Everything things from the cleanliness of the community to the friendliness and quality of care coming from the staff to the meals and dining, the different activities and the overall value has made it a great experience. We would recommend the Kincare community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would say you should make a visit. Come talk and have lunch with to see our menu and experience the dining services. It’s a great place for the money and it’s a wonderful community. There are lots of nice people here.

To be comfortable and to feel safe with all the people around taking care of you, I feel Brookdale is a good place for the things. It makes me happy to have my dogs Pumpkin and Murphy with me. The grounds when I look out my window, are filled with beautiful flowers. I enjoy walking in the courtyard with my dogs who love it here also!

I used to be an activities director Back in my day. I enjoy making new friends here and helping the activities director. It’s a convenient location and close to the main stores. If anyone needs assisted living , Brookdale is a great choice.

Overall, it’s a good place to stay. I am fortunate and blessed to be here. Facilities are good. It’s home for me in my physical situation. It’s not far from my kids. Brookdale supplies all I need to keep up my quality of life. I feel like it will extend my life.

My visit was excellent. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. The facility was very clean and appealing.

This has truly been the most remarkable experience you could ever for from them helping with the move in and making the move as effortless as possible. To being available when we need them the most. They have gone above and beyond with my moms care. They make sure she feels right at home all the time. Even when the days for he, they make sure that she is in good hands and well taken care of. This place has truly been remarkable in everything and my mom could not be happier to be here. She enjoys the activities but especially happy with her new friends

Facility admin and staff provided thorough direction and guidance on supporting residents and their families by utlizing pisitive, effective and beneficial psychological services 1-2 times weekly. Great facility.

My mother has been at BAL for a year and has never been happier. I have not met one staff member who isn’t caring and attentive. It’s a small facility, so every staff member knows every resident well and makes sure they are taken care of 24/7. My mother is severely hearing impaired, almost blind, and uses a walker. The staff go out of their way to make sure that she feels safe and reassured. Staff are wonderful about communicating with family members, so I always know what’s going on. I never worry about my mother, even when I am out of town. The place is clean and bright, modern but cozy. Meals are good, and there are several activities throughout the week to enhance socialization, creativity, physical fitness, learning, etc. The location in the hill country is beautiful and peaceful. It is one story with front and back porches. As a geriatric psychologist who has worked in several long-term care facilities, I truly consider this place a gem. My sisters and I are so grateful for BAL!

Excellent in all ways Great food Nice atmosphere and clean knowledgeable staff

The staff is wonderful, everyone is very kind to my mother, her needs are met, I don't have to worry because she is in good care and she is happy.....which matters most.

My Ma and I were greeted at the door with masks for the patient that needed to be seen and also given a lot of needed medication refills. Every resident was happy and well taken care of staff was pleasant and offered assistance when needed.

I am a current resident and I feel that the staff and caregivers are friendly, I think the food is really good and the care they provide is good as well. I have enjoyed living here, this community is great.

I am so impressed with Bulverde Assisted Living!! I know my mother is well taken care of with the wonderful staff and she is so happy having her own apartment. It's great not to have to worry!
