Jessica was very friendly and knowledgeable. The first impressions are of light and I felt like I was walking into a beautiful hotel lobby! As I toured through there was light everywhere, the rooms were large and comfortable and the staffing level seems to be very good. I loved that there is a clinic on site and the amenities looked good. I would not hesitate to place a loved one or fiend there, if they had to have that kind of care.

As of right now, the service has been great!! Very accommodating to the behaviors of my mother. The nursing staff is patient as well!!! She's only been there two weeks!

We really enjoyed our tour at the Lehigh Center we did not take time yet to visit the Lehigh Commons. but really felt very comfortable with all that we learned from our tour guide she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to answer all of our questions. Very clean and huge abundance of medical staff available. Felt very comfortable to have a family member stay here for short term care

Truly a wonderfully caring place. As hard as it was to make the decision, everyone there made it feel not so scary. So happy we were guided to Langdon!

I love it, love it, LOVE it at Langdon PLace! I had placed my mom elsewhere before here but they didn't communicate well. Langdon has awesome communication, the nurses communicate with each other about any med changes, no matter what shift it is, they all know what is going on. The food is wonderful, I've eaten there several times and my mom is a picky eater and has not complained about the food at all. Everyone is so nice, pleasant, caring, compassionate. An admin even called me one day just to tell me a funny story about my mom and that was nice to hear. The staff has gone extremely over the top as far as accommodating, since day one. A Dr has also called me before to update me and was also wonderful to speak to. The staff is just the best and what I love the best about Langdon Place. I know others who also have loved ones there. I feel comfortable that they are taking care of my mom. I could live there!

They need to be a little more clear upfront. I was quoted a price and they did not explain that because of the level of care required for my loved one, it was going to cost extra. Everything else about the place was wonderful though, and she really likes it there.

For the value of the money I think it's great. Their in the process of renovations. They have new management. The reason I chose this place is because of the rooms and it doesn't have a smell there.

I think the care that they are giving my father is good. Certain care at the facility did not occur initially until I prompted them about it however, they now seem to be very proactive. My father likes the food and appears content. All the caregivers are pleasant and willing to assist with anything requested. The facility clean with great amenities.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Langdon Place seemed like a nice community overall. The building was well decorated and clean, and the people here seemed very friendly. It looked like they had the ability to care for many different levels of care!

The staff at Langdon is very competent. They all seem to have a great background. They call me whenever anything or everything happens, which is great. They always follow up with any questions and always say to call them without any hesitation. The admissions director, Jessica, even came in on her day off to welcome my father on his first day. It isn't a brand new place, but you wouldn't know it- it's so clean! The food I've been told by other residence, is very good. It is all around excellent!

Mom was here briefly for rehab care, and I thought they did a very good job overall. The staff were friendly and the facility itself was very clean. The food, however, was absolutely godawful.

My mother stayed here for respite and that was very good. It was two summers ago. I couldn't get her in there last last February because they didn't have a room but they were very nice. They really took good care of her. I really liked them. The food was great. They introduced her to a bunch of ladies that she hung out with and always made sure that she was involved in the activities. She was not just sitting around in her room which I didn't want her doing. The people there, the staff that I worked with, was excellent. They were really super friendly and nice. I would have had my mom stay there again but they didn't have availability for the week that I wanted.

We haven't had any issues with the care, my dad seems to like the place. It's affordable and he's an elderly person so he doesn't need to live alone. They communicate with my brother and he's said so far there haven't been any problems. They're pretty easy to talk to and they answer questions as we ask them, there's no long waiting periods and they share information with us. I think it's pretty good considering costs and everything. It meets our needs and objectives, the location is convinient, off of a major highway. I think they do have outings and I believe once he went out with them, he's made friends there and they take him to the supermarket and sometimes he uses the little can they have for doctors appointments.

The staff are wonderful. They are very friendly, and if our family or our loved one has a need, they get right on it. They're wonderful with my loved one. She loves the food and tells me there is never a bad meal - she just really enjoys it. The activities she attends she enjoys. Outside there are some spaces for the residents to sit and talk. Since they utilize those spaces so much, it would be nice to see more of those types of outdoor gathering spaces. The facility is little old fashioned, but it's very clean and very homey.

Berkshire Commons is a great facility. What sticks out most to me is the staff, they were all extremely friendly and helpful during my mothers stay here. If I needed this type of care for myself, I would choose to stay here. I would definitely recommend them to other families who are looking.

This community serves us well. It is not cheap but it serves for what we need.
