. They've been helpful to my loved one if she doesn't feel good on a particular day. They'll check in on her, and if she doesn't come down to dinner they'll make sure she's okay. We've experienced all good things. They did raise the prices this year. I tried to negotiate a little bit, but they weren't able to budge due to Covid. But I've heard they've done that in the past, so maybe next year.

WE chose this facility. [name removed] was a pleasure to work with. The place is beautiful. There is nothing lacking at this facility including a pool. Love the Stove and microwave and dishwasher and full fridge!. Very clean, well laid out. Looks like a great place to live. Windows everywhere including the Apartment make for a very bright and lively feeling about the facility. Many activities and places to go within the facility. Exciting place.

The setting is very noisy due to it being by the highway. The staff and Brookdale are wonderful. I have no complaints about staff. Everyone is helpful and cheerful. The community allows delivery of food for an additional cost. I feel the administrator fosters a nice and caring atmosphere here. He seems very caring anytime you talk to him. The staff seems content to work here.

My husband and I moved in to Heritage Oaks in 2017 the first week that it opened. I can not say enough about this place. Not only is it a beautiful place but the staff and all the employees here are great.
