The Beach House memory care unit is without doubt a first class facility that cares for the well being of the people that need full time protection. The facility is beautiful inside, well kept, and staffed with people that truly care about our loved ones. From the front line caregivers to the memory care manager to the Beach House director, my thanks for a job well done. God bless you all. I'm thankful Mom had you wonderful people to care for her.

My sister and I continue to be amazed at the quality of care provided by the staff at Beach House. With both of us living in out of state, it is very comforting to know that our father is treated like family by everyone there. It is quite obvious that the staff knows him well when we have our family conference calls. Our dad raves about the quality of the food and the different activities provided by Beach House. My sister and I feel so fortunate and blessed to have discovered this facility which is truly a real gem!

Based on my mom's experience at Beach House, my opinion is that you can feel confident choosing this facility for your loved one. My mom went into an assisted living facility in the are in early March, and it turned out to be a living nightmare. We then connected with Beach House on a recommendation, and moved her there without being able to visit and personally met the staff, other than via telephone. We asked countless questions, and were given a video tour of my mom's future apartment. After nine weeks of living hell at the first facility, we moved Mom to Beach House. Mom has done a complete turnaround; she enjoys the food and finds the staff caring and competent. The facility is well-run, and the communication of the executive director to residents' families is excellent. At the end of the day, I suppose no one really wants to go to an assisted living, but when it has to be, I believe Beach House is an excellent choice.

I can't say enough good things about Beach House. We had to move my Mom from another facility in North Naples. Even in the midst of a pandemic, [Name removed], Executive Director and [Name Removed], Wellness Director, managed a smooth transition. Since my Mom's admission we have received weekly updates, pictures and videos from the staff as well as several updates from [name removed] re the latest on COVID. [Name removed] and [Name removed] also schedule monthly care conference to ensure that the lines of communication are always open. The level of care is superb and I am at peace knowing that Mom is in such good, caring hands.

The beach House has been the perfect for my Mother. Thank you to all the staff for all the wonderful hard work they do to make the residents stay there happy!

The Beach House took such good care of our Dad! He really enjoyed being there. Everyone on the staff was pleasant, helpful, thoughtful and so kind and were like family to him. We are so thankful for the guidance we received throughout and comforted by knowing that we were all working together. Kudos for doing such a good job!

My aunt has lived at The Shores for a few months and really enjoys all the activities and has made friends. Her apartment is very comfortable and the whole community is beautiful and clean with staff who really care about the residents. If she ever has a question the management team answer quickly and she feels safe. We are very happy with The Shores

Our family had an in person tour and this was initially the community we wanted our loved one to move into, it was a very friendly and very bright atmosphere but they did not have memory care and we knew our loved one was headed towards needed memory care.

If you are looking for a warm, welcoming home for your senior loved one, look no further than The Shores! The staff and caregivers are outstanding and will go out of their way to take care of the residents. The facility itself is so beautiful and spacious. The food is delicious and overseen by a professional chef. The staff provides numerous fun activities for the residents, so there is a celebratory atmosphere and lots of opportunities to learn new skills like painting and other artistic activities. Residents are encouraged to socialize and participate in a wide variety of opportunities. If you are looking for a loving and fun environment for your senior loved one, make an appointment to tour The Shores.

I want to note what an amazing facility you have for your residents. We now know where to go in case of another situation where our mother (or other elderly loved one) needs care. It has been comforting to know that our mother is being taken care of and that we don't have to worry. Thank you all so much for all you have been doing!

I give them a very good review. Everyone is just very helpful and right there if you need them. That's never been an issue They're very friendly and attentive. My mom loves her apartment and stays busy with what activities she's able to participate in. She likes the food overall. We're very pleased.

I wanted to say how much I enjoyed working with your amazing ladies on the Memory Care unit last night from 2-10. All 4 ladies I worked with were so sweet, friendly and welcoming - I felt I needed to say how much I appreciated them. They are so caring and loving towards their residents and as someone who has lost loved ones while they were in memory care it comforts me to see so much love and care given to these beautiful people

It is more expensive here but that is because they have way more amenities for the residents. I did not have my own kitchen to cook but we did get good meals. I would recommend this community to others who may need more assistance. They also have nursing onsite.

This community is a real nice place to live. a little expensive but still a nice place to live. They have activities like art, arts and crafts, a garage for they guys to do things, bridge and live music and other activities for the residents to participate in. They also have poker.

This place exceeds expectations the way staff care for residents is amazing my father repeatedly said it was his hone from home and after my mom died I never thought he would be happy but this place made his journey to my mom incredible god bless y’all

It was the first one we looked at and we did not have to look anywhere else. We were very impressed with the tour after talking with the staff. Mom seems to be really happy here and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

If you're looking for a beautiful environment for your relative which is safe, clean and supportive to your loved one's needs, then look no further than The Shores at Clear Lake! My relative loves it here; nothing is too much trouble for the kind, caring staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and very pleasant and they have a wide variety of activities everyone can enjoy! She particularly loved the recent Elvis singalong and is hoping for a Johnny Cash singalong in the not too distant future so if any of the Shores staff are reading this, take note y'all!

We had a wonderful tour with Celebration Village, all of the staff were great. This was a close second choice for us, there were not many differences at all between this facility and the one mom ended up picking.
