My loved one really likes the meals. They get my loved one up and moving even though she doesn't participate in many activities they keep her moving. I would recommend this. It was the cleanest and nicest accommodations compared to everyone else. The rooms are nice they are built great and it is a comfortable environment. The one thing is sometimes they wait for my loved one to do things on her own and I would like for them to be a little more assertive. The safety protocols and covid guidelines are really good with this community. All of the aid and nurses know my loved one by name. It is nice to know that people are interacting with my loved one.

My mom recently moved to the Residence at Whitehall and absolutely loves her studio apartment. The staff are so friendly, patient and helpful. The residents walk around with smiles on their faces and friendships are quickly made. I am so thankful that I know mom is enjoying herself and know that the staff truly look after their residents. My mom married at 20 yo and never lived by herself. She is now 92 and commented that the feeling moving into the Residence must be the same feeling people feel when they go away to college and get their first place on their own. She couldn't be happier and neither could we.

My mother moved into Prestige Living after a fall this summer. She is 94 years old and needs help in some everyday activities. [Name removed], the community director there, was absolutely amazing helping us with the move-in and transfer of care from Mom’s rehab facility. She went above and beyond in coordinating things and helping me out. The caregiver staff has been very attentive and kind to Mom. We highly recommend Prestige Living. Just the right size and the right fit for our mom.

This was my first experience with an assisted care facility. This was a very positive experience and we would recommend it. The administrative staff are proactive and consistent. They helped me be comfortable with the transition. We intend to use this community again.

We would highly recommend the Shorehave community, the outside surroundings and walking areas are beautiful. The community is situated near a pond where they residents can sit by the water, it is a very pretty setting and peaceful. The administration has done such a great job making our loved one feel welcomed. It is a very nice community, our aunt is very happy. There are plenty of opportunities for residents to participate in activities, and the value for cost is very reasonable and cost effective.

Town Village is very vibrant. There is always something going on for the residents to participate in. Everyone is friendly here. The staff are wonderful to work with in I have questions or concerns.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and the Town Village is an absolutely beautiful facility. There are so many wonderful things to say about this community, but location wise it was to far from the area our parents were familiar with and to far from their doctors.

The feedback our loved one gives us about the meals and dining is that she is really enjoying them. The aesthetics of the facility, the room layouts, the friendliness of the staff and the value for everything you get has really stood out to us.

It's a very friendly and open atmosphere. With the restrictions that we have today with Covid, they seem to be really on top of that, which is a plus. The staff have been very pleasant. My loved one has gained a little big of weight since she moved in, so the food is pretty good. She's really enjoying playing bingo but hasn't tried a lot of the other things. I think she would really enjoy the water aerobics. But they offer plenty of opportunities for activities.

They are doing a great job. I just visited my loved one and the staff are awesome and very caring. The activities are great. I would recommend this community to anyone.

The staff have been very helpful towards our family, and our first impression of Town Village was that it was very clean. All of the aids have been very friendly, it does not matter what shift we come and visit on they know exactly who our loved one is and what they have been up to. They are great with communicating to us the basic things our loved one may need, and they call us anytime he falls even though they are not required to.

The staff and their care services would be a 5 plus, they were excellent, very accommodating and very helpful. They gave the correct adequate care for our loved one including the hospice team that was brought in. Everyone made that transition a very easy and smooth process for our family.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff is excellent. The community's communication with the family is good. There seems to be a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. Some of the outside services such as personal care could be improved on.

We really like the longevity of the staff and residents at Prestige Assisted Living. The residents we saw on our initial tour are the same residents we saw when our loved one moved in. We love seeing the interaction between the staff and residents. We would recommend this community to others in a heart beat.

They're great. The people are super friendly, the staff as well as the residents. We've met a lot of people, and they always stop and talk to you. They offer a lot of activities to do if I could only get my loved one to partake in them. They go on outings and everything. I think it's a great value here. They serve 3 meals a day, have snack bars available, and you can have anything anytime from the chef. Maintenance is great. They promptly replace light bulbs and fix everything that needs fixing. The maintenance guy is friendly and watches out for our loved one. They did absolutely everything for us - they even hung her drapery rods and put the drapery up for us, and hung up her pictures. We have no complaints, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. I would go there myself!

My experience so far with The Residence has been excellent, the community is very clean and the staff members here are wonderful. The meals are good as well as the dining. When i first arrived i had just had hip surgery and they were nice enough to bring my meals to my room until I heeled. There are plenty of activities going on all of the time which is really nice.

We chose The Residnce because the price was more reasonable and it just seemed very nice. The staff were very helpful during the virtual tour and we thought it was the best fit. The apartment sizes for a single person are adequate, she is very happy with that. She says that she loves the staff members and they are very friendly. I would recommend to others looking.
