When is a home also a place to meet friends? Bulverde Assisted Living provides knowledgeable care in a beautiful home tucked in the Hill Country. I've never seen so many smiles on their residents!

I find everybody who works here is wonderful. The resident assistants really help me with my socks and hearing aids. I appreciate the laundry service.

We chose Casa Felicitas because when I went through my walkthrough it looked friendly and clean and it seemed like they were taking great care of the residents who lived there. I was not here for many meals and did not try the food, but they always smelled and looked great. I would recommend them to others looking.

After relocating loved one from 2 homes during the Pandemic, due to lack of staff for physical disability care requirements. I discovered Casa Felicitas thanks to the referral & interview scheduled by A Place For Mom. I toured Casa Felicitas and was grateful to know that the facility offered ADA Roll-In showers & bathrooms for the physically disabled and they employed trained staff 24/7. The environment was pleasant and beautiful with outdoor patios for visitors & residents and beautiful outdoor setting of trees and flowers. Overall the safety protocols practiced for residents, staff & visitors made me feel assured this is the place to relocate my loved one. I met with owner, [name removed], BA, BSN, RN, Certified Assisted Living Manager, for interview and toured Casa Felicitas. My loved one was welcomed and enjoyed Casa Felicitas through her life time. Nutritious menu, timely service, very infrequent delays, need more support exercise machines for elderly for strength, and mobility, clean rooms and facilities always clean. Staff is the most important, they're very kind, courteous, do not delay in one on one assists. Meds dispensed in a timely manner, residents are very friendly.

Overall it is very nice and clean. The food is good.

Have been here for 2 weeks and it's awesome!! People and facilities are second to none!! Everything I need they have here!! Reputation is excellent!!

It's a very unique experience. The environment is more like a home environment and the ratio of residence to caregivers is an idea. The community feels more like a family and you have 24-hour access to your family member. All the meals were home-cooked. I would recommend this community to others.

Excellent Rating [removed] Felicitas owner,[name removed] takes an interest in each of her residents to ensure their care needs are met. The home is designed for resident's care with bathrooms for each of the master orsemi-private bedrooms with ADA roll-in showers & toliet. The atmosphere and ambience of the home is beautiful & peaceful.I loved the outdoor patio & garden for residents to enjoy. I appreciate the safety precaution of meeting or interviewing guests of home behind plexi-glass shield at desk to exercise safey precautions from germs. I have reserved a room in this facility for my loved one with effective move in date of [date removed].

I had to move my mom somewhere she would get the care she needs. The staff here are real friendly and I feel more at ease and safe with her here. It stays clean in here. The dining room is nice and the food is good. The grounds are fenced in and kept up nicely. I feel like I am getting my money's worth. I would recommend this community.

Friendly staff. Love the homey feel and the number of residents. Just no opening at this time. We are keeping them on our list.

The place feels more like a home than a nursing facility. There are even dogs at the residence which make it feel like a home. It is staffed well and the food is prepared on site. Very helpful staff and the owner is very knowledgeable, being an RN.

This is a Kincare home and we almost chose this one. The only reason we didn't is my mother-in-law wouldn't have had a private room. She is a very private person and that would have made her uncomfortable. This woman is the only one who had her inspections posted right when you walk in the door. Everything is right out there. You can see the kitchen where they cook everything and there were only 15 or 17 people in the whole facility which is great! They had some private and semi private rooms so if anything happens with the place we chose for my mother-in-law we will difinitely go back here and see if there is anything available. They looked to be a really good facility.

It is now named Gemstone and I would give it a 4+ for those wanting a smaller home environment for residents that have limited mobility. If one needs space to walk there is limited room for this. My husband died a year ago shortly after he moved in. I have recommended this place to several neighbors and one is currently living there.

Everything is very good.

Food is average. Overall good. Good employees.

I am happy here in this community.
